How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Hollowmurk translation
When i chose Hollowmurk translation mode (and possibly all other modal enchantement from Final Fantasy), whith french client.
Actual : The text "#NoTranslationNeeded" appear.
Expected : The mode appear (ex : Sultaï / Abzan)

The artwork proportions of the Card Style in the Foundations series Planeswalkers have issues.
I don't have the Ajani and Chandra cards, but I tested the Card Styles for Kaito, Liliana, and Vivien. Among them, the Card Styles for Kaito and Liliana are disproportionate, which makes them look unappealing when using skills. Below is a comparison of Liliana of the Veil's Card Style.
I was unable to create the Mazemind Tome Card Style in my Collection; this Card Style was only available on Daily Deals on December 19, 2024.

Minor visual issue with the artwork of the following card: "Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel"
Minor visual issue with Nobuo Uematsu's card style, "Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel". This card does not display the proper artwork upon the activation of the ability, "Whenever a creature dies, target opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life."
However, the ability, "Whenever Sephiroth attacks, you may sacrifice any number of other creatures. If you do, draw that many cards.", is completely normal. This is what the artwork should look like for both abilities.
The non transformed version, "Fabled SOLDIER", uses the intended artwork for all abilities, but the transformed version, "One-Winged Angel", does not. Upon the life on creature…

MTG Arena on MAC Hangs on Loading Card Database
After logging in with user name and password Arena hangs with the 3 gems flashing and the message "Loading Card Database" . Never moves past this screen or loads the game interface.
Running on MacBookPro. Work around : Delete the MTGA executable file(move to trash) and open Epic Game Installer and go to Library. Click on the Arena image to start "Repairing". Open MTGA with Launch button. Arena will work one time before getting the hanging Loading Card Database.... again.
Started after downloading the Final Fantasy update.

Color Challenge stuck on resume
I have completed all the color challenges, but a recent update that made some changes to the tutorial and the "learn more" section of the game has now placed a "resume" option on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, and therefore this flag will not clear. It's bugging me

Network Error

Checked status and everything is operational.

Start Your Engines Animation
I play with the Italian version of MTG Arena, with the new expansion aetherdrift I do not see the effect "start your engines!", this error occurs on every card that has this effect . I tried to load the game in English and in that mode the effect is readable.

Add feature to toggle/permanently mute opponents
It is very common to play a long game and enjoy it very much, only to have your opponent start viciously spamming salty messages. I would very much like to permanently mute opponents because nothing good has ever come from the chat, usually people just wait until they're about to go for the kill and then say something salty that takes a good game and makes it very, very frustrating and even hurtful at times. to mitigate the frustration of an already frustrating game, I would love the option to preemptively toggle the mute option for all opponents, rather than…

MTGA Crashes on Mac
MTGA keeps crashing during the loading screen in Mac Sonoma 14.5 (latest version). I uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA through Epic Games to no avail.

Please give us a way to turn off card highlights.
Card highlighting is painfully obnoxious and constantly used to grief. Give us an option to turn it off.

Error updating data
My MTG Arena does not initiate since the last patch before Last Caverns of Ixalan and, for some reason, it loads the "Error Updating Data" screen. I've tryed every single solution avaliable on the internet, but none of them worked. What could it be?

Osteomancer ability still doesn't work
Osteomancer Adept (BLB)'s ability still doesn't let you cast the cards in your graveyard with its ability if your graveyard is entirely creatures. Because no non-creature card is left in the graveyard zone you cannot select your graveyard to pay for forage. Instead all your graveyard appears as castable cards.
This problem has been reported more than two months ago and it still exists, how is this still not fixed? Reporting again in the hopes it gets attention. Adept is the only rare and by far the best card in my BLB quick draft deck. Would be nice to play…5 votes -

I just earned the "Mastery Master" achievement, and now my Core Achievements each read as -1 out of the total number of achievements available and all of the achievements I have earned in that category have disappeared.

Get a ******** fair shuffle algorithm it’s getting really ******* old!!! I can have even mana in a dual color deck, and only get one color, even after multiple mulligans, if one of my decks win too many times, I’ll ether get all mana or no mana, and all the high cost cards in the ******* deck. Bloomburrow Asset error detected loop
at loading card database I get a message stating "asset error detected /n Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents." I click ok, arena restarts at retrieving asset manifests, and error pops up again. Have restarted my computer, uninstalled the client, to no avail. On Mac through Epic Games Launcher.

Image texture bug
I have the same problem since weeks or maybe even months and didn't bother me too much at first but it's still very annoying so I post it here. I have a problem with image texture, it often happens when I play a game, then for the 2nd match the bug appear, like in the following screenshot. I have already tried to uninstall and re install the arena but it didn't work, I don't know what to do.
