2. As a casual gamer, I would like to filter opponents in non ranked games based on certain play styles, given I absolutely despise some styles

   I absolutely despise playing against several play styles. Specifically control decks or other decks that meta-game rather than actually game (i.e. mill decks, decks built around revealing your opponents hand and forcing them to discard all their cards, etc.).

   When playing in non-ranked games, it would be nice if you could apply filters to the engine that matches players. In this way, when purely playing a game for "fun", I can actually have fun, rather than rage quitting the game because the opposing player decided to play a style that effectively prevents me from playing magic.

   The filters could be based on common play styles, such as control, aggro, combo, etc. There could be an algorithm that analyzes the cards in your deck and assigns a rating to the deck in each of the styles based on the contents of the deck. A deck would be assigned one or more styles if the ranking of the style exceeds a certain score threshold.

   The user could specify the filters during the game setup if and only if the game does not count as a ranked game or other event game (i.e. brawl or "Play" games).

   The scheduler that matches opponents could include the user's preferred game filters when matching up players.

   I believe this would improve the gaming experience for most players that are interesting in simply "having fun" while playing Arena, as they would be matched with similar players, with similar interests.

   I understand that this feature would not make sense for ranked or event games given that these are actually linked to the game economy and it does not make sense to allow plays to attempt the "game the economy"; however, I believe this makes a lot of sense for the "for fun" games.

   I could see there being a rule that stipulates that you cannot play a style that you are filtering (i.e. you cannot play a control deck if you are filtering out other control decks); however, I can also see a counter-point to this rule in that you may be tuning a control deck and want to play test it against non-control decks for a while.

   So long as the filtering is reciprocal I don't see any issues with allowing this feature (i.e. having a negative impact on the gaming ecosystem). It would be equitable amongst all players.

   It may end up causing some play styles to become unplayable in non-ranked games (e.g. "I love playing against control decks" ... said no one ever), if nearly all "for fun" players filter them out; however, some of these styles really only make sense in tournament/ranked play areas and really have no place in casual gaming, imo. Of course, that's my opinion. The nice thing about this feature is that no one player is dictating what decks you can play, they're just opting out of playing with you (similar to auto-conceding the moment you see the commander is a control commander).

3. MtG all but ruined at this point

   Hasbro and WotC have all but ruined MtG.I am a whisker away from uninstalling Arena. If I couldn't play it on an iPad while I am drinking my coffee I doubt I could be bothered to play at all. Standard is borderline intolerable and I play mainly to complete the daily quests and each Mastery Pass. The power level is too pushed and winning and losing pretty much comes down to a coin flip. It's basically solitaire. Limited formats are stale and boring and all the intellectual property crossover nonsense combined with this most recent Old West themed meme set aren't MtG. It's all just a cash grab and I am proud to say I don't spend a dime on Arena, and I haven't bought a box of cards in more than a year. MtG has lost its soul and I don't see much point in sticking around because there's no reason to think we'll ever again see even a shadow of what made MtG great to begin with.

6. AI Games w/ 40 Card Decks + Free Limited Formats

   Please allow us to test out 40 card decks vs the AI.

   Please provide some kind of free limited format. Arena boils down to people playing hyper designed decks and it's not fun at all. Some kind of free limited format, that allowed players to draft (for free) a "pre-release" style deck would be so much more enjoyable.

   I've stopped playing Arena all together because I'm tired of getting smoked by designer decks over and over again. BORING.

7. Scenario Tester

   Allow players to test interactions between cards. User decides the cards on the table, their current state, mana available, the current step, etc... and then the AI plays out interactions until no more exist.

   This would not only serve as a way to test combos, it would also be a great way for players using paper cards to test/check rules at home.

8. Favorite Cards Filter-function for Deck Builder

   Add a Favorite Filter button ( 1 ) similar to Colors that filters your collection for cards marked as favorites. It should use all the avaible Filter settings but only show favorite cards that match these.
   There should be a Drag&Drop Area (2 ) where you drag cards to add them to your favorites or when filtered for favorites, drag them there to remove from favorites.

   all the needed tech is already there, should be simple to implement.
   added benefit for WotC: you can collect the favorite lists from clients and get a favorite list of the playerbase. easy to see what cards are favorites of most players. you could use that for statistical analysis in order to make more cards and mechanics players like to play with or boost less popular ones.

9. Make Friends w/ Strangers After Match

   I like making connections with people that I play with. Sometimes I come across a player whose deck or style seems great, and I want to play them again, or know what other interesting decks they have come up with. I want to be able to have the option to 'friend' a player after a match and request another game with them. Maybe even have a chat function during the game with them. It would keep me coming back, inspire me to create more interesting decks, and in the process I expect that I would spend more money.

