How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mobile Client Crash
My mobile client crashed as soon as my match was paired, resulting in a match loss. When I attempted to log back on, I was unable to do so before my timer ran out. This happened at approximately 9am on Tuesday, December 24th during a pioneer masters draft event.

Quest not progressing
My daily quests have simply stopped progressing when I was almost done with them. Please Wizards, I would really like this extra gold since it's the last day before the new set.

対戦相手が表示される直前に落ちる
スタンダードイベント中、マッチング完了し対戦開始前、対戦相手が表示される直前にアプリが落ちます
このバグが起きた際、復帰の為に再起動しても同じく対戦相手が表示される直前のタイミングでアプリが落ちてしまいますこれにより過去4度敗北扱いになりジェムやゴールドを失いました。
アプリが落ちてしまうためスクリーンショットが撮れませんでしたが、日本時間2024/18:40のあたりに発生しました。

Quick Draft awards seven wins after six
Hello! Twice now after getting six wins in a Quick Draft event, when I've pressed Play to play another match, Arena has immediately granted me the rewards for seven wins and reset the event to the purchase screen, as if I had completed the event. These were Tarkir: Dragonstorm Quick drafts; one was a few days ago, the other last night. I think I've attached the log file from the right session below. Thank you!

After winning Draft game, count as a win and a lost at the same time
After winning a game in premiere draft Tarkir Dragonstorm the app end the event with the reward. I was 1win and 2 loss, after winning I was 2win and 3 lose, as if the game count both as a win and a lost at the same time.

Standard event unearned losses
Same bug as others below, when playing a standard event, the server added additional losses to my total, even after wins. This happened on an event every yesterday as well as today. I was therefore cheated out of being able to compete for reasonable prizes for my entry fee.

Network error and kicked
I was playing draft and the game kicked me off saying network error.. I’ve lost my game and draft

Loss of connectivity registered as a 'loss' during event
Hi, I am user 'Mage you look #14859'
Today I have taken part in an event 'Premier Draft Aetherdraft Alchemy'
I lost connectivity during the third game I played and it was recorded as a loss. I haven't clicked 'claim' yet. Could you please delete the second loss so I can continue playing or credit me with a token so I can start again?

Standard Event win counted as loss
I had two losses already in a standard event. Then I wanna match and it treated it as a loss and kicked me out of the event.

Arena crashing during drafts
Twice in the past week, Arena has crashed - once during p1p4-p3p2 of a draft, and the other during a game (I already got refunds). Both times it took a long time to restart. To reproduce it, play an EOE premier draft on Mac. I don't know what beyond that caused the crashes.

Will not let me resume Edge of Eternities Draft.
On launch of EOE I tried to enter a premier draft, but was unable to because of launch day issues. I tried to resume the draft later, but whenever I click the button to do so, it just dims out and I am stuck on the join a draft screen. There seems to be no way to make the screen change or reset the draft. I am using a Mac.

You shouldn't participate in Arena Direct
You should not participate in Arena Directs where you can get your account banned simply for protesting that the product is not as described.

Na 4 partida do draft de eod, o jogo paro e simplesmente começo a atualizar , e finalizou com derrota , peço que me resacem

I did not receive the "Undefeated" achievement for completing 7 wins in a limited event. I went 7-0 in a best-of-1 Limited event without losing a single game. I won 7 games in a row in Jump In! with a loss.

Worst Midweek Magic event in some time
The "Into the Future" Midweek Magic event of 2025-03-04 was the worst that I've played in quite some time. Hated those Alchemy decks. Miserable play experience. Please, no more Alchemy. The only good thing was it had no cost.

Lost gold after using draft token
I used my draft token from the season pass. When I finished I saw that my gold was decreased as well.

quick draft bug
I built a deck but didn't end up playing that night. The next day when I tried to play it said "build your deck" but does nothing when I click on it. So did I just pay 750 gems for nothing?

Metagame Histórico - Travou ao iniciar a partida
Acabei de iniciar o Metagame Histórico às 16:49 BRT (Horário de Brasília) e o jogo travou e fechou o aplicativo do celular, ao entrar novamente, já carregava na mesma tela esperando oponente e ocorria o mesmo erro e fechava o aplicativo, após aguardar alguns minutos o aplicativo entrava normalmente, porém aparece que perdi a partida sendo que nem joguei.

Bug pendant une draft majeure.
Bonsoir, j'ai malheureusement expérimenté, et ce a deux reprises, un bug durant mes drafts m'ayant, suite à l'attaque d'un adversaire (deux fois avec une bête douée d'un équipement), fais crash le jeu et m'ayant mis dans une interminable fil d'attente lors de mes relances du jeu. De fait, j'ai donc perdu deux parties lors de deux sessions de draft différentes et j'en suis pour le moins peiné. D'autant plus que les drafts de l'actuel set sont terriblement addictives. Couldn't block in edge of eternities Draft with my untapped Timeline culler
I had two blockers and one of them was removed via Pinnacle Kill-Ship and the other was Timeline culler. When my opponent went to attacks, it skipped my block phase I took lethal damage from his attackers when I could've chumped and lived. I had damage to win the next turn. Therefore I request compensation for the event.
