    Looking for accountability at this point. Wizards_MS14#29616 continuously gives the same WRONG advice and deletes it. Have already spoken with support about this behavior.
    Give me some real help or don't respond at all @Wizards_MS14#29616, either way it shows the negligence of your support team.

    Wizards MS14#29616 I already took all as listed in the original.... Need a solution. Some crashes within first 10 min without tabbing out.

    Another crash, less than 10 mins since I launched the app. Fresh round against Sparky with a new testing deck... Seriously, support. Please respond with more than a "visit our troubleshooting page". Please! This is still happening...

    Yet another crash, once again all troubleshooting steps taken (my phone is not overheating either so that isnt it.) Recent boot on app. Maybe 3 or 4 rounds with Sparky.

    Pinged WOTC Ian regarding this and the poor service in here (forum as a whole). Maybe now we'll get help.

    Back to back to back to back (yes 4!) lockups against Sparky. Before giving up I noticed a MASSIVE frame rate dip to unplayable levels while Sparky "Hmm"ed out. I had a hard time even bringing the menu up to forfeit because of the interface lag.
    This is getting worse. Somewhere in Sparky's code is a bug causing her to think in an infinite loop. Find it, fix it, please, Wizards.
    I'm SURE most people I'm this thread would appreciate a little acknowledgement of this damnable issue. Let us know you know, Wizards.
    I wish I could find who to write a letter or email to in order to actually get some service in this platform, or better yet hold these jokers accountable. Every one of you WizardsMS staff seem to just hide behind pre-written messages to appease the ignorant masses. So many issues on this forum go unresolved and unacknowledged!
    We never know what issues you are even aware of! How does the CEO even allow this to happen. You are leaving your customers in the dark about critical, gamebreaking issues most of the time. So sick of the lack of quality service here.

    Also experiencing this issue. After a Sparky thinks a while the game ends in a win. I cannot test properly if a duel lasts half as long as it should! SOS!

    Experiencing this issue as well. after thinking a while Sparky literally gives up. The game ends in a win. Very irritating bug.

    Thanks for the support. Maybe now WOTC will acknowledge this issue. These support people have a horrible track record so far to be honest.
    At least adhere to standard best practices for customer service...

    Still very relevant since many issues I reported have gone unnoticed for over a month. I'm fed up with WOTC. Seems to be nothing but lazy pieces of dirt working for your company.

    Edit: I have left a negative review on Google Play since no one in WotC seems to care enough to do the right thing. Also, do not expect a dime more from me until Mythos of Illuna has been fixed and each of my issues is acknowledged/fixed. Good day.

    You have the ability to mark items as "not a bug." Why is it not used on all but a couple posts?
    Citizens crowbar and Kunai are resolved. You could mark them as such. Posts that simply need rules clarification should be marked as not a bug. This forum is in dire need of cleanup. Would help you get to the more pressing issues.

    How is it that a support team member is even allowed to post on a forum topic and delete the post once they realize how unhelpful it was?
    Or if this was a private response... why was it even a private response? Are your employees taught to cover their @@@ after they "help" a customer?? I am livid at the lack of engagement, the negligence shown is gross.

    Still occurring after the bug fixes today. Spawned 4 copies of octoprophet against Sparky and no fights occurred against the other octoprophet at all. Uurg paid.

    Still happening! LOR update.
    Edit: the photo didn't show that the 8 tokens had fight. I targeted each of Sparky's creatures twice. No fights occurred.
    Support ETA? Breaks my deck. Also getting tired of making reports to a seemingly empty forum as several issues have not been resolved in a month or acknowledged.

    Played mythos of illuna on my transformed Heliod by spending UURG when Sparky cast murder on the original and the new token did not fight a legal, valid target (in this case I targeted one of Sparky's zombies.)
    No screenshot unfortunately. Seen this occur a few times now, seems to be hit-or-miss if it works as intended. In the past Mythos would fight valid, legal targets without fail if RG was paid.
    Has occurred in player duels as well! I sat there dumbfounded and figured the opponent had cast some counter that I missed. That was certainly not the case.

    100% support this. Had to report a player yesterday for roping out every single turn after playing their hand. And then roped every response! The game is too lenient and should be more aggressive at kicking players running out of rope.

    Adding to this topic, I have encountered the issue when I crashed earlier in the match.
    My hardware: Samsung galaxy s20. (Reinstalled app and troubleshooting steps already taken, problem persists. Support likes to drop that in here all the time, so here is my answer before they tell us to do so.)

    Hello. This might not help but still worth a shot. Have you tried dns flush? It's a solution that helped me with
    some login jankiness a couple years ago. Just Google "mtga flush dns" and follow the steps carefully.

    Otherwise, have you tried a clean install? Sometimes the game files get corrupt. If you are on a HDD, you will have slower loading times/freezes. Arena isn't super optimized so if you can install onto a SSD it will definitely help with loading performance.

    Having an issue with Mobile UI elements being blocked by the Stack in certain cases. This is an ongoing issue that has been posted in the past and still not fixed years later.
    The Stack kept getting in my way from selecting blue mana shown in the photo.
    Also happens with Lotus Cobra if they are on the far right.

    Suggestion to fix: as previously mentioned by other players a button to hide the Stack entirely would fix this issue. Instead of the pull-out arrow make it an eye icon or something and hide the Stack into a smaller button on the right side screen, similar to your "leave match" button when viewing the field after the match.
    Alternatively add new button next to friends and options.

    STILL A VALID ISSUE IN 2023!!
    I also had a similar issue with the new Chandra planeswalker. The Stack kept getting in my way from selecting blue mana.
    Also happens with Lotus Cobra if they are on the far right.
