To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Upgrades
My suggestion is that the card search should be able in multiple languages, also it would be really nice that it shows the probable result with partial words (so if you don't remember exactly the name you have a hint)
Other suggestion is to put the search bar in the results of the card, just in case you want to look for another card, and don't have to go back5 votesGreat suggestions! We’ve got many of these on our backlog and will be rolling them out in the future.

Cannot See Full Names
Hello,
I wanted to ask and see if it's possible to change the naming system in the app.
I only see last name when I get paired up with an opponent. Some other people can see full names.
Does it have anything to do with Android vs Apple?
I am unable to find an option in the app to change the names.

Add Turn Timer
I have been looking for a turn timer for magic for about a decade. One that could be used in group games as well as tournaments. In casual play it helps move the game along and keeps those players that just talk through there turn more focused and in tournaments it can keep track of how long someone is taking on their turn. I have lost so many games to people who purposely play slow to force a draw.

Companion results incorrectly reported as a draw
In rare cases, match results for EventLink events are reported as draws instead of expected results when using the Companion app.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Participate in an EventLink event using the Companion app.
2. Submit results for a match - for example, winning 2-1.Actual Results: In rare circumstances, the match is reported as 0-0.
Expected Results: You are reported as winning 2-1.5 votes -
My local game store is not showing in the app
Zombie Games is not showing in the app but we play both constructed and draft there all the time. Why is it not showing up?

Never received packs in Arena from prerelease event
I joined a Tarkir prerelease event but I never received packs in MTGA. I paid for the box, did the event, and I never got my packs in arena. Is there anyway I can get my packs. Can you check my event history and see I joined a prerelease event and give me my digital packs please? I am on android version 15. Stuff like this makes me miss when they just put the redeem code in the box.

Current locator search in Companion doesn't allow finding stores outside of the United States via string query. Maybe check how this field is populating?

Card information
I’m new to magic and one thing that would be very helpful to me would be an option to read how to use each individual card. Sometimes the hardest thing for me is interpreting the language on the card and every description just reiterates the same paragraph. It would be awesome to have a 2nd more informal definition of how to use the card…..maybe there could be an option to view images with examples using the card

Stop logging me out after weeks of inactivity
I keep having to relogin to the Companion app whenever I attend an event and it takes a long time to remember my email and password. It often delays the event especially when my party and I are late to the event.
Please add a feature that saves the user name and password with the phone OS or have an option to stay logged in indefinitely.4 votes -

Let us save the advanced search details, so one does not need to set the search queries every time.

The search button for the advanced search card function is now obstructed with the new UI and it makes it harder to press the button.

Missing picture
Any cards I search that is two sided or flip when clicked in I cant see a picture.

Event Removal
When adding an event in error or having to cancel due to changes in plans there should be a way to remove your request to be added to the event to minimize any strain on the event holder.
