    I recommend everyone requesting a fix use LinkedIn to find employees who work on Arena and send **POLITE** emails (template is [firstname].[lastname]@wizards.com) outlining the issue and requesting a fix.

    At this point, it seems rather clear that this feedback channel is not monitored. Ninja's Kunai and Citizen's Crowbar bug has long since been fixed but the tickets here still remain open and have not received official response.

    Here is a template to use in your message:

    Hi [name],

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding the Windows touchscreen support ticket in the MTGA feedback forum. This issue was reported in December 2022, yet the issue is not even listed on the Known Issues page, nor has the ticket received acknowledgement from a Wizards representative. This is an important feature, and the lack of response is frustrating and disappointing.

    I am hoping that reaching out directly will be more effective. Can you please ensure that the appropriate team is aware of this issue, and provide us with a response on the ticket?

    Another update, another failure to address the issues. What's the point of having a bug feedback forum if you don't respond to any issues?

    How is it possible that this doesn't even have a response after over 2 months? The level of disrespect shown to your customers by failing to take even 5 minutes to type out some kind of canned acknowledgement is astonishing.
