How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Ecran Noir aprés le lancement du jeu

    Bonjour,

    Lorsque je démarre le jeu il m'indique qu'il est en attente du serveur puis après un écran noir arrive et il m'est impossible de voire l'interface .Ensuite le jeu me dit qu'il ne répond pas. impossible de joué par conséquence.

  2. Recommended Achievements

    While it is nice to get recommendations for what achievements are closer to completion and could be pursuit for that, it makes no sense to have all three tiers of the SAME achievement recommended. For example, if I have not completed the Vanquish the Week I achievement, why are Vanquish the Week II and III recommended alongside it? This takes up three slots where one would suffice. It would be better to just recommend the lowest uncompleted tier and use the other two slots for other achievements where progress is being made.

  3. Press Play button multiple times

    1) Press the Play button (the last press before queueing into a game) multiple times.
    2) Get 1 or more error messages
    BONUS) one time a got an error and then a black screen (not sure if the black screen is related)

    Should be easy to reproduce:
    1. Go to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/
    2. Click "Sign in"
    3. Nothing happens except for a few errors in the browser console.

  7. Modern Horizons 2 not in set list

    Since the last Arena update, Modern Horizons 2 has vanished from the list of sets. It's still in the game and you can search for the cards or find them in the collection list if you don't have it set to show specific sets, but if you select all sets it will not appear in the collection (except for the artifact lands apparently).

  9. Death and Power Achievement display broken

    The display/count of the Death and Power Achievement is broken. I was at about 200/250 last I looked, and now it says 0/250 (but it also says "Getting there!", which sounds more like it). I have a Zombie tribal deck that I've played several times to try to advance this achievement, so I definitely know that my count should be well above 0.

  10. Game keeps freezing

    For the past 3 weeks I have been having issues with the game freezing. At first it was only when I went to view new packs I had won. The screen would go blank and do nothing, despite waiting several minutes on several occasions. I was still able to play games, just not open packs.
    Now it has deteriorated. Sometimes I cannot open the app at all, it freezes on waiting for server, other times it opens but again when I go to Packs it freezes. Currently I am unable to play at all.

  13. Gatherer and Companion do not search correctly

    The Companion App and the Gatherer web search are not working correctly. When I enter rules text it says I have 0 results for any criteria. The search “counter spell” says zero results. Please bring back the old gatherer search criteria to search by words using the Boolean operators “and”, “or” and “not.”

    On mobile I was disconnected and unable to reconnect to my game until the game was closed and I was issued a loss

  16. game goes from full screen to windowed mode.

    Game goes from full screen to windowed mode every time there is a new window in MTGA. This has been going on for over 3 months.

    It makes me not want to play your game at all. I fixed it with adding another core.dll to the folder. Your new update ruined it all again.

  17. Fullscreen mode does not remember previous resolution

    Fullscreen does not remember previous resolution.

    In past versions, exiting full screen mode would return the PC client to its previously chosen resolution . For example, I play on a 4k monitor, but in windowed mode, I play in 1440p. Last year, when I would exit full screen with the keyboard shortcut, the screen would return to its former size, but at some point, it just started becoming a window with the screen's full resolution. I play on three Windows devices, running both 10 and 11, and the behavior is the same. This makes playing the game in full screen…

  19. Can't equip more than 9 phrases emote

    In the emote selection section of the profile, I cannot select more than 9 phrases.
    The counter below the list correctly shows the correct number selected and gives out an error when going over 15.
    The general error of "cannot equip more than 15 emotes of the type phrase" appears after the 10th emote is selected, disabling the confirm button.
    Selecting and deselecting a sticker eliminates the error and reactivates the confirm button, but when pressed it shows another error and propts you to discard any changes.

  20. "Unable to get collection" on PC most of the time since FDN update

    Since the FDN update, when I open the app it would go through the following:

    1. Splash screen (with the Tinybones art)
    2. Spinner with "Waiting for Server"
    3. Either blank screen or "Nework Error" "Unable to get collection. Please try again later"

    There was one day I was able to enter the game and play, but only that day
