3. Spiderman Prerelease packs missing

   I participated in the Spiderman prerelease but I still haven't received the boosters in Magic Arena. Is this because Spiderman is not available in the game but it is "Throught the Omenpath" instead?

4. mastery locked out during event

   ok ive played a bunch of drafts now and i see a pattern, i am recieving no mana, none in up to 10 draws every 4th match, evrry one i have played, i have lost 3 due to this issue, 3rd win match, usually 4th match, every time, even if the algorithm isnt doing it, i dont see how with 1 in 2 card being lands i can go 7 draws with nothing, just what i start with, its wouldnt beso confusing execptevery on of those match it seems to ramp the opponent lands, leaving them with 6 turn 5 and me with whatever i started with turn 7. something is wrong, its not the builds, it doesnt appear to affect the cards if i use 5 colors or 1 it still happens every which way i try. i shouldnt hit 5 but im frequenty getting the 7th, or 10th turn with 0 land draws??? idk these errors or issues only show up when im winning and only after the 3rd round,but in every single draft?…not right. i am tired of reporting this stuff and getting little to no response with the actual game issue, ive drafted 1000s of times irl, and never ever went 10 deep with no lands, ever in 25 friggin years
   ( after this i was credited 5k for the event and began another with 2 hours until new set dropped)
   ...and you should but what are we doing to fix it? what can i do? where is the troublesgooting info, is it cheaters? is it the draw? ,obviously the crash errors seem to happen almost every draft, even the bot ones? it just is all very suspicious. and rodiculously disappointing considering i seem to win 9 of 10 matches im not having errors on! its like a 50/50 if i throw a draft due to errors now. ugh.ty
   (while in the event i got to my 3rd roynd barely scrappedbyoff the 2 mana inmy initial hand, after another no draw 3rd, to find an exclamation point on the mastery, upon opening it said mastery was ended, i then timeout a match trying to report what was happening,and ended up throwing the last one tocomplete this request arc. since i have been told they would credit 20k gold, but have seen none of it, i responded to that request with... heres the end of draft note)
   garbage absolute garbage, im in trying to finish my second draft after the first crashed and burned me, while im in draft you end the ff7 stuff, literally 1 win from enough gems to buymy mastery, qfter all this, all the issues i make it to within 1 win and you dq us? cause we started a draft over almost 2 hours before hand and you lock us out, any body in an event should still have the ability to spend out,considering the event take place before the switch. bs i want my mastery take everything i got but please give me the mastery!
   (this and questions about the ongoing issues and their troubleshooting,neither has been responded to but i will try to update,)
   i can even go back and bring up that i paud in gems for an event you credited in gold, that would have put me well over before both of todays drafts!

   anyone caught up in not getting to pay out the mastery or otherwuse doing event during active event should post, some of us cant seem to access the store at all getting the imfamous waiting for server forever glitch, thus we cannot buy, we cannot exchange orbs and we have to be very frugal with our event play,especial given the frequncy or card errors, freeze or crash glitches and these ridiculous shuffle issues. not to mention how manyhave report not recieving, having card not work outside of collectionfor deck building, the often poor play incentives and ridiculouslytime consuming 15 wins a day, just to scratch off enough to maybe get a draft a week on 7 of 10 wins, note ihave played all day in regular matches and notsuffered 1 glitch but almost every event except one i think has had hitches. please commentand vote if you share issue with any of these notes. thanks and play well. also they sent me a survay which honestly i wasdropping toonestar for and the survey pallink is disfunctional leave here as our only option for some issues.

5. Premier EoE Draft

   Was in the middle of an EoE Premier Draft (spent 10,000 coins) fresh in the release when Arena bugged and kicked me out of the draft. When I came back that same day, none of the events were visible. The next day, the rest of my cards were drafted for me (in five colors, no less) so I had to resign. Would appreciate a refund in coins/gems/draft token.

6. Meta state of a new player, competition, and marketing

   Hi there, so as a new player I have a few important things I'd like to say. I really enjoy magic. It's a great game mechanically and the community is awesome. As a competitor I enjoy it as well. I want to offer an external lens as someone who tends to build adequate skill in most hobbies, and that is this. Current, arena players are being coddled by balance. I'll even admit I was in that group till recently. Complaining about monstrous rage and steel cutter. But I decided to try it out after durdling with Azorious control and I got a day this. It was very fun. So much so, that I'm completely flipped my view on bans. I came from the smash Bros scene. And there are always two games that are played. The most recent game, that almost always self destructs from players whining and an old 20 year old game, that despite "poor" balance is beloved and has a consistent, constantly brewing fanbase. The top character isn't oppressive, but is clearly the best. It takes a lot of skill to pilot him to victory, and after 0 balance, the game is still as active as ever. I'd like to see magic run a similar system. Standard to funnel new players in, and collapse as rotation hits, and modern to be the funnel for new players. The players that are casual should be shipped to commander. But I'd like to see wayyy more support in this pipeline. I want to get into modern, but expensive lands and mtgo as the catalyst feels clunky for actively growing the playerbase. Modern on arena sounds like a big task, but I know it's attainable. I've been around the block competitively, and I've seen failures like overwatch, and successes like chess and smash bros melee. Think about this;; in the pandemic, why did chess boom, and not magic online? It may have, but not too the level desired, I know for a fact. So take my advice. Make a cool, universally loved top tier and stick too it. Funnel the completive players in more efficiently and mtg can have another golden era, where sales don't just come from relying on external ops, but are simply the sprinkles on top. Also, if I stick with magic, I'd like to see draft be a side event at pro tours. The fact that external rng unrelated to your own personally practiced and trained deck for standard or modern feels.... A bit like pigeonholing players. If I want to be a top player, I need to learn draft. This can be good or bad, based off whether your goals are to bolster magic players and skill, or showcase a new set.(And I believe there are plenty of other ways to do so, ie: showcase). My bias is apparent(((for draft))) as I don't like draft, but the other commentary on competition and funneling players in is genuine.

