How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Connection Issues
Despite my connection being absolutely fine; able to access the internet with normal speeds, when I connect to an opponent I either get no hands loading in (i.e the mulligan screen, shown in image 1), or my hand loads after mulliganing, but then I get the timeout bar which just sits at 0 (shown in images 2 and 3). I've gone from playing consistently for a several hours to now having not been able to play a single game for an hour and a half.

Softlocked as soon as match starts
Unable to progress the game from start of match. Timer runs out on mulligan timer without ever showing cards, cannot concede. Version 2025.54.0.10689.1214342

Demonic Pact UI bug
Demonic Pact does not properly display which modes are unchosen when passed to me by an opponent's Harmless Offering. I saw this and misplayed because of what I thought I would have available on my upkeep.
Of note, my first upkeep with the Pact I chose "opponent discards 2" and it never updated the UI even from that turn (this picture is after end of game) - apparently when passed to me the discard and the lose the game were the only options available.
Also of note, it's somehow greying out the first paragraph instead of the bullet list items,…6 votes -
Game freezing on android
I've already posted that my game is Freezing but I failed to include it's on the android app.
I've gathered a lot of instances that trigger the freeze such as:
-Attacking
-looking at opponent's hand
-ultima resolving and ending the turn
-Phelia exiling a token
-watching a card on my own hand
-Annihilator sacrificing a token
-trigger from weaver of souls
-opp casting their commander
-Any sweeper
-looting with pirate's pillage
This has been happening at least since Feb 25th (I'm not sure, as I could've given grace that it was my phone for some days), and I'm afraid to…5 votes -
Priority error
My opponent cast a card draw spell with card selection at the end of my turn, tapping them out. I was given priority to cast my own spell. I waited to allow them to draw and priority automatically passed through to their next main phase. As a result I was unable to resolve my spell while they were tapped out and recorded a match loss when they countered my card draw at the end of their next turn.
You must give me priority when I have an instant or I might as well go and install hearthstone.

Give me my money back
This problem with the screen locking, game freezing, unable to even concede the match has been happening to me since the last update. Now, with absolutely no cards in hand, and no abilities to activate, my timer rope comes up and I'm unable to do anything. I was already upset because of the amount of matches I'd lost during ranked limited play because of this bug, but now I had to restart the client in the middle of a match during the Lorwyn Eclipsed win a box event, and it counted the match as a loss. Play 3 cars then game uses my timeouts as though i am not playing.
I play three turns then games freezes not allowing me to play then uses my timeouts so i lose. It has done this mostly on opponents turn. No matter what i press nothing happens. I have rebooted, performed uninstall / re-install, and performed local repaiar with no results. Please help.

cant sacrifice map token
When I try to sacrifice a map token or really it seems sacrifice anything the game freezes. Only when playing on mobile, for me iOS. This has been consistent every time I try to sac something since the TMNT update last week. It does not happen on PC but most of my opportunity to play this game in on mobile.

MTG Arena
Using mobile platform on an android phone with up to date client. Game freezes during bot matches. It happens always during the bot's turn. It will look like Sparky is trying to make a decision, but will never advance. I have waited until the app times out and restarts. I have not tried to replicate this on PC so I do not know if it is mobile only.

13/15 games land screwed or flooded with 24 lands, 2 fetches, and a 60 card deck. 1/2 games not opening hand
13/15 games land screwed or flooded with 24 lands, 2 fetches, and a 60 card deck. 1/2 games not opening hand land screwed/flooded, stuck at 3 lands until turn 5. So basically 14/15 games lands are messed. That's pretty high.

Time extension and auto concede happening during opponent's turn while waiting on their action to resolve on android
Turn auto concede off during opponents turn qnd make it only available during one's own turn

Recurring bug
There is a recurring bug which stops the duel and takes as if the resolution of the effect is pending by my initiative and then makes me lose by inactivity when I can't interact with it

Game freezing
I was going to post a complaint about how the game is STILL freezing...DAYS later...but then I saw about a million other complaints that you seemingly ignore. Public opinion about your **** game is dropping like a stone. At least I didn't lose entry fees like half the players in these complaints who relied on you to do your job. Ouch...

Get Alchemy cards out of my magic!!
Get alchemy cards out of Historic. Alchemy absolutely sucks to play against. I do not like having my deck "heisted." Every third deck has that stupid blue bird that "conjures" the junk nine into my opponent's hand. Hey! Let's wheel 16 turns in a row. So fun!! SOOO MUUUCH FUUUN!! And it only takes 20 additional minutes! As I type this note and "play" historic, my opponent has played ONLY alchemy cards so far. The entire graveyard is nothing but alchemy cards. This is not fun. Get these stupid cards OUT of my magic the gathering. Make a separate league…
