1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I'm being matched a lot agains higher ranked players in Premier Draft
Did you change something in your matching algorithm?
A couple of weeks ago I was matched to mythic #164 and to #17 while I was in Gold I think!
Currently I am at platinum 4 and I keep getting matched with Diamond players.
I cannot believe there are not enough players to match within rank right at the start of the new format.Please check this, I am losing terribly to much better players. What's the point of ranked system?

Divide by Zero
My opponent played Divide by Zero in a Traditional Standard Event (Best of 3). Divide by Zero is supposed to be banned. How was he able to register his deck?

Daily/Weekly reward not counting wins
I played in a draft going 6-3 and just won 2 games in FNM but my weekly award status has not updated, but the daily did. The they day the daily did not update on my draft wins, so I did not get that reward either.
I can add screenshots as needed

Greater Tankuki
Greater Tankuki automatically used the channel ability even though I had enough mana to cast as a spell. Cost me a game of limited... I would like to be refunded.

I just lost a match in a draft because the controls locked up and I couldn’t do anything. I was forced to reboot and lose a turn. This ****
I lose turns all the time because this game locks up and forces you to reset and then when you do you lose a turn because of timeouts. I just lost a draft match due to this ********. It happens all the time

Kamigawa, sparky said I unlocked 10 new decks, but they weren't added to my decklist and I don't have any new cards.
After Kamigawa update, when I booted up the game Sparky appeared and told me I unlocked 10 new decks. I went to go look at them, but I don't have any new decks in my deck list. I looked at my collection of cards, and no new cards are in my collection either.

Tibalt's Trickery Bugged in Cascade Event
People are playing a broken trick deck with Tibalt's Trickery and Cultivator Colossus. The reason it's broken is that when a spell cascades into Tibalt's Trickery, and Tibalt's Trickery flips over another Tibalt's Trickery, the player is allowed to retarget the second Tibalt's Trickery and go again until a Cultivator Colossus is flipped.
By rule 701.5, a countered spell should be removed from the stack. By rule 304.2, once an instant has started resolving it must leave the stack. Therefore the Tibalt's Trickery that is found by the first Tibalt's Trickery must have no…

bug
I tried to squeeze in one more draft before it disappears in 12 hours and it won't connect me to an opponent. The timer just times out over and over again. A terrible way to lose gems right before the prerelease. Thank you for your ear.

Bug with Ghoul procession/ Bastion of remembrance
Hello,
sorry I didn't manage to save a log. I had Ghoul procession and astion of remembrance on the field. When the white soldier token that I had created with Bastion of remembrance died it triggered Ghoul procession effect, which shouldn't have happened with a token creature, if I understood correctly. Thank you for correcting this so that we can play fairer games :)

Crimson Vow Draft bug
I didn't receive the opportunity to draft my first pick from Pack #3 during a Crimson Vow Premier draft. It skipped my turn and passed me the next pack without me getting to look at the cards. I was hoping I could get a draft token or 1500 gems refunded to me. Thanks in advance.

While sideboarding, opponent quits and it gives me 2 game loss
I’m 1 win away from diamond constructed. Playing best of 3 constructed. I loose game 1 and while sideboarding my opponent quits but I receive 2 game loss and now I am 3 wins away from diamond. This is unacceptable. Please fix

Nuevamente no puedo pagar mana para que l conjuro de rojo de turno adicional con recorte rojo para pagar mana azul y no perder, arreglen mtg arena así no se puede pagar.

たびに1つのカードスタイル入手だったところ、
2枚にして頂けるということで感謝致します。
ありがとうございます。その一方で、欲しいカードスタイルが当たる迄
ダブルフィーチャードラフトにチャレンジ
しようとしていた私にとっては、今回の対応は
あまり嬉しくない点があると感じました。
それはスタイル配布のタイミングです。私はスタイルをコンプリートするつもりは無い
のですが、今のままでは"欲しいスタイルを確実
に入手"するために、コンプリートに相当する
回数のドラフトチャレンジが必要になります。
(スタイル配布タイミングで欲しいスタイルを
入手できていなかった場合、再挑戦もできない)このままでは当初のイベントとは主旨が
変わってきますので、別の対応が必要だと
感じます。スタイル配布枚数は以前のままでも良いので、
ドラフト参加のたびにどのスタイルが入手
できているかわかるようにして頂きたい
と感じるほど、いまの対応は私にとって嬉しく
ありません。大変お忙しいところ申し訳ございませんが、
別の対応方法をご検討頂けますと

from a dev, to another dev. If Valkmira auto calculates me to not kill a single creature 1 more time. I'm uninstalling. what a stupid fing process, yes opponent you want to attack, well allow me to auto calculate the dmg so nothing will die... ohhh darn you didn't kill anything, I guess my process allowed you to lose the game my b ;P fml....

quick event
I know this can be read differently, but the description on the quick draft states that you draft against ai. No where this info does it say player, I realize now that it meant just get the cards not play against. I guess because it says the word draft and not play is why that is labeled as such but wouldn't something being called a draft be assumed it would be against what or who you pick the cards with?

can't see draft packs
draft packs no longer appeared after pack 2 pick 8 or so, I could see packs coming to me and past me in the display, but the screen only showed the waiting for other players.... msg.
Shut down game to come back in, and it said an asset error occurred, the draft had just auto picked.

combat skipped
Describe my idea or what happened? Attacked with traveling minister game never game me the option to cast my abdominal will to kill the opponent to end the game. Also it really sad that there is so many complaint that 1. you have to have a delete my account as an action and 2. you opened up to a form and not even a real customer support. MTG has gone down hill and rather make money then make a game.... please give my my gems back.