7. Arena Cube Draft - To Expenive for regular play !

   Hey MTG Arena community,

   I've been a dedicated Magic: The Gathering player for years, and lately, I've really gotten into MTG Arena. One of my absolute favorites is the Cube Draft format—it's super engaging and offers a fresh way to experience the game with its unique card pools and strategies.

   That said, I've got some thoughts on how it could be improved, especially around the costs and rewards. Right now, entering with 4,000 gold means you need at least 5 wins to break even and play "for free," which is a tough ask for a lot of us. Since it's a phantom draft (cards are temporary), the upfront risk feels high, and it can discourage casual players from jumping in. The end rewards—a handful of cards—don't quite match the investment, making it feel like you're often coming out behind unless you're consistently winning big.

   I'd love to see Wizards review the pricing and make Cube Draft more player-friendly. For starters, how about lowering the entry fee to something like 1000 - 2000 gold:

   0 Wins - OK you lost
   1-2 Wins - lets call it 50% of refund.
   3 Wins: Full entry fee refund in gold plus 3 commons, uncomons
   4 Wins: Entry fee refund + random cards 1 rare
   5-7 Wins: Scaling up with even better rewards Could be 50% on top for 7 wins

   What do you all think? Has anyone else felt the pinch with the current setup? Wizards, if you're reading, thanks for considering this—love what you're doing with Arena overall!

10. frozen draft "waiting for server" etc....

    During a draft match, the game froze, showed a loading error, “waiting for server,” and other similar issues. I couldn’t reload the app, even after trying on another device. As a result, nearly half of the draftable cards were picked automatically because I wasn’t present. I’m requesting a refund of the 10,000 coins, and some additional compensation as well, since this has been a major inconvenience.

    I’m a regular player. I checked my connection during the issue and there was nothing wrong with it, so it was clearly a problem on the game’s end. I trust we’ll be able to find a solution. Thank you.

11. EoE limited events

    So I just logged in and EoE limited events are back. But here’s the kicker, I got kicked out earlier mid draft and when I just went in it said Resume, but my whole draft deck has been auto drafted and is basically an unplayable pile. No way am I spending 1500 gems on a deck I didn’t draft that is virtually unplayable due to no fault of my own.

    Are we getting reimbursed??

12. Kicked out of EOE draft

    Attempted to premier draft EOE around 12:05 today, was kicked out of draft about 6 or 7 picks in and unable to rejoin the event. Used a draft token to enter and would like that returned to me to be able to draft again once the issues have been resolved! Thanks!

13. Draft failed midway thru

    Hello for the edge of eternity’s launch halfway thru my draft the server was unavailable and it auto drafted from the end of pack 2-3. I used my token as this wasn’t my fault I would like a refund of the token.

14. Draft Rotation Screen Glitched And Locked Me Out of Draft

    After my 11th card pick from pack 1 in draft I went to go look at the rotation table due to being bored with how long it was taking other players to pick their cards. I think when I did that though I got a new selection of cards to pick from at the same time of me hitting the button, causing the game to glitch out and register me as already having a pick selection when I didn't. From the looks of it, the entire draft session continued on for everyone else while skipping me. The draft appears to be over as I can't bring up the rotation screen anymore but on my screen it still says I'm on draft pick 11.

17. iOS Mobile: Waiting For Server Loops / Hanging After Last Premier Draft Pick: Cannot Build FIN Preimer Draft Deck After Drafting

    Hello,

    I'm writing issues this morning where I attempted to do a FIN Premier Draft on Mobile at 6:10am EST on Oct 3. After the draft, the game was stuck on a Waiting For Server Loop. This occurred on iOS with the newest version of iOS and the most updated game client on mobile. On restarting the client, tapping "Build Your Deck" led to a Waiting For Server loading screen that fishy stop unless I hard-closed the client. I attempted to Repair Game Files to see if it worked, and the issue still persists at the time of writing.

    Please fix these issues, as I would like to actually play the game and gain Limited Ranks this season. Please refund the event cost of 1,500 gems, as this issue with the client means that I cannot build my draft deck or play my draft games.

    I have included screenshots attached, and tried to capture the game log. However, on mobile, tapping "Capture Game Log" does nothing.

    I attempted to submit this as a Bug Report, but the Bug Report site requires a sign-in and wouldn't let me attempt to sign in on clicking the "Sign In" hyper-link.

    You are inevitably facing a lawsuit and losing a lot of your customer base if you keep rigging matches. Given the amount of your income you make off arena this is going to bankrupt you. I would rather not lose magic because of your shortsighted and asinine greed.

    Let people win in draft. As much of it as I have played even a complete moron should have won out in a game of traditional draft. I win paper drafts. I am not a complete moron. It's just pixels and artificial currency. Let people ******* win. You could be printing money without ******* off your customer base.

20. 50+ Mastery Reward Missing

    Hello,

    The way it looks on the mastery screen makes it seem like I should be getting a single card pull each time I finish a Mastery level 50 and beyond. I’m at level 58 now, and the only new card I received was at 50. Is this a bug? Or is it maybe misrepresented? Or will I receive the cards later in a bull fashion?
