why do new players not get the old editions, like 2011 to 2015?
i cant win without the epic cards, i played since 1987 and had paper cards stolen, to come here and see its nothing like before big corporate took over, and there was even great pc play stuff like the offline 4th edition .exe i had as a teen, and the ones shortly after were even better than this pay to play pyramid, i used to win regionals and now i cant even make it to the tournaments. thumbs down make this more free play friendly too, i stopped paying cause i still could not get the 2011 edition.

Black screen/unable to get collection android 12 since Dec27 2023
After finishing loading it shows "waiting for server" for several seconds and than makes the noise as if finished and sometimes even plays the music but screen stays black. Deleting cache, restarting phone didn't help. After reinstalling the whole game and restarting phone I could play one match til it lost connection and then returned to the same black screen behaviour again, now sometimes changing to "unable to get collection try again later" either way, I just can't play the game.
It's beyond annoying

Separate Alchemy and Historic brawl.
Separate Historic Brawl and Alchemy please. Alchemy cards may be fun for some people but the drafting of cards ruins my enjoyment of the game. Please just give us access to historic brawl without alchemy.

Sparky concedes
I think the other ideas on here regarding adjusting certain parameters while battling sparky have incredible potential. Maybe an options menu under bot match where we could set match parameters and save different match parameters (similar to how we save decks). You could include options such as level for AI, card/color restrictions, concede allowed/not allowed, use locked cards, play against yourself... etc ... etc... This would allow players to fine tune their decks and playing styles as well as be able to make informed decisions on what to spend wild cards on to better suit their deck.

Timeless anthology
With the release of baby Vintage can we please get anthology sets with the name sake cards of a low ban format, we need the good old Mirage cards, where are the mox’s all the good premium interaction. Timeless is such a good format and adding more of the good old cards is a great way to balance the format and give a wider meta, right now the Breech storm and Omni-tell are running free from a lack of premium interaction or better value decks.

Problem to connect after Sonoma 14.0 update
I've been trying to connect with the game since yesterday (10/4/2023), using Epic Games as a client. The error I'm encountering is that I have to retry due to internet connection failures, but I am not experiencing any issues with my internet. This started happening after the last update in macOS Sonoma 14.0 (my Mac is an M1). And apparently, I am not missing any updates from Epic Games or MTG Arena. Thanks for the help!

Keep Alchemy cards in Alchemy
Keep Alchemy cards in Alchemy. I feel as though I got ripped off by MTG. I paid money for Mythic Wild cards. I turned one in and the card I got is not what I wanted. I bought The Meathook Manicure to play in Historic as the card was spoiled. I want to play the ORIGINAL version of the card in Historic. Alchemy is a scam designed to rip me off. Money Fraud.

Better MTG quests
So, we get 2-3 daily quests. First, not enough quests. But second, the quests don't actually influence playstyle. Yeah we get a quest "pls cast 20 spells of X color" and maaaaybe someone will stick around longer to get their quest done in a game. More likely, they will just spam the games with a certain deck combo over and over, until they get their daily quests done.
Here are better quests:
1. Summoner: Summon X token creatures of Y color over the course of the day.

Itzquinth
Oppo played Itzquinth while I had Tamiyo's Safekeeping and the available mana to play it. Oppo paid the two, and once that happened I was not given priority to cast safekeeping on the targeted creature. Gatherer says "You don't choose targets for Itzquinth, Firstborn of Gishath's triggered ability at the time it triggers. Rather, a second "reflexive" ability triggers when you pay 2 this way. You choose targets for that ability as it goes on the stack. Each player may respond to this triggered ability as normal." so I should still have had a chance to respond to the targeting…

Tendrils of Agony ban?
Dear WOTC,
I play Limitless, and many decks simply mill cards, use dark rituals + tendrils of agony. the mechanics of storm means it's a one hit to inflict 20+.
unless you play blue and counter it, game over.it happened a lot to me in limitless (platinum 1-2).
I think you would need to consider a way to limit looping like that. I'm sure it was not your intention.Please look at the prevalence of tendrils of agony.

I’m just wondering why there isn’t a local play option to be able to play my friends.

BUG [PC] No mastery pass rewards at level [infinity]
[PC] Reached Lvl 71 (70) of the mastery pass and since than, i didnt got any reward by leveling up the pass over and over. The mastery pass costs real money. That shouldnt happen. Please solve the problem or at least indemnify the affected players.

Screen resolution too big on fold 5
The resolution sucks. Its better on my galaxy tab yet the screens are basically the same size. Please fix the resolution. I have a stylus. At least give me the option to make it look better. Seriously about to stop playing.

Give warning when passing with unspent mana
I tapped mana to play a card, but instead of playing a card I accidentally clicked 'next'. I would like an option to receive a warning when I'm about to pass phases with unspent mana in my mana pool.

Allow customized gameplay options with deck
MTGA automatic mana tapping and ordered triggers in certain decks are always wrong.
It's quite difficult to get it correct as new cards are introduced.
I suggest an option in the deck editor to "disable manual tap" and "disable automatic trigger ordering" that way certain deck where I KNOW MTGA won't get it correct plays well while other simpler decks (e.g. mono red) can still be played quickly.

Queen Allenal creature token created not doubled by Mondrak
Creature token created by Queen Allenal does not get doubled like it should by effect of Mondrak, Glory Dominus. In the attached video, see that in this scenario:
1 token created by Wandering Emperor is doubled to 2 tokens by Mondrak.
Queen Allenal's text is "If one or more creature tokens would be created under your control, those tokens plus a 1/1 white Soldier creature token are created instead." So although 2 tokens were created, a 1/1 white Soldier token should be created.
However, Mondrak's text is "If one or more tokens would be created under your control, twice that…
