How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Wildcards for gems on Arena
We should be able to buy wildcards for gems. A simple idea that would work commercially for WotC and would give players more certainty in being able to build the deck they want, albeit for a cost.
I think a reasonable cost would be the 10x multiple of what players get for duplicates not covered by protection. That's not so cheap as to undermine buying packs, but within range for finishing a key deck.
So:
400 gems for a mythic wildcard
200 gems for a rare wildcard
Extrapolating from that, and adjusting for the Vault protection:

Random basic lands
Arena presents a really interesting opportunity, instead of loading your deck up with basic lands like normal, they should give you a basic land placeholder card that will get replaced with a random basic land card of that type from your collection when you play a match, that way everytime you play a match you will have different lands each time. For example I put in 20 basic mountain placeholders in a deck, when I start a match they get replaced with 20 different basic mountains, a mix of regular mountains and full art mountains if I have those. product suggestion
please let blocking interupt any previous button presses. as when you attack someone and the indicator ring then shows your going to be attacked shortly after you start hitting your combo, you can no longer block untill the animation for those button presses finish. it makes the controls feel laggy and slow, changing it would make the controls feel more fluid and responsive. also add an icon to the ring for imminent projectile attacks so we know when to evade and when to block

Anti-Counter deck
Create an enchantment that cant be countered and says "When a spell you control is countered put a 'stop it!' counter on (Name of enchantment) and when there are four or more 'stop it!' counters on (Name of enchantment) ban opponent from the game, or maybe they just lose the game.

lag coop / Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance / error
I bought the deluxe version of the game and it is full of estimated bugs.
Critical bugs:
1) Lag when playing coop with only one friend in the same country / location
2) Fps drops in certain places
3) Skills and movements that do not respond or are executed correctly
4) The artificial intelligence is flawed, the enemies do not attack, they stay put.
5) The DLC's do not appear in the merchant at the beginning of the game and if they are obtained later, in the game it should be clarified when.Lack of content:

Hello, I have a simple product suggestion. Allowing music other that the Arena sound track. I am currently playing on iOS and the Arena application will not allow any music other the the games sound track. I would like to use Apple

switch commandant
Hello,
When starting a commander game (Brawl) it could be could to be able to choose whatever valid commandant we want to play with the deck so it doesn't need to copy it many times to with a different commandant as many decks can have different ones valid with same decklist.

level 90 Mythic reward
Mystery Pass displays a Mythic Reward for reaching level 90. I was given a gold card. I did not receive the correct compensation as advertised.

Booster packs for limited users
Would be possible to have a setting where booster packs are just automatically opened without any UI elements? Opening packs manually when your sets are complete because you only play limited but still want the gems is quite annoying.
Bonus point if we can avoid getting billions of wildcards rotting on our accounts.

Poor people exist too
Redirected by support. I realize system requirements, blah blah blah... but y'all need to realize not everyone can afford the latest and greatest tech to be able to enjoy games they've been a part of for 20yrs... I try to find enjoyment through arena in the very little time I have to myself and it hit or miss because of the intensity of the graphics. For instance, if I get a plainish battlefield it runs ok, bit laggy but bearable. If I get a battlefield with the Streams or lava or other unnecessary extras then I can't even see the…

Event promos rewards should appear in store after event finishes
There are a number of alternate art promos and sleeves that show up in various Arena special events. I wish these promos would appear in the store after those events are over. I can't stay on top of arena every day so it's a huge bummer to realize promos that you really wanted were available during a random weekend when you were too busy to play.

Bug with sideboard
When playing on Android device in Traditional Ranks (Standard) I was not able to sideboard. The attached collection filter was presented.

Arena's rotation should be different than paper.
To give the game variety, I think it should have a differently timed rotations with different sets kept for either longer periods of time or shorter, so that we see decks that aren't normally played.

Change Secret Lair Packaging to the most recent Heliod Card Mailer
Hello,
I just received the "apology" mailing for the missing Heliod card from Secret Lair Smitten Superdrop. Thank you!
The mailing came in small "envelopes" which I just love. Up to now, I have been buying at least two of every Secret Lair release (one to store and one to open), and those boxes are too big to keep storing. I was considering giving up on buying a second copy of each item because of their size and then these great little items arrived!
Please change Secret Lair packaging to be like these, they're great!

When I'm editing a brawl deck, skip the warning about an empty sideboard
My brawl deck has cards with the "learn" mechanic, because they're good even without "lesson" cards. Every time I edit the deck, the game warns me that my sideboard is empty. But there's no way to make it happy, because the brawl format doesn't allow a sideboard in the first place.

Display battery level on mobile device
It would be nice to see my battery level in the corner of the screen. I forget to charge my phone sometimes, and then the battery dies and ruins the game.
