Hello.
Around 1:00 AM on September 6, 2025 (Japan Time), I played Arena Direct (Shield) “Eternal Terminus.” Despite my opponent surrendering in the second match, I was marked as defeated, resulting in two losses.
The situation is as follows. Could you please confirm?
■Pre-match status (after losing the first match)
Wins: 0
Losses: 1
■Post-match statusWins: 1
Losses: 2 (resulting in a drop due to reaching 2 losses)After the match, both the win and loss counts increased, suggesting a bug.

Can't block
Durante alcune partite tramite l'app quando il mio avversario dichiara un attacco e mi da la possibilità di selezionare i bloccanti, posso selezionare la creatura ma non riesco a selezionare la creatura da bloccare, invece la fila delle creature slitta compreso la creatura avatar e si sposta lateralmente (a destra o sinistra)

keyword soup
The "Keyword Soup" achievement is bugged. I have achieved this event, not against the computer or a direct match and the achievement does not unlock. Please see screenshots. I am playing on iOS.

It’s annoying to loose with a bug on a draft, it happens very often and nobody never contacts me to retrieve the loss.

Connection lost
In a match i lost The Connection and i try to recinnect but unsuccessfull. So i lost The game.

Got disconnected
I just got disconnected in the middle of draft game, and I couldn't log in again to the game (from different divices, both WiFi and mobile data). Server status is green, but I still can't log in

Mtg arena crashing
Just lost my draft due to MTG arena crashing when entering the match. I tried restarting the app multiple times, but every time it tried to join the match the app crashed.

possible event game mode for people who like long big set up games
Partner and I have been chatting about how it would be interesting to see a game mode where both players are immune to damage and win/lose the game mechanics for the first ~5 rounds of the game or something like that, really allows focus on set up and gives players an even playing field when the game fully starts.

equilibrium adept
Hello,
On arena I in a PC quickdraft game, I cast a spell, attack with equilibrium adept, got blocked, then cast snakeskin veil, the adept did not get double strike, did not do first strike damage, died to a deathtouch creature.
Weird, now what?

No visible end date on events
It would be good to have a working calendar as no games have a time out date/ time on them until 48 hours before close. As no guidance is given until so close, which I really don’t understand the logic of by the way, a working calendar becomes essential. I often find though it doesn’t, like now (as of 8:47 GMT 2nd Sept). Quite annoying when this must be a very easy bit of programming to get right.

Game off
4 time when I played my first game in draft from the firs try game just bugs and turn off then I waited for more than minute to come back and my turn finished. And again with the same card on turn 5. And sure I lose the game. On 5th try it didn’t come back. I want my draft challenge money back

I cannot play a draft or ranked event because the client claims network errors. I'm not sure why I can't join a game if I have enough internet to draft

draft card not from sets
i was trying to figure out how my last eoe premier draft, opponents had m25 cards, they crushed me with, cause spaceships and robot stuck by compairison, but also if they get access to these better cards for draft and im stuck using the 3 eoe boosters how do i get m25 boosters instead? absolutely not fair, and in premium, only losses i had was to a cheat and 2 guys with outclassed nondraft released sets... 10k events, it only fair were pulling from the same cards and clearly were not if cards not in the draft set are in…

Arena keeps freezing midgame, and takes so long to reload that my turn ends up skipping, losing me the match
