How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Add a way to favorite cards in your deck so they show up first when searching zones
Ever since pioneer got added I have been playing a lot of lotus field combo on mobile. It is fun but it is slightly annoying having to drag the slider every time I want to find a lotus field or a thespian stage off of sylvan scrying. Since those two and the channel lands would be the only lands I would ever be casting sylvan scrying for, It would be nice to be able to set it so those lands are at the top of the list each time. Red Aggro Decks
PLEASE do something against these red aggro decks. It's getting worse and worse. It's really not funny losing every second game in turn two. Theres is absolutely nothing you can do against those decks if you are not the player chosen to take the first turn. Ban those stupid cards from the game. I really start thinking about quitting to play the game.

Client crashes regularly
The MTG Arena client on Android crashes regularly and takes forever to reconnect. This morning I was playing a Premier Draft event until I got to a point when I got paired to a match which resulted in client crash with no error message. I tried reconnecting several times but the app kept crashing. When it finally reconnected, it turned out I already lost the game which was my final one in the event. That's so frustrating!!!

Remove tokens from the game
One card per permanent is a much better game philosophy than just letting someone spam creature tokens to win.

Just watched one of your ****** bots reword a card so it didn't have to lose. I'm suing you piles of *. I'm contacting a lawyer. I'm still waiting on the SEC to email me back. I'll probably just have to send them emails literally every **** day until you get shut down as a company. Eat ****.

Android Crash on App Launch
After update Android app crashes on App launch.

One player clearly Taylor made to dominate the other
Stop Taylor matching one opponent to absolutely dominate the other with the exact cards needed to stifle the other player. I’ve been on both ends of this and it is ridiculous that I draw the exact cards needed to counter my opponents every move.

Personal Ban List in Play Queue
In the Play Queue, allow the player to choose cards or colors to "ban" for their games. For example, if I don't want to match against Monstrous Rage and Manifold Mouse, I can select those cards for my personal "ban list" and I won't play against them. I think of this like kitchen table Magic where you set your own house rules with your friends. Queue times may be longer but I would trade a longer wait time for a more enjoyable experience.
Of course leave the Ranked Queue for competitive play as is.

just stop emailing me back if your going to repeat yourself be wrong and ignore the issues
you customer service is dumb, im done just stop emailing me back, its not an issue with my connection or tech your just ignoring the problems and doing nithing, i will continue ti post everytime i have an issue, just stop recontacting me with worthless information. your tech support is trash and if the same coypke csr respond like bits one more time im blocking your emails.

Je vous propose de corriger l’algorithme pour que la part d’aléatoire revienne.
Il n’est pas correct que sur *** parties de draft, 10 fois l’adversaire commence.
C’est rageant, énervant que systématiquement mon adversaire commence.

Cleric Class not adding +1/+1 counters
I am experiencing issues with Cleric Class not adding the counters. It gives me the action to choose which creature the counters go on, but it does not actually add the counter when the creature is chosen.
This is happening on PC while playing through the Steam launcher.

Final Fantasy IX avatar(s)
Final Fantasy IX is missing from the roster of purchasable avatars of FF heroes and villains (Stiltzkin is cute, but not a main hero or villain), and this is glaring next to the otherwise plentiful cast available from other FF titles. Please add Zidane, Garnet and/or Kuja to the list.

In round 1 of my premier draft today the game disconnected, went to "waiting for server", then exited to the main menu and I was recorded a game loss.

Problem with set pioneer
Hi, i want to know when you implement the real pioneer because i want crumbling wastes from the expansion oath of gatewatch but is not in mtg arena. How is this possibile is important to update the pioneer with the real pioneer in paper!! When you implement all?

automatically leaving match without being able to check the feild
stop auto exiting matches this only promote cheating and cinfusion,im trying to heck the feild to find iut how a guy trun with a55 flyer did 20 damage in a single 5 attack i cant now because any touching of any kind remives me from the match, i tried clicking the tiny little vuew battlefeild and instead it exist, cant get a match to load to start page but yyou can clear it without even touching. being completely unable to read opps cards and check what theyve done is malarky, im encountering unexplained phenomina in every 4th match, and have…

Abolish the Heist mechanism
Heist Mechanism is getting stronger, not nerfed, because of stupid card changes.
I can't do it because my opponent's choice is too slow.
It's a stupid game where you wait for many turns and your opponent draws many cards with chorus cards, making alchemy less diverse and boring.Please nerf it as soon as possible

two factor authentication
the simplest way to protect your account and also maintain it is to allow the option of two factor authentication
would be helpful to add a second email or phone number for authentication for safety but also so i don't have to have a two week conversation with customer service to alter my email.
as an option you could allow us to add our phone number or another email so we don't end up loosing the account if we delete associated or other issues related to emails.
customer service seems to not have the ability to deal with this issue…
