How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Missing FF basic land card arts after update

    After purchasing all the Final Fantasy basic land card arts in the store on June 16, 2025, the following day there was a update on June 17, 2025. From this update, basically half of the previously purchased card art bundles have been removed from my account. I have tried everything I can legally to try and fix it. I have contacted customer service, they pointed me here. I honestly just want what I purchased, without having to pay more.

  5. unable to purchase anything from the store

    Unable to purchase anything from the MTGArena store for the past two weeks or so.
    I´ve tried various debit/credit cards, Paypal won´t go pass the "confirm you´re a human" step.
    I reinstall the game and nothing seems to work!

  8. Golden pack progression

    On November 24th at around 11:20 PM, I purchased 10 regular packs of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” using gold in MTG Arena and then opened a Golden Pack. However, from the Golden Pack, I received only one card from the current latest Standard set, “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”
    To confirm, I made the same purchase again and opened a second Golden Pack, but once again I received only one card from “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”

  9. missing packs and foundaation dupplicate protection bugs

    I did buy 9 foundation packs and when I opened the 6th one I get a 20gem with message "I have all rares of foundation" but I am missing +100 rares
    I did exit arena and post it on reddit
    when I reconnect arena my last 3 foundation packs are missing/lost

  12. Can't make purchase, store hangs on "Waiting for the server"

    Running MTGA on Mac OS 15.6, it's impossible to purchase the Planeswalker Bundle. When I confirm the purchase, the application hangs indefinitely on the "Waiting for the server..." modal.

    Restarting the app, repairing game files, logging out and back in, and reinstalling Arena did not fix this issue.

    I just purchased a Mythic pack for Tarkir Dragonstorm, however I received a Rare Wildcard, No Mythic... I thought a Mythic pack guarenteed a Mythic? Is there a chance for the Mythic pack to not contain mythic?

  15. プレオーダーが2回受け取れてしまいました

    前提として、スマートフォンを2つ普段遣いしています。
    1つ目のスマートフォンでアプリを起動、プレオーダーをいつも通り受け取り(1回目)
    明日になってから2つ目のスマートフォンでアプリを起動したところ、見慣れないメールが3つあり、開いたところプレオーダーが添付されており、受け取れてしまいました。(2回目)
    1回目のプレオーダーは全て開封済みで、反映されているためバグだと判断いたしました。
    対処をお願いします。

  17. receiving rewards twice

    Greetings. I have pre-ordered the Through the Omenpaths edition and have received my rewards. However after i opened the 50 pack and 5 gold packs I received in game mail that I havent claimed them and now i have another batch with 50 new packs and 5 gold packs. Basically I have received the pre-order twice and that is the bug im reporting. How do we proceed further? Thank you again in advance for the help

  19. December 16th's Gold Reward

    So, usually a friend of mine plays on my account, so I can log later and play Draft with her. What happened this time was: She looged into my account, mentioned we got free Gold today and, as I tried to log and play with her, she was still in my account, and said Gold Reward was taken out of my account because, when I tried to log into the game, it appeared errors involving connection issues.
