How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Roping
Username WIN is a time-wasting, stalling, roper. He roped me every single turn of the game. I don't know exactly when the game started, but I'm guessing that the game had already been going on for about 10 minutes when I checked my time at 1:32 pm, and I started taking screenshots from 1:35 pm to 2:06 pm as shown on the metadata from the screenshots. Did not record victory in final fantasy arena direct.
First win in arena direct attempt did not get recorded. Game seemed to lag a little bit on the victory screen, then when finally able to return to the record screen, still showed zero wins and zero losses. Very frustrating after paying so many gems for an attempt!

Quick Draft games ending
I am on a quick draft atm. I played 3 games as expected. 4th to 6th were ended in the midle of the game and returned to quick draft screen without changes on victories and losses.

Given 3 match losses in quick draft despite not losing 3 games
I entered a Final Fantasy quick draft event, and played a total of 3 games (1 win 2 losses), however I was given a third match loss from nowhere and my event was ended unfairly. I believe it may have been because I had previously joined the match queue but cancelled before the match was found, but as I cancelled searching for a match I should not have been given a loss for this. As this is an event that requires gems for entry, I don't think this is an acceptable outcome and would like a refund on entry.

Wins in final fantasy quick draft counted as losses
Recently noted wins have been counted as losses shortly after the win page loads. This occurred twice in one draft and lead to early elimination. Loss of rewards.

Kicked from final fantasy quick draft I was winning then all of the sudden waiting for server popped up and I was at the beginning page.

Cant choose deck in starter deck duels
I am playing MTG Arena on Android Mobile and haver played and unlocked only two Starter decks. I am trying to continue the challenge but Im not able to choose any other deck or to play any other game on the event.
All the options I have on this mode is Inspect Deck and I cant choose or play. Please see the attached screenshot... Maybe there is another way but before, when I was able to play, I had different options on this screen

Arena gave me a draw midgame and it was counted as a loss
I was playing a historic event, and I had already lost two games. I was in the middle of a game, and midway through my opponent attacking me for a nonlethal amount of damage, the "Draw" game conclusion symbol appeared above the game. Unfortunately, I clicked through and was unable to get a screenshot. When I exited the game, it was counted not as a draw, but as a loss. As a result, I lost my event.

premier draft match extra loss bug
Today, for the third time in little more than one month, I experienced a very frustrating bug. I was in the middle of a premier draft, and without notice or any kind of disconnection, an EXTRA LOSS was counted against me for no reason. It happened after I got kicked out of a match for no reason (no disconnection, no problems with the client, no crashes).
I already reported this twice and I was ignored (I had to use a different account because I had trouble to login with my real account). Here the link to the bug report that…

Achievement issue
Just finished a Start Deck Duel game with 0 cards in the library, but the "All According to My Calculations@ Achievement was not unlocked, even though it doesn't say anything about the Starter Deck games. Didn't make a screenshot as didn't expect this, obviously.

premier draft disconnect, again...
Once again in the premier draft directly after the last one I reported my game went unresponsive in the middle of the game causing me to lose this time I got completely frozen. Please fix and Please give me back the Premier draft resssources I just now bought gems for this its really frustrating

Draft loss bug
At least twice in the last week, I was playing a premier draft or sealed event, and during the game the screen faded to the main screen. I was then awarded with a loss, despite the game status (at least the one of this morning the game was quite balanced if not ahead for me)
This results in early conclusion of those events, and resources were wasted.1 vote -

final fantasy midweek magic can't use basic lands bug
In Final Fantasy Constructed Midweek Magic event, my basic lands are not showing up. I am assuming this is a bug, because it says "any cards from Final Fantasy Set", and Final Fantasy was released with basic lands, I would assume, as is every set.
But, if this is not a bug, you should ALSO prevent people from using cards that search for basic lands and utilize basic lands, because I feel I just wasted 15 minutes of my life building a deck that I now have to delete and start from scratch, hoping I can build a decent multiple…1 vote -

Disconnected and couldn’t reconnect
I was playing premier draft on arena and I got disconnected due to connection, when I reconnected it showed as if I never played this game so I entered a new one. When the second one finished, it counted the first one as loss

bug de déconnexion en draft
je fais une draft majeur en bo1 sur pc, et quand j'étais en 1-2 je lance une partie, et le premier tour se fait, mais le jeu me déconnecte et je me retrouve dans la sélection de partie de draft (avec les victoires et les défaites), alors je lance une autre partie de draft que je gagne donc normalement je devrais être en 2-2, mais je me retrouve en 2-3. Je pense que la déconnexion de la partie précédente a été considéré comme une défaite après ma déconnexion. très frustrant

Claimed prizes not added

I was in my last game when the announcement of downtime was made.
When I finished my rounds and claimed my prize it gave me an error and then the draft is not showing as having prizes able to be claimed.
(I was undefeated in the draft and even earned the Undefeated achievement.)