11. Bug Found with the sideboard in the deck editor for MtGA.

    I found an interesting bug when I was deckbuilding with my sister. We both found that whenever we would try and move cards from the bottom or top of the sideboard and swap them with another card, we would visually clone a bunch of the card that was in the center. In our example, my sister found that whenever she would drag any card from the bottom to the top, she would create a bunch of copies of Eidolon of the Great Revels visually. If she tabbed out, everything would be fine though. If she did it from the top to the bottom moving a Tormod's Crypt with a Surgical Extraction, she would only create a few visual copies of Eidolon of the Great Revel. It's not a particularly harmful bug from a visual perspective but it would also prevent her from permanently moving a card from the top to the bottom.

12. Game Play

    Some of us don't enjoy playing pre-built theme decks, either against or playing the theme. We want to use our mind to create a new deck. One of the things driving me crazy is I feel the rewards for playing a winnie deck (either token, small creature, small mana, toxic) are too great. Especially now that Arena keeps introducing cards to steal your permanents or flat out deck. I play a big deck, they play a winnie deck, they steal my cards, I'm punished. I lose. Toxic days are way out of balance. You should be able to heal toxic damage, bare minimum. You should introduce a card that does like 1 damage to all creatures, with land cycling on it. You need to start rebalancing and introduce better cards for dealing with winnie decks. It's beyond annoying. Everybody is playing the same decks over and over. I might quit soon because I'm essentially playing paper, rock, sciccors AKA might as well spend my time playing roshambo with my friends. Oh you pulled theme deck X, darn I'm playing theme deck y x=paper, y=sciccors. What's the fun in that? Oh pretty please I hope my opponent has mana issues - yet another winnie deck reward. I also find your reinserting cards that were banned or limited for 20ish years which is redonk and dumb. There's a reason they were limited.....Oh yeah another alpha Birdbrain power 9 draw card combo - yeah how creative - this should be a super fun game which lasts forever. Speaking of lasting forever how about the zombie sacrifice combo which takes about 30 minutes for them to repetitively perform. Fun. I don't even understand it because I simply put the game down and let them punish themselves for playing such a boring combo - which then runs your servers for 30 minutes. From a cost perspective it seems dumb to allow that type of behavior. I guess that might be something a new CEO should be able to figure out how to avoid. Anywho that's my two cents.

13. Stop destroying historic + Custom Ban List idea

    I just want to get as close to commander as possible, and yet I have to deal with a bunch of fake cards for smooth-brained children. Forcing historic players to endure the blight of alchemy cards is sadistic. The historic format should cater to older players. Wotc has enough baubles to entertain new players. How about showing a shred of respect for people who've been playing for 20+ years? It would be easy enough to create a toggle that allows players to opt out of alchemy cards. If you're worried that matchmaking times might increase for alchemy players, well then you know that nobody with an IQ of 90 or higher wants to waste their time with fake cards, and then you can remove this tumor from mtg.

    Also, an option to avoid certain cards in matchmaking, like a personal ban list, would be beneficial. It makes me so mad I want to throw up when every other deck in historic brawl is running contagion engine and primeval titan. There's just some cards I don't ever want to see, like cyclonic rift or baral. Who wants to waste their time forfeiting to a baral deck filled with counter spells?

    I have always played MTG in companion mode in the printable version since I learned a year ago. A few days ago I downloaded the MTG Arena app. I knew after downloading all the game modes and starting the color event that I could change the game mode by consulting this link:

16. Add MTG arena to the list of discord activities and possibly allow for discord camera and ai to track a player's board on the camera.

    Focus on a handful of game modes that are popular in paper and arena, like commander for tabletop players, and whatever's popular on arena right now.

    I would love to be able to also take a list of cards and implement it into discord activity arena.

    bonus wish idea: Would be super awesome if there was also a special option for camera play in any mode (but may need require camera players to play with camera players?) so the person could use a camera with a setup and AI to see their board. person with a laptop/camera set up can easily determine blockers with a pop up. Obviously you will need to have the game verify the cards with the discord camera quality before they play. Also, to verify they are not cheating, you will need them to submit the decklist of cards they intend to play, so the AI knows what to look for easier.

20. The card Experimental Augury does not trigger Faerie Vandal counters

    I’ve tried to get this to work twice and even though I’m drawing a second card on my turn it does not trigger +1/+1 on faerie vandal. Am I missing something or is this a bug?
