How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. ‘You have lost your connection to the server’

    Despite the connection saying ‘all systems are operational’
    Every time you log in it disconnects right now on iOS mobile
    It actually disconnects as soon as you log in for the past 20 minutes
    New player here, is it normal for something to be wrong each time you log in?

  2. Tutorial wisp keep popping up on my Home Screen

    The tutorial wisp keeps on popping up every time I enter the Home Screen. Ever after completing all of my quest, it still says that I have a quest to complete. It is really annoying and is driving me insane!!! Why is there no option to turn it off!

  3. card sleeve cosmetics not working properly

    My American flag card sleeve is not displaying properly. I've gone to the cosmetics screen, set the sleeve as a default, the blue border is showing around it, and yet my cards still have the default sleeve in every game.

  4. unable to login

    EOE release day. Got in for a few mintues and now I can't. Options are check status, reconnect, or logout. Logging out then back in did not help nor did restarting.

  5. Unable to Login - Server Error

    The app loads through “checking for active matches” but eventually times out and displays “Unable to Login” message. This was repeated on a Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel Pro Fold. Opening the app on an iPad Pro initially displayed “waiting for server” followed by “Error: error updating data,” but after restarting the app displayed “Network Error” and then “Unable to Login” after attempting to reconnect.

    I was able to login very briefly circa 8:45am PST and opened the July Renewal Egg to collect the rewards before being logged off.

    Issue began circa 9:00am PST on 29 Jul, 2025.

  7. Review Consolidation

    I was facing an issue with MTGA's tutorial showing up after having completed the spark tutorials a couple years ago, I come here to find if anyone has a fix for it, and there are probably a hundred people facing the same issue, with half voting on one comment, and the other half making their own comment. I am guessing that a lot of people face the issue, and I am surprised there is not only no solution as far as I can see, but that there isn't an faq page or something for these.

  8. Sparky since last but one Update

    Since the last but one update Sparky has been appearing on the home screen every time it opens. This has not been the first time you've had problems with the pesky sprite.

    Accepted she is useful as the tutorial guide for new players, despite the annoying voice, but once play is well beyond the tutorial stage she is completely superfluous for all intents and purposes. Therefore, could you allow all players a functioning button to disable/enable the little pest as and when they see fit?

  13. Sparky wont go away

    Sparky came back about a 2 updates ago and it wont go away and there is no option to turn it off. I completed the tutorials years ago, there is no reason for this feature to turn itself back on.

  14. My cards are below the life counter

    My cards have been below the life counter. I tried to reinstall and it stills does the same thing. This started happening after the latest patch.

  15. Cards Visual Bug

    After the new update, there is a visual bug where cards are not fully displayed properly. They are lower than usual - can't see whether a card is an instant, creature, etc. And it is overlapping with the health icon.

    Every time the game switches "modes" (e.g. goes from loading screen to battle or from battle to defeat/win screen the game goes from full screen to windowed mode.

  17. Arena freezing on MacOS

    Arena freezing on MacOS at load screen. Usually crashes at "Requesting Format Data" - if I get past that, then it crashes and gives an "unable to get collection" error. I've done a thorough uninstall / reinstall and even went so far as to reset my Mac to factory settings - problem persists. And, just for added fun, the first time I tried to submit this report this website sent me to a 404 after I clicked "Post Idea." Super cool.
    Please fix.

  20. App closes

    Mobile app on android will not open. Loads the start sceen but as soon as it gets to the home screen it foreses itself closed. It happend after the last update around 12-10-25.
