To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

カスみたいなサポートセンターはここに投降しろというのでしている
というより過去に投降してる上に他者からも意見が出ているのにそんなにかたくなに実装しないのは無能なのを隠したいの?それとも課金者勝たせるアルゴリズムがバレルから出せないの?

Stop sending marketing notifications
What if the companion did not send spammy notifications when you have the setting turned off?
What if the setting itself had any indicator as to whether or was enabled or not?
I use the app to find my assigned table for Monday night weeklies I do not need or want extraneous notifications at 3pm on a Thursday.

App frequently logging out
Hey. I'm writing because the Companion app keeps logging me out. Usually once per round which is really annoying.
I am using a Google Pixel 6a running Android 13. This did not happen on my previous phone, a Pixel 3a.
Please fix this or provide instructions on how I can mitigate it.

Stop sending push notifs after I turn off push notifications
I use your app because i have to. I do not consent to being notified at any time other than when I explicitly am in a tournament that requires its use. There’s a setting to disable “general marketing” notifications but it is not being respected.

Imoti Art Style not available when crafting deck
The deck editor in Quick Draft would not allow me to apply the card style to the copy of Imoti that I drafted in the event. The deck editor when I edit my Quick Draft deck simply didn't show the control to let me select different card styles.

Actual physical packs issue
I tried to find where to put this under MTG support, but there is literally no contact customer service or create a ticket on any of the pages. I'm unsure why this site is designed so well, and the others are not.
At a prerelease there were Booster Packs that had coloration issues. On person at my table opened packs that had 5 set rares in them, not counting any bonus cards.
Another person opened cards like Woodland Acolyte (241) which to my understanding should not be in Draft booters.
Can you kindly forward to the appropriate channels, and perhaps…

Round timer issue after screensaver
Round timer return back to initial timer after screensaver. It also happen when I go to lifepoint page

Advanced Search -> Set selection: The set dropdown does not include new sets
The set selection dropdown in the advanced search does not include new sets, such as March of the Machines or Lord of the Rings.

deck list function
companion should let you build deck list from the search function
they can be saved locally to preserve server space, maybe each user gets an amount of cloud saved lists
cards should be saveable to different designations e.g. in deck, sideboard, maybes, commander, etc.
potentially appraise/order the deck at stores partnered via companion2 votes
