How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. ragnarok, devine deliverance

    had ragnarok in play my opponent forced a sacrifice and the death triggers failed to happen. I have just seen that this is an ongoing issue, you want players money but you are failing to deliver a worthwhile full functioning product. Your game is riddled with bugs and you do nothing about it. Is it that you guys don't care about the game and are planning on running it into the ground or are just proud to have the award for the worst customer service on the internet?

  2. Jubilant Mascot targets even if the support cost is not paid

    My opponent had Jubilant Mascot on the battlefield. They also had Gisa, The Hellraiser. When they went to combat they had no mana available. The ability to pay 3W to Support 2 went onto the stack for Jubilant Mascot and they could not pay it. They still got to target my creatures with the Support 2 triggering Gisa. The card does NOT say, "Target two creatures then if you pay 3W..." The Support ability should have never gone onto the stack which meant that nothing should have been targeted and Gisa should not have triggered.

  3. Sparky always tells me i have enough gold for a booster when i do not. please remove or fix the mechanic as its terribly annoying

    shut sparky up please. she always tells me i have enough gold for a booster. either comp me a booster everytime she says that i do whn i have 200 gold or fix it please

  4. combustion techique dealt incorrect damage

    Combustion technique dealt the incorrect damage to my creature. When the spell resolved there were no lesson cards in my opponent's graveyard. The spell destroyed my 4 toughness creature with only two damage.

    Please fix. This cost me a best of three match!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    And please correct the outcome of the match because the damage was assigned incorrectly.

  5. Blasphemous Act not visually destroying creatures

    On PC, running a shrine deck in Brawl and had many 10s of creature tokens due to Honden of Life's Web and Overlord of the Mistmoors, opponent casts a Blasphemous act which should kill all of my tokens due to toughness of 1 but surprisingly a bunch of my tokens survived remaining on my board, next turn opponent plays a hasty creature and my declare blocker step is skipped as though the creatures remaining on my board were actually destroyed correctly but not visually.

  6. 2nd Spell Does Not Result In Copy: Sage of the Skies Cast from Buster Sword Free Cast Trigger

    1.a. Equip Lightning, Army of One with Buster Sword for two (2) mana
    1.b. Attack Using Lightning, Army of One equipped with Buster Sword and hit opponent for six (6) damage
    1.c. From resulting Buster Sword interaction draw Lightning Helix, elect to cast Sage of the Skies [was in hand] for free
    1.d. With the free cast of Sage of the Skies on the stack (after Lightning, Army of One "Stagger" trigger resolves) cast Lightning Helix at opponent for six (6) damage [this would be the first spell]

  7. Starting town tapped pre-combat damage

    I am currently running a deck using Essence Channeler and Starting Town. During my opponent's pre-combat or during combat I am unable to tap my Starting Town pinging myself for 1 point of damage for any mana type. This might be because the program doesn't register I have any responses available. I should be able to tap my land during combat giving my Essence Channeler flying in order to respond to an opponent's declaration of attackers.

    It should allow the option to tap Starting Town as a response just like how you can pay mana for a creature land when…

  8. Game freezes

    After the new update I can't select a new deck or play any game without the game freezing and taking a long time to update and do anything. I have yet to get to play a game since the update because the cards in my hand never load.

  9. On Arena Brawl playing vs Not Legal Cards

    Why am I finding myself playing Brawl format via Arena versus not legal cards? Few days ago I played vs Primevial Titan and today I found myself playing vs Golos. Please keep your rules in tact.

  10. Omniscience draft not giving option to cast

    During a Through the Omenpaths omniscience draft, I exiled and chose to cast a [[Neach, Pinnacle Pariah]] with [[Fire-Brained Scheme]]. I was not given the option to cast the Neach with the omniscience emblem. Platform is PC.

  11. overprotect is not working as intended

    Playing Landfall and someone went to remove one of my birds with a direct removal ie the one that is -3 -3 and removes all copies, in response I casted Overprotect to give hexproof.. the removal went through, (and has happened several times)... Nothing on the field to stop hexproof btw... I have been playing since Beta cardboard and been playing Arena since launch... This is def a glitch

  12. TRIBUTE TO HUNGER

    We are back on a streak of flawed cards! Tribute to Hunger had the mana to activate Every single turn. There was nothing on either side of the table to prevent this from happening. Cost me the match. See log.

  13. Gut ordering with voice of victory and Kari zev, Skyship Raider

    When having gut, true soul zealot in play and attacking with either voice of victory or zev, skyship raider, mtg will order the triggers in such a way, that you can't sacrifice a summoned unit.
    The game should automatically trigger this the better way or ask for a prompt from the user.
    It is also stupid, that full control won't let you order triggers. I needed to google to find out, that you have to set a setting for this.
    This cost me two powered cube matches.
    Very annoying.

  14. Sanguine Syphoner reature type

    Best of One gameplay PC, opponent has Sanguine Syphoner in play, this creature cannot be targeted by Shoot the Sheriff, Sanguine Syphoner is not an outlaw creature type.

  15. Arena should spend colorless mana over colored mana, but it does not

    When you have a bunch of mana floating, some colorless and some colored, and then you cast a spell, colorless mana should always be spent first by default. However, the game is not doing that currently.

    This often comes into play when casting Scapeshift. For example: I float BBGG and 1 colorless mana (5 total). I then cast Scapeshift (which costs 2GG). The game should leave 1 B mana in my pool. However, the game instead leaves 1 colorless mana. Since black mana is better than colorless mana in almost every situation, this is not what the default behavior should…

  16. Bo3s turning into Bo1s bug?!

    On 8 occasions this evening, a Bo3 match turned into a Bo1. There was no side-boarding phase despite play proceeding normally in each first game--no noticeable network or queuing issues and no otherwise perceived delays in play.

    The match also ended w/o the usual awards of a win for even a Bo1.

  17. Bloodthirsty conqueror

    March 5th and you still haven't removed bloodthirsty conqueror from alchemy or standard at the very least, this is very annoying, maybe we should all go for this winner bug and not use strategy or other colors that won't give you a sure and easy win

  18. Visual bug on the third game of the tutorial

    I just started the game. Im currently in the third game of the tutorial (the one against a blue deck), when suddendly the cards start to freeze as they enter the field and the begin to cluster the right side of the screen, overlapping with one another (like in the image).
    The game still runs correctly and mechanically, nothing changed. But it's pretty much imposible to play optimaly when the cards are glitching one over the other.
    Don't know if the bug will continue past the tutorial, but I hope not.

  19. Bloodthirsty Conquerer

    I have now had numerous games where Bloodthirsty Conquerer created an infinite loop. Sometimes I was winning. Sometimes I was losing. Sometimes it was neck and neck. Most of the time it has happened to me. Some of the times I was the one getting the benefit.

    But every single one of these games was ruined. Fix this stupid, broken gameplay mechanic. It is not the spirit or intent of the card to create an infinite feedback loop. That is poor implementation, not a problem with the card. It activates once. And ONLY once.

  20. fix the boring game play

    I left magic couple of years ago, A friend got me to try arena in an attempt to rekindle my love of the game. So far all arena is doing is reinforcing the reasons why I left. Most players are no better then shaved monkeys parroting the pros who are making pathetic decks. Honestly I don't see how you guys are making money off the pros, the decks are based of low cast commons ( the cards most players do not have to buy wildcards for ) and they are pushing for 2-4 turn kills.
