How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Donnie's Bo Disappeared
Donnie's Bo showed up in a pack I opened on the Arena but is no where to be found in my collection. Nor does it show up if I search for it in "Not Collected"

Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass level 4 giving wrong reward
Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass level 4 gave 3 packs of EOE instead of Lorwyn Eclipsed. The EOE packs are still in my inventory, please remove these and issue the correct 3 Lorain Eclipsed packs

Incorrect Battle Pass Rewards awarded (lvl 4 Lorwyn Mastery Pass)
I just got to level 4 on the Lorwyn Eclipsed battlepass, expecting to get three Lorwyn Eclipsed packs as rewards.
However, I have just been awarded 3 Edge of Eternities packs instead of the expect packs.
Please see the attached screenshots. Can you please issue the correct packs?

Deck details/ change name issue
When deck building if I select deck details I’m unable to return to deck building as it won’t allow me to select the back button and instead selects the change name option and forces me to exit deck building every time

error on packs givvin from mastery pass
At level 4 of Lorwyn Mastery Pass i got 3 packs from Edge of eternity,and it should be x3 of Lorwyn ecplipsed

Your game says I don't have a card I have been using for HUNDREDS of games
Yesterday I was using the deck listed below, no problem. Log on today, big problem. It's saying I don't own Kona, Rescue Beastie. When I put the same card in a standard deck it will work, but not in an alchemy deck. I'm unable to craft what it's saying I don't have which is even more frustrating so I'd appreciate a speedy reply.

change decks format type on mtg arena
I cant change the format of a deck. The options dont get displayed when you click. Its like they get displayed behind the window below where you see amount of creature spells, non creature spells, etc.

Not able to change pet in deck edit mode
I got several pets.
If I try to change it on my profile they all show up, but in the deck edit mode I just get a blank screen.Version: 2026.55.0.10999.1225076

否定の力が入っているデッキを編集しようとすると、デッキにこのフォーマットで使用できないカードが含まれていますと表示され否定の力が削除され、禁止カードのようにデッキに入れることができない

Can't remove obnoxious tutorial faerie
Recently re awakened the annoying little tutorial faerie after having played without it's presence for months. Now it pops up and annoys me every time I go to switch decks or edit my decks and no matter what I do it won't go away! I've gone to settings, I've replayed the tutorial and hit skip tutorial, I've gone to account preferences and looked but can find no way of turning it off and it's really starting to grind on me to the point that I'm shouting at my phone for it to STFU and go away! Please for the love…

Unable to change deck format
- Change existing deck format from Standard to On the Edge
- PC and iOS
- Change existing deck format from Standard to On the Edge. And then, it can not be changed the format.
- Bug fix immediately

Can't change the era of a deck in deck edit
when you try and change a deck from say Timeless to Historic in the deck editor, you can't do it.

Issue companion/Change format
Since the latest update, I can't change the deck Format in the deck builder or change the companion. The format menu is hiden behind the menu of the deck and the companion are the one by default, all other companion just don't appear.

bug on selected deck type page, change type menu drop down
theres as bug in the drop down menu on the page where you change the type of deck, once a deck type is already selected, the drop down menu where the deck format is, once you select the menu to change the type of deck, the options to be selected are all in behind another post un seeable and un selectable ... it wasnt always there so im assuming its in a update...

Premodern in Arena
I wanted to ask if you have any plans to add the Premodern format to the Arena platform in the future. It would be fantastic if you did! The format is constantly growing worldwide; it's the true Magic that many of us love, and we would be thrilled to be able to play it on Arena! Thank you very much!

Companions not loading
My companions do not come up at all when I go to that section when editing a deck. They come up just fine from my profile, but not when I want to apply one to a deck when editing. PLEASE FIX THIS

EOE packs at L4 of the Mastery pass rather than Lorwyn packs
I have the Mastery pass, and level four gave me three EOE packs rather than three Lorwyn packs.

Mastery Pass - I received the wrong packs in my mastery pass (shown were 3 packs of Lorwyn Eclypsed and I got 3 packs of edge of Eternity?)
Can I please get the right packs on lvl 4??????????? (More cost of product less quantity and less quality???)

deck type
Can't change deck type in deck details screen. The deck type list keeps behind other interface layers and cannot be selected, makes impossible to change the deck type.

(iOS) Cannot leave Deck Details view, forced to discard changes when editing deck
I see that people have mentioned this bug but I have just figured out how to reliably reproduce this. It's a very annoying bug because if you make a lot of changes you will lose all progress due to this bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any deck
2. Remove at least one card from the deck
3. Click on the deck name to open the Deck Details screen (the one that shows the mana curve, card stats, etc.)
4. Try to go back to the Deck Builder screen by tapping the back arrow buttonBehavior:
