How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. レアワイルドカードを購入しましたが反映されません

    2025年10月17日21時30分頃レアワイルドカードを購入しましたが、購入完了と表示されてレアワイルドカードの枚数は増えてませんでした。もう一度購入してみると同じく購入完了と表示されて枚数は増えてませんでした。神話レアワイルドカードも購入しましたが正常に反映されています。同じ現象の方はいらっしゃいませんか。。。

  2. Waiting for Server

    Everytime I am in the store and click on the button to purchase Gems, I get the black screen overlay with the message "Waiting for server" and the application gets stuck on this loading screen. Normally, I get a popup window within the app to make a purchase but that window never opens, just the waiting for server message. I think this started happening with the Avatar release. I am on a Macbook Pro with an M1 chip.

  3. AI Art Winter Avatars

    I understand that A.I. is everywhere and essentially unavoidable. (Heck, I even used it to edit this complaint.) It can be a valuable tool that, when used responsibly, can enhance an artist’s work. However, the winter avatars cross the line from “A.I. assisted” to “A.I. created” for me and the inconsistencies in the artwork make that hard to ignore.

    Issues with Oko:
    -Oko’s belt has metal rivet holes, but the belt’s needle doesn’t pass through a rivet.
    -There are two belt segments with holes, implying two belts, yet only one buckle.
    -The end of the tucked belt can’t be tucked…

  7. Didn’t receive mastery reward

    Reached level 21 on mastery pass and didn’t receive the reward, it was 2 mythic rare cards, very sad please fix

  8. Oko winter avatar needlessly sexualized

    The winter avatar with Oko is needlessly sexualized, focusing on his naked abdomen and chest.
    It should wear winter clothes, same as the other avatar from this bundle, Vivien, who gratefully got a parka.

  10. Won't let me buy more Rare Wild Cards; Says "You already own this product."

    I tried to purchase four rare wildcards to finish my deck and it won't let me. I had an incident recently where I tried to order some Rares and it said it couldn't, but then triplicated my purchase, charging me three times the amount yet giving me only four wilds. Fortunately I got the issue resolved but now I'm having this one.

    Can't buy items in store. Macbook Air 2025 Tahoe 26.1. Last purchase was the Avatar bundles. Nothing possible since, either through Epic or Steam.

    Every day I go to the store and attempt to buy gems, in vain. Please fix the bug that now prevents me from purchasing anything in the store (since shortly after release of Avatar--I was able to buy the bundles, but nothing since) on Macbook Air 2025 Tahoe 26.1. This is true whether I load game from Epic games or from Steam (though the behavior is different from the two launch platforms).

  14. 構築済みデッキの「ワイルドカード〇〇枚分!」表記の問題

    ストアにある構築済みデッキに「ワイルドカード13000枚分!」みたいな表記がありますが、100枚しか収録されていない以上どう考えてもワイルドカード13000枚分にはなりません。
    おそらく翻訳の問題なのだと思われますが、もとはWildcard Valueといわれるジェム換算?のものらしくワイルドカードの枚数ではないようです。(ジェム換算なのにWildcard Valueって言われるのもわけわからないですがそれはともかく)
    現在の表記ですと優良誤認の状態になっているので適切な文言に修正したほうが良いと思います。

  15. Stuck at Retrieving asset manifest

    I am stuck at Retrieving asset manifest.

    I have tried numerous things to get this issue to resolve. I am unable to boot the game or produce any logs.

    This is via steam.

    i bought mythic wildcards, my bank charged me for them but I do not see them and I am not able to use them.

  18. Cannot buy gems in the Arena online store

    I have tried multiple times over the past 3 days to buy gems in the Arena online store. Each time, when the purchase button is clicked (so it would normally pull up the external dialogue box to enter payment information), instead the screen grays out and it is stuck on "Waiting for the Server..." with a spinning circle indicator and the app freezes and can't do anything until I quit it. This is happening on the desktop application for MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1.

    This problem has been posted by others already, I think, but I'm submitting this as a top-level post…

  19. Mastery Pass Purchase Button Missing Omenpaths

    I see no way to purchase the mastery pass for Through the Omenpaths, It is not on the mastery pass screen in the corner where I am used to seeing it, and it is as usual not in the Shop on any tab. How would I purchase the pass to get the extra rewards without at least a shop item for the pass if not the return of the mastery pass button on the mastery pass menu screen.

  20. Golden Pack progression

    Golden pack progression is not working again... Buying standard legal Pioneer masters packs doesn't count towards golden pack. Pls fix this. It's soo annoying that this thing is happening to me for the second time. WTH wizards
