How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Recently received cards not displayed first.
Whenever I open 1 or many boosters and go to collection, there is a display bug where it will only show a handful of the commons/uncommons I got.
In the provided example, I opened 1 Final Fantasy booster, 3 Edge of Eternities, and 1 Golden Booster. Then immediately went to my collection. What you see in the example provided is what I mean. There's no showing of half the booster contents I got (excluding cards I already have 4x of), especially so for the Rares and Mythics.
This has been an ongoing issue with my account for a long time…

Renewal Egg & Prerelease packs Opened but no items received
For Edge of Eternities - I tried opening my Renewal Egg and Prerelease Packs from attending a prerelease, but none of those items got added to my account.

Collection cards owned number filter not working. (presumably with reprints)
I owned plenty of virus beetles back from Kamigawa. Then I played some edge of eternities, got at least one virus beetle, so now I should have 4 edge of eternities virus beetles. And I do. Except when I put the 4x filter up, then I have no virus beetles, apparently.

Unable to use Wildcards
I am unable to redeem any of my wildcards, I have 6 rare wildcards and am trying to craft even 1 rare and am unable to do so.

Lost Egg & Rollover Rewards
I logged in and just as I was seeing packs/cards/whatever pop up the app crashed. I opened the app a second time and saw my gift egg. As I clicked on it, the app crashed again. I am a new player and I have no idea what sort of packs/rewards/gifts/etc I was supposed to get. I have no idea if anything was added to my collection either as I am not seeing "New" above any of the cards in my collection. Rotation et les serveur à 2 dollars de chez WoC
Alors WoC malgrés tous les dollars que vous devez prendre un jour de rotation parce que tous les demeurés de service se jettent sur la nouvelle extension, vous arrivez même pas à fournir à vos clients une connexion convenable?

Pack loading error
When I opened my 6 gold packs it showed the error prompt with only ok and when i clicked it my client glitched out and wouldn't let me join back and when i did my gold packs were gone with no new cards showing up when i looked, I'm on pc but I'm not sure I got anything from the pack.

card reward backsesies?
recently recieved some ff cards, drafted one packed the other, neither are deckavle despite being listed in collection, got a message about them not being in rotation but look like they definately are... both have diamonds, so definately have them but no matter how, even searching by name they cant be accessed in deck builder.

Mistake on Gatherer
On Gatherer, it says that Hashaton, Scarab's Fist is not legal in Brawl. But I have a Hashaton Brawl deck that I'm playing right now, so it must be legal :)

Scrolling problems
I play Arena on Mac, and have two problems with scrolling through cards. The first occurs in the deckbuilder. When I'm browsing my collection, the interface is hyper-responsive. If I hover my mouse near the edge of the screen, it will automatically scroll to the next set of cards, even if I don't want it to. It scrolls even if I don't click the arrow, and it makes browsing very exasperating. Sometimes it happens when I hover over a card that is not even near the edge of the screen. Rare isnt Rare but Still is Rare - Wild Cards
Thank you for realising some spells are not really the rarity that they are printed at.
3 points:
1) For all spells, you should be able to craft them at the lowest rarity they are available for.
That is, Persist isnt a mythic but should be a rare wildcard.
2) If in a future set, Persist is printed at uncommon or lower, please refund players based on this. (This should apply to every card.)
3) Please refund players who crafted cards before this change to the crafting/style policy and commonality.
Say if you have 1 to 4 copies of Spirebluff…

Vraska ilustration

Midweek Magic Event is a scam
How come every opponent seems to have perfect cards that all go together and they get them in such succession no matter what I play or what I do, I just get completely destroyed every single time. It's impossible to win midweek magic event *. It's such a scam and garbage like we should all be picking from exactly the same carts. Otherwise it's just not fair any way, shape or form. I'm so tired of this *. Like these people are supposed to be drafting cards. Not picking the best cards that all go together perfectly every…

Can't open decks to edit them
Running Arena on PC.
When attempting to open a deck to edit, the game displays the "waiting for server" screen until I restart the game. It does this no matter which deck I select, and it does it for the starter decks as well as the one's I've created.

Cant add Zagoth triom witho buying style
In cube draft I was for forced to buy the style for zagoth triom to be able to add the card to deck and would like to be reimbursed

Can't craft FIC commanders for a brawl deck
I tryed to craft Tidus, Yuna's guardian for a brawl deck and it didn't appear in the browser when I searched by "tidus". Also, I didn't get any result when I filtered by "E:FIC", but for some reason, I changed my deck to "Friendly brawl" and now I'm able to craft it and put it in my brawl deck.
