To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Export event results
It would be great if there was a button that would let you export event results to a file like a csv.
It could be in the format:
Name, points, w, l, d, breakers
This would let stores that want to run multi-week events easily track/store the results rather than having to do it manually2 votes -
Legality
Please update to reflect current legality of sets.
For example BRO shows only 18 cards legal in pioneer.
This shouldn’t be frustrating for me to search legal cards I may want in my pioneer deck for FNM.

Parnesse
I was using the companion app to look up rulings on a card. The name of the card was "Parnesse, the Subtle Brush". Upon doing so, the card that it found (1/1) was "Perrie, the Pulverizer". After clicking the only option, it gave me the real card. I took a screenshot to show you. I'm using an android. Galaxy s20 FE 5G.

Terminate is shown legal in pioneer, should not.

I'd like to be able to change my name for tournaments
I want to be able to use a nickname during tournaments.

Advanced card search button
The search button for the advanced search card function is now obstructed with the new UI and it makes it harder to press the button.

Create own Card-lists
Hi,
as a feature it would be nice to save cards in own created lists. With that you can collect cards for deckideas.

Gatherer mobile does not support the use of quotes to restrict searches (like the website does)
The card database portion of the companion app does not allow for the use of quotes to force a text search to exactly match the phrase being searched, while the website version DOES allow this. The companion app should be updated to allow this feature.
Ex. Searching for rules text formatted like: "when a creature enters" results in a search where any of those words appear on the card, not necessarily in that order. When searching for the same rules text and using quotes on the website you will only get cards with that exact phrase.

Missing picture
Any cards I search that is two sided or flip when clicked in I cant see a picture.

100% Downpair rate
How come at multiple lgs I am the person that gets literally allways downpaired. That's not na exaggeration. If there is some in my breaker range getting downpaired it's allways me 100% of the time. It's really infuriating since it cost me mutliple top8 due to breakers alone. Is it somehow ID bound or what's goin on? Seriously considering selling all my cards because it gets me so mad allready playing paper events. Considering quitting magic all together.

Deck considered invalid by lack of cards in collection, although they exist
A deck is considered invalid by lack of cards in collection.
If I add/remove a Farewell card and save the deck I get a: "Invalid deck" message, lack of cards in collection.
However the cards are there. I've crafted two Farewell cards earlier today.
Please look into to it, it is very frustrating to craft the cards and not being able to use them.

Removing an event
Could we get a way to remove an evnt that you already played or if you join a wrong event. Because you used a wrong code or something.
So your'e homescreen is not full of events that have passed or are not playing in. Some disapear but some stay1 vote -
Game win percentage can be recorded incorrectly
At a draft event yesterday I noticed a situation where game win percentages reported in the Companion app seemed to be incorrect. After each round, game win percentages averaged to higher than 50%, despite there being six players in the draft pod with no byes. A screenshot from after round 2 is attached. I believe this happened because players who lost 2-0 were given game win percentages of 33% for the round in some cases (while their opponents correctly got game win percentages of 100%). This was especially obvious after round 1 (I didn't get a screenshot at that point)…

Wrong card art
When searching for the card "The Beamtown bullies" a different card is presented instead, when the incorrectly displayed card is than selected it displays all the correct information about "The Beamtown bullies" but still uses the wrong card for the image

"Get Started" then BACK loses pairings
I was playing with friends and using the companion app, which we find very helpful, so thanks!
One issue we were having was, the host would press the "get started" button too soon, and didn't want to start the timer yet. So he'd hit "back," and we'd lose the pairings altogether. He did this twice! I guess the get-started button is too alluring. Maybe an "are you sure you want to start the timer?" pop up would fix this. Or saving the pairings somehow.

I cannot push the button in red frame of uploaded file.
I think I cannot push the red frame button because yellow frame icons are superimposed over the button.
The same accidents occurs on other screens. ( ex. submitting result )

App icon indicates 1 notification and it will not go away
I have an iPhone 11, and typically when an app has an unread notification, the app will depict a number inside of a red circle atop the icon logo in the Home Screen. Currently, my companion app shows that I have 1 unread notification, yet nothing inside the app indicates such. I cannot get this to clear. This started last Sunday. Since this started, the app has not functioned smoothly.
