How to report a bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Advanced Achievement - Taste of Power
Used vital Mythic Wildcards for Oracle of the Alpha just to complete this achievement. I finally cast a Mox Ruby after seven games. I knew it would be worth it to have another achievement locked down. I was very disappointed to see that I did not get credit for accomplishing this feat. What did I do wrong?

Unable to Login
I am unable to login to my Wizards Arena account for the iOS app. I keep getting an error message saying the request has timed out.

Large Hand Bug
When you have many cards in hand, Arena won’t allow you to scroll through them on IOS to let you get to the cards you need.
1. I used the -8 ability of Kasmina, Enigma Sage to tutor for Enter the Infinite, drawing my deck and putting a card on top.
2. iPad, IOS
3. Once my hand is full, whenever I tap on a card to try to drag it out, instead I can only access the middle of my hand, regardless of which card I clicked on. (This is in attempt to play Thassa’s Oracle and win)

vault
Unable to open vault at 102%. Loading flashes for a couple of seconds.

Cant claim vault progress
There is a treasure chest icon after getting 100% vault progress, but when I click it I just get Waiting for server... and then back to the home screen and nothing happened.

Attack damage takes a long time to animate with protection and 10+ creatures
When I block an indestructible creature with 10+ creatures with protection, the animation is very slow. It took a long time for them all to be done and end the turn. Normally, when many creatures are damaged, the animation is much faster.

Simplified Version Default
How on earth does this make any sense?
I can get a card style of a card in JAPANESE but I can’t get the retro brothers war artifacts in the regular frame.
I can’t read the robe of stars and there is no option for the regular edition.
Why have “hide alternate styles” if it does nothing?
You already have “view simplified” as an option when I tap the card but that should be a DEFAULT without the need for me to tap.
When the final fantasy and avatar cards with 99.99% art and I can’t read them? It makes…

Missing Fleem Rewards

blue helper appearing
The small blue ball keeps appearing, indicating that there's a mission to complete, but I've been playing for years and there aren't any open missions. I've already reinstalled the game and nothing has changed.

Cards Showing Up Black
Cards showed up black in both deckbuilding, deck collection, and matches. Tried closing it, refreshing, reinstalling, etc. Would appreciate help on this matter :)

opponent stack.
My opponent filled the stack with over 200 triggers so I pushed the resolve all, the game ran through my timers while i was unable to respond to my opponent. using all my timers resulted in the game not allowing me to respond during combat. The game becomes highly abuse-able if some?one can control there opponents timer. If i click auto-pass and have zero control of game actions, how am i using my timer?

MTG: Arena Play Button have a black scratch across it
My PLAY button is different than anyone else's. It has a black scratch across it. It's been there for a long time, through tons of updates to the client. It is only present on MTGA, it does not exist outside the program (eg. its not my monitor and cannot be seen outside mtga) it only shows on the lobby PLay Button. Fullscreen Resolution Bug
Game does not persistently support Fullscreen mode for ultrawide monitor resolutions on Windows OS. The resolution keeps changing from Fullscreen to windowed mode. Event occurs upon game launch or whenever playing a new game (standard, alchemy, etc).
From game log: [17528] Current screen dimensions of 3440x1440 are not an allowable ratio (2.388889) so we are forcing windowed mode.

feedback on visuals, cant see card images or names

Account names can be manipulated to be orange, mimicing WOTC employees.
Reproduction steps:
-Sign up for a new MTGA account
-Upon naming the account, name it "<#FF7A05>PUT_ANY_NAME_HERE", without the quotes
-Your account name will now be employee orange.
-This is not visible in-match, but other users you add and message will see it.Platform: The account was made on PC and the account receiving the message was on Android.

I can’t play brawl games
Every time I try to join a brawl game it won’t match me and put me in a game—it just gets stuck in the found opponent part and never starts a match and I have to restart the client
Now that midweek magic is brawl I can’t play that either

Tutorial fairy won’t go away
The tutorial fairy won’t go away after every time I get back to the main menu. I’m well past the tutorial. It doesn’t interfere with game play but it is quite annoying.
