How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Draft event not giving daily win rewards

    For the 15 win Daily quest, when I am playing a draft event the winds count towards the 15 for the day. Yet I am not receiving the coins or experience (at least, not sure if I’ve noticed about the card rewards). I noticed this over the last two events that I participated in.

    IOS

    I can reproduce this by winning in a draft when I have less than 15 for the daily quest.

    I have tried restarting but my gold and experience do not change when I log back in.

  2. Disconnect during draft match

    Windows 10
    Got disconnected during the bo3 match, opponent had priority, they've spent one of their timelimits (hourglass), the next one didn't appear on the screen.
    I was about to win the round in match, so its quite disappointing

  3. Incorrect number of card styles rewarded for Yawning Portal

    I have played in a number of the Yawning Portal Events, and twice when losing I only recieved 1 card style, despite the rewards showing I should have recieved 2. Ultimatly I am missing 2 card styles.

  4. no traditional sealed button

    The traditional sealed button is not there. I try all the different ways to look for the traditional sealed event and I can't find it.

  5. Traditional Draft doesn't count toward limited rank

    I've been playing Traditional Draft of AFR since it came out, and only just realized that my limited rank is "you need to play a game to get rewards". Turns out, only playing Premier Draft increases your rank. I have to assume that this is a bug, because the alternative is that you looked at the most common limited format in MTG and said "yeah, that's not really limited".

  6. Frozen Stack leading to Forfeit

    I went to save a targeted creature with a bounce spell on the opponent's turn, the two target spells became frozen in the stack.
    I was given no options to resolve, and the timer seemed to have been showing for the opponent. When I regained control of my options, lands and creatures remained tapped as though my untap step had not occurred, and my countdown timer appeared for 1-2 seconds underneath the un-resolvable stack before I auto-forfeited the game.
    Perhaps a bad connection issue, but typically, things aren't stuck in the stack.

  7. I paid 2000 gems for a sealed, I was unable to submit my deck, then my sealed event disappeared

    I paid 2000 gems for a sealed, I was unable to submit my deck, then my sealed event disappeared.

    I still have the card in my collection, but When I go in the sealed event, It only offers me to start a new sealed event.

    I'd like to be reimboursed my 2000 gems.....

  8. Didn't get daily quest XP?

    Completed a 750xp daily quest, and now I'm still only 725xp toward the next mastery level. Did I not get the XP because I finished the quest in a Mirror, Mirror game?

  9. Did not recieve Day 90 Mastery Reward after win in "Kickstart"

    Winning in Kickstart gave me the last Weekly XP reward which then gave me the Day 90 Mastery Pass reward. Or it should have. I got the Card-Reward from the Kickstart-Win but not the mythic rare card reward from the Mastery pass (nothing popped up - and i checked the collection afterwards - instead a random Uncommon card was silently added to my collection).

  10. Se desconecto y perdí mi torneo

    Les comento que no es la primera vez que se apaga o se desconecta de la nada el programa pero requiero me regresen mis diamantes usados para el draft ya que no es culpa mía que se salga de la aplicación y que no quiera volverse a conectar

  12. Can't see BO3 ranked options for standard or historic

    As the title suggest, I can't play BO3 standard or historic ranked matches since I installed Arena in this laptop, only BO1 for both formats is available.

  13. Took two cards at once in Arena Cube Draft.

    While doing an Arena Cube Draft, I was hover-dragging a card I was going to put into my sideboard. While I was hover-holding it, the draft timer reached 0 and I let go of the card. What ended up happening is the card that Arena had "Auto-selected" for me went into my deck and the card I was holding went into my sideboard. To clarify, my image shows 16 cards taken from the first 15-card pack. Later, I noticed I got two last picks. My pool now has 46 cards. I can't be mad because it worked out for me,…

  14. I would love to see Pauper a little more this summer!

    I am a big pauper fan, and every time I log in I check to see if it's up! I really want to check out pauper/standard pauper on arena each release, because there are a lot of really cool commons. If pauper was a little more frequent, I would really appreciate it!

  15. bug and connection lost during match

    in the first match of last event ,played at 15:00 on 8 June 2021, a strixhaven draft, the connection to the server was lost several time, so for me was impossible to play and I lost, then I lost the whole event

    BUG: In Constructed rank play I won a victory and my rank was DECREASED by one. It should be increased.
    This happened twice yesterday. Today I captures a log.

  18. Won't Load last stages of the color challenges

    When you finish all the color events and get to the last stage just has Connecting to Server and doesn't connect. Forces you to Alt+F4 to even open the game again. Happened for 4/5 colors so we can't complete them.

  19. Impossible to finish the color chalenge

    After playing the first 4 match of every color, after clicking play for the last match (of every color) the game is stuck on "waiting for server" forever.
    So the game can't be played until I finish this color chalenge.

  20. No puedo combatir en el Desafio de Colores

    Buenas, ya desde hace varios días al querer entrar a batallar en el Desafío de Colores, una vez elegido el color, el juego no avanza hacia la etapa de batalla. Tal y como muestra la captura que envío, en la pantalla aparece la leyenda, "esperando al servidor" pero no pasa de ahí. Y por lo tanto no puedo batallar y conseguir los premios diarios que dan.
