How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Cards Showing Up Black

    Cards showed up black in both deckbuilding, deck collection, and matches. Tried closing it, refreshing, reinstalling, etc. Would appreciate help on this matter :)

  2. opponent stack.

    My opponent filled the stack with over 200 triggers so I pushed the resolve all, the game ran through my timers while i was unable to respond to my opponent. using all my timers resulted in the game not allowing me to respond during combat. The game becomes highly abuse-able if some?one can control there opponents timer. If i click auto-pass and have zero control of game actions, how am i using my timer?

  3. MTG: Arena Play Button have a black scratch across it

    My PLAY button is different than anyone else's. It has a black scratch across it. It's been there for a long time, through tons of updates to the client. It is only present on MTGA, it does not exist outside the program (eg. its not my monitor and cannot be seen outside mtga) it only shows on the lobby PLay Button. It does not appear on the button in any other screen of the client, just the lobby. My friends don't have this scratch on their play button and neither do any of the MTGA streamers on Twitch, I have…

  4. Fullscreen Resolution Bug

    Game does not persistently support Fullscreen mode for ultrawide monitor resolutions on Windows OS. The resolution keeps changing from Fullscreen to windowed mode. Event occurs upon game launch or whenever playing a new game (standard, alchemy, etc).

    From game log: [17528] Current screen dimensions of 3440x1440 are not an allowable ratio (2.388889) so we are forcing windowed mode.

  6. Account names can be manipulated to be orange, mimicing WOTC employees.

    Reproduction steps:
    -Sign up for a new MTGA account
    -Upon naming the account, name it "<#FF7A05>PUT_ANY_NAME_HERE", without the quotes
    -Your account name will now be employee orange.
    -This is not visible in-match, but other users you add and message will see it.

    Platform: The account was made on PC and the account receiving the message was on Android.

  8. I can’t play brawl games

    Every time I try to join a brawl game it won’t match me and put me in a game—it just gets stuck in the found opponent part and never starts a match and I have to restart the client

    Now that midweek magic is brawl I can’t play that either

  9. Tutorial fairy won’t go away

    The tutorial fairy won’t go away after every time I get back to the main menu. I’m well past the tutorial. It doesn’t interfere with game play but it is quite annoying.

  12. final fanasty

    MTG Arena Direct Token bug? First time on MTGA here. Just played on MTGA Direct yesterday cuz of final fantasy. Spent like $1000 IRL moneys for gems and used all of it to try to win multiple boxes.

    I won my second Arena Direct Challenge for Final Fantasy but the token didn't update or shows 2? Does the number change or will it display two tokens? How do i check and cash out and collect my boxes?

  14. Regular Checks for Reconnect on Mobile

    It's one thing to disconnect from a match because of your garbage mobile client, but to be sitting there with full client-side functionality and unaware of being disconnected until it's so late you lost an entire turn? In a monthly qualifier tournament no less? Disgusting. Fix this ****.

  15. Freeze and crash of the game following update on june 3

  16. Notification badge on Store tab never disappears (new bug introduced in v2025.46.20, 18 March)

    Since updating to v2025.46.20, the notification badge is always displayed on the Store button on the top menu (i.e. the orange dot doesn't disappear even if I click through every tab).

    The Arena client for Mac won't start up. It goes to a screen that says "Asset Error Detected," and when it relaunches the same thing happens.

  18. ‘You have lost your connection to the server’

    Despite the connection saying ‘all systems are operational’
    Every time you log in it disconnects right now on iOS mobile
    It actually disconnects as soon as you log in for the past 20 minutes
    New player here, is it normal for something to be wrong each time you log in?

  19. card sleeve cosmetics not working properly

    My American flag card sleeve is not displaying properly. I've gone to the cosmetics screen, set the sleeve as a default, the blue border is showing around it, and yet my cards still have the default sleeve in every game.

    EOE release day. Got in for a few mintues and now I can't. Options are check status, reconnect, or logout. Logging out then back in did not help nor did restarting.
