New user, like the game and interface, willing to spend a bit o cash, had a 'bad' experience spending money.
My experience:
Found MTG arena recently, have used Duels in the past, long time casual irl and online MTG player. Love the game, interface much improved over other digital MTG, great stuff, thank you.
I wanted to expand my card base so I bought a bundle w/gems and spent the gems on 15 packs.
In my excitement just clicked the button, 15 packs. Realised I'd bought 15 packs of Zendikar Rising. I likely might have chosen that option anyway, but looking back on my automatic reaction I think I expected there to be a screen asking me for the details,…1 vote -
no hint that you purchase only a style
if you switch from craft to select menu and buy a card its not the card what you get only the style . There is no hint that you only purchas a style.

Convert gems to reals
Could you please see the possibility of converting gems for real to Brazil? Many players complain about not spending more on the game because the payment is in dollars, including me. Take the example of several foreign companies that have electronic games here and none of them sell their electronic coins in dollars. Please see this possibility. We have a very faithful community to the game and the lack of visibility here leaves us discouraged.

Promo Pack Limit Increase
We get promo packs nearly every week. I know there's a limit of 5 codes per set. Would it be possible to lift this limit since we get so many packs/codes? Otherwise we have a bunch of codes just sitting around useless/unuseable unless we give them to someone who isn't maxed on their codes yet.
Also I'd like to know what the status of my codes is. How many left do I have per promo pack. I know I'm maxed on Zendikar.

Product Suggestion
In Collection (Edit Deck / New Deck)
I would like to see a vertical scrollbar for the card collection part.
I also would love to beable to minimize the deck list in both vertical and horizontal layout.
But my biggest suggestion, Nei, problem with the game!
When you hover over a card in collection the big image is huge! like mega huge. I run the game in 1920x1080 on a 24". I can't even hover over a image and se my deck list if the card is to close to the right side.But if you size down the hover…

Bug when clicking on enviroment when opponent was revealing a plains due to a card effect.
I was clicking on the environment in the lava map when the opponent played Birth of Meletis. This prompted a reveal screen which showed the plains they drew as part of the card effect. Normally you can click done to remove the overlay and get back to the game, but this time the done button was unresponsive. Log attached.

Nyx Lotus and Altar of the Pantheon Bug?
The computer automatically ended my turn and did not allow me to play the instant in my hand.
I had Obosh and fiery Emancipation on the battlefield (Devo to red was 5) as well as Altar of the pantheon (Devo to red was 6, plus 1 mana of any color)
Once I played Obosh my turn ended with Blood curdle in my hand and visibly (6 red mana) and one of any color available (Nyx Lotus and Altar of the Pantheon), but I was unable to play the card which resulted in my loss.
Not a big deal, just annoying

mechanics needed in next set
if the next set is assassin inspired, one ability should bee reflex: 'prevent damage from each source equal to this creatures initial power.", this gives the feeling like your creatures are constantly slicing every attack that hits them, like a skilled samurai, it makes the cards seem like they are always on action even when they don't move, and the initial power makes sure that you don't get an unkillable creature because even if you modify its power with instant ore enchantments, only its core power reduces the damage. Another ability that is needed is fetal shot: "tap this creature…

Combat Damage Didn't Work
I just had a game where I had a 2/2 spirit (from Skyclave Apparition). I attacked with it and flashed in/attached Embercleave, making it a 3/3 double strike. My opponent blocked with a 5/6 Yorion. Somehow, the Yorion didn't die - a 3/3 double strike should have been able to kill a 5/6 as far as I can tell. My creature did die.

Wrong Construted Rewards
I was playing zendikar traditional draft today, the first time I have played any limited games in the current season.
Every time I win or lose a match it keeps showing my standard ranked instead and adding or subtracting from that.
On my profile it shows I haven't played any limited matches even through I just finished playing three of them.

timeout
Allow the option to remove timeouts. I have played several decks where I am performing actions and the timer continues to count down causing me to eventually timeout and skip my turn. If there was an option to remove timeouts and instead play off of a clock only, it would prevent the game from forcibly skipping turns.
Likely people will assume that the decks used were a too time consuming and shouldn't be played, but in fact it was the client's slowness and inefficiency that made the actions take too long.1 vote -

Overtarget as a new mechanic for spells that can target untargetble things
I would like to see new cards that are able to target things that have protection or can't be targeted normally. I wouldn't mind seeing this in combination with the damage can't be prevented effect.

Installation/update security
During patch installs, one of my antivirus components (namely VoodooShield) goes absolutely haywire with warnings, so I have to disable it while updating.
have you made sure that the install/upgrade procedure is up to industry standards and not a security risk?1 vote -

why are there no cards to target mutate , ie destroy creature that mutated this turn ect. ?

Increase the win count in "farming" events
go up to 10 for example, with better rewards (instead of 7)

Depressing catchphrase
Contacting support, the staff had the Signature "Out here, everything wants you dead".
For a service helping people having issues and potentally frustration and stress ( especially if they try to get some relief from COVID or depression ) it's a VERY bad slogan.
Really, with the COVID and riots out there you give this message?
It's not even that catchy or memorable, with a very loose relation to the animated lands of Zendikar.

Targetted Destroy creature effects not working across multiple games and spells
Three games in a row that destroy effects on my opponents creatures are not working. Spell resolves but creature is not put into the graveyard. Spells used so far heroes downfall and feed the swarm.

You want to be able to put cards on the field that are the same size as the cards in your hand.
In the current MTG Arena, when you put a card in your hand on the field, the card size is reduced to a near-square shape and I personally like to play cards in a rectangular size like in real MTG.
Personally, however, I would like to have the cards appear as rectangles, just as they do in MTG.Is it possible to change this in the settings?

I know...it's far from what you do...But! You already have stages sets that can be exploited with Magic Lengends.
You have enough lore to make a varied map with bioms.
