How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Premier draft

    Purchased a premier draft for Edge of Eternities which has now disappeared. I entered the draft and picked cards up until about 3 cards from the end and then it disconnected, and now there's no draft available. Requesting refund, I spent 10,000 coins to enter.

  2. Meta Game: Cannot go Back and Edit Deck List

    Seems to be more related to the event, then deckbulding it self.

    For the new Brawl Meta Game Challenge, I had not finished editing my list, was disconnected, and then when I re-connected I could no longer edit the list. My only option, is to resign. I have been searching for game for over 3 minutes, I hit play just to see what would happen.

  3. Unable to check Color Challenge deck

    Whenever I attempt to check the deck for a Color Challenge, I get stuck on a loading screen that says "Waiting for the Server...", which forces me to restart the game. This occurs on both my PC and my iPhone. I note that I have already completed all of the Color Challenges previously, I believe years ago.   4. Win recorded as loss

    I was playing OTJ draft with two losses and 0 wins. I won my next match but the app recorded both 1 loss and 1 win. Since that totaled 3 losses, I’m not able to continue.

  5. Matchmaking doesnt work

    Matchmaking doesn't work after latest upodate. Even with Sparky bot.

    Paltform: PC
    Had this exact issue when matchmaking was at matchdoor-mtga-production-2025-49-20-3.w2.mtgarena.com.
    It has been fixed at your side somehow after ~2 weeks
    What I've tried then and now:
    1. Restarted computer
    2. Restarted router
    3. Tried 2 different networks in 2 different locations
    4. Tried turning off the firewall
    5. Tried disabling the antivirus on the windows machine
    6. Tried with and without VPN proxy
    7. Tried flushing the DNS cache and perform a winsock reset using your guide

  6. taste of power

    Taste of Power Achievement not getting credited: I am trying to get the Taste of Power achievement. I bought an Oracle of the Alpha, the only source I know of for playing the Power Nine. In Historic Play que, I cast Oracle, found Timetwister, and cast it. The spell resolved, my opponent refilled his aggro deck hand, and finished stomping me. I thought at least I would have the achievement but no, progress still 0/1. What am I doing wrong? I believe I should have gotten the achievement.   8. BUG - game crashes when selecting deck in color challenge 

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

      navigate to "Color Challenge" event
      select blue challenge (with all 5 challenges complete)
      click on the deck above the play button that says "aerial domination"
      this triggers an infinite load screen.

    2.   Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

      PC - Steam

    3.   Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

      loading screen "Waiting for the Server" that never loads and bricks the game

    4.   Enter the expected results of the feature

      not sure, I thought maybe there were other blue decks I could choose from or something.

  12. Play a fixed number of games for Pick 2 Draft

    Re: https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/through-the-omenpaths-card-and-event-updates

    Rather than 'max 2 losses; max 4 wins', make the pick 2 events 'play 5 games', with 3-2 rewarding close to the entry fee.

  13. cant play triomes in chromatic cube

    The triomes in the cube have a different art style so I can't put them in my deck despite this event should be phantom. I don't own the triomes and I don't want to pay 600 gems to get an art upgrade for a phantom event ????

  14. Game just shut me out of the event after I won, with zero losses, a making me have to buy into it again. Seriously ****** off.

    I started a game event on one of the quick drafts. Played a single game a won, had zero match losses. I had to put the game away for a minute, being on mobile, so I got back on an it game me do do a coins for winning a daily match. Basically registering that I won the match. Went back to resume the quick draft being edge of eternities an basically had no game found at all an making me having to pay for gems to get back in a new game when I was already up with no…

  15. yargle day achievement bug

    Yargle achievement for winning with vanilla creatures is either not worded correctly or not triggering correctly. Deck had all vanilla creatures and won a game and the achievement did not trigger.

  17. Description or mission bad behavior

    I'm completing the Event Mission, Death by Vanilla, the description says Win a game in which the only creature spells you cast have no abilities, so I created a deck around this behavior with no creatures at all in Brawl using Isamaru as Commander. I played Isamaru, Mithril Coat, Ancestral Blade, Get Lost, and Gideon Blackblade. I won, but I didn't receive the achievement. By the description of the achievement, I don't get it. Could you be so kind as to explain to me if I misunderstood something? Maybe an additional step no described. Thank you.

  18. Death by Vanilla

    I won a game where I cast at least 5 vanilla creatures and it did not trigger Death by Vanilla.
    Here are some extra details: Was playing on Mobile.
    As you can see there are no creatures in here with abilities. I do have ways to give creatures abilities AFTER I cast them, but the achievement doesn't say the creatures have to never gain gain abilities or not enter with abilities. It says they only creature spells you cast must have no abilities and you must cast at least 5 creature spells. I did. My plan was cast creatures then…

  19. Quick Draft - Not Receiving 1000 Gold for 3 Completed Matches

    I completed at least 3 Quick Draft matches in their entirety and have not received my 1000 gold reward. I have attached proof of the completion of the matches, as well as the state of the bug. I have not received 1000 gold yet.
