How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

"A deck can have any number of cards named..."
After this update all the cards that you can have any amount of cards in your deck as in ***** Against Humanity and Hare Apparent are coming up as invalid decks now.

Brawl Deck Invalid for having multiple of the same card with “A deck can have any number of cards named” Cid Timeless Artificer
I have 13 Cid’s Time Artificers in a deck and since the new update Arena is saying I have 12 invalid cards and won’t let me use the deck.

BO1 format decks with 15 sideboard cards treated as invalid decks.
- After the update on 7/9/2025, some BO1 format decks with 15 sideboard cards display the message "Invalid Cards: 0"
- These decks can no longer be selected as decks to use in BO1 format
- Before this update, BO3 decks could also be used in BO1.
- From now on, if you want to use the same deck in both BO3 and BO1, you will have to clone it and reduce sideboard cards in BO1 deck, which is a pain.
- Roll back this change immediately.
- If this is not okay, why does the sideboard display have a separator that says "Best of Three…

Collection Discrepancy
There are discrepancies between the collection tallies under Profile and the actual cards shown in the Collection.

Avatar Jump In hides feature cards from collection
Avatar Jump In selection hides the featured cards from my collection. If Aang is the featured card, he doesn’t show in my collection unless I add the deck directly from Jump In

Brindle Boar added for Pioneer
While the majority of meta cards are in the Pioneer card pool, there are some important cards that would enable other decks to compete at a tier level. Brindle Boar is an excellent example of this. I've personally topped and won multiple Pioneer RCQ's with Insidious Roots decks, but the deck can struggle against hyper aggro, i.e. Monstrous Rage decks. There's no card in the available card pool that's even remotely on the same power level as Brindle Boar is at negating these issues. Brindle Boar's activated ability paired with Soul Cauldron is too powerful to replicate.

sideboard
When building a BO3 deck I was creating my sideboard of 15 cards.
But I am unable to save the deck because the game says I have more then 15 cards in my sideboard. even though I have the maximum amount of cards in the side board.This problem doesn't happen with 7 cards in sideboard .

I don't have a renewal egg in my account even though I logged in before the renewal and checked all messages in my inbox.

TLA cards don’t appear from Golden Packs.
After opening eleven Golden Packs, no TLA cards appeared; all selections were drawn from past boosters instead.
Since I already own all rares from the past boosters, they were converted into Gems.
Because this differs from the previous description and does not match the expected benefit, I request that TLA be included in the Golden Pack selection and that the eleven Golden Packs be refunded.I don’t mind if the Gems and cards I received from the eleven Golden Packs are removed upon the refund.

Can't Edit Decks
I'm unable to edit my decks. It says that no more than 15 cards can be in the sideboard. My main standard deck only has 13 cards in the sideboard and I tried adding 2 more card to make it 15 but it said I couldn't add those cards because it would be over 15 cards. Then when I tried to remake the deck new the same pop-up happened when I tried to finish making the deck. I'm also unable to change out cards for other cards in the sideboard or maindeck, the same "15 cards in your sideboard" message…

Voice of victory doesnt trigger
Voice of victory doesnt trigger cards that count the number of creatures attacking with it:
- eg Glimmer lens
-eg Kythen, Hero of AkrosI played a game today at 2:10pm ET where these effects didnt trigger and I lost the game as a result

Surely it should not be infinite
These two cards create an infinite loop that kills the opponent and they cannot go

Lutri, the Spellchaser becomes invalid with duplicate cards in the sideboard
I run a Tainted Pact/Thassas Oracle deck using Lutri as a companion. There are no duplicate cards in the maindeck but there are duplicates in the sideboard that seem to disable Lutri even though Lutris companion viability is only supposed to be concered with cards in the mainboard.

Card styles broken for Arena Anthology 3 cards
others have brought up this bug with cards like ulamog infinite gyre and the 15cmc emrakul, but cards like chain lightning and noble hierarch bugged as well

vault rewards isn't working
Vault icon is lit up and rewards are at 102%. When going to click on "vault rewards" icon to receive rewards. Game goes to loading screen and then just spins back to home page. No rewards received. Icon still lit up to display rewards are available.

Petition for wildcard refund
Dear support,
Few days ago I crafted all the banned brawl cards cause i thought we will get wildcard refund for each of them. Didnt know that doesnt work for this format. So i basically lost 12 rare and 4 mythic wildcards. Can you please undo the action of crafting those cards on my account. Would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

GOLDEN
GOLDEN PACK - DUPLICATE PROTECTION MALFUNCTIONING.
I have a full 4x collection of all standard sets from Avatar thru Bloomburrow. I opened 7 Golden packs today, and received 7 x 20gem cards with Avatar icons on the bottom of them. The remaining cards were appropriate.
Aren't duplicate protections for Golden packs supposed to kick the Rares and Mythics down to all available standard sets before turning cards into gems? Those Gem's should have instead been 7 Rares from OTJ thru WOE. In the past, all of the rares would have defaulted to OTJ, but I'm not sure that is expected.

Unable to open vault despite being over 100%
My vault progress is currently above 100%. However, when I click it to open the screen goes black and shows the message"Waiting for server"for a few seconds and then goes back to the front page of Arena without the vault having openend and with no wildcards being added to my collection.
Restarting the game does nothing as the same thing just happens again.
