How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Lithoform Engine copied Saga without lore counters
I copied the Permanent: Kiora Bests the Sea God while playing with the Lithoform Engine and there was correctly created a token of it like expected but none of them entered with a lore counter on it. Next turn in my draw step both got their first counter. Should be the second already.

Clicked on opponent's gravyard
I was in the middle of a match when I clicked on the opponent's graveyard. The cards came up in screen and started flashing and I couldn't close the action. I couldn't select cards or play anything and the game was making take my timer.

jaspera sentinel can't tap untapped creature at my will
i can't add mana at will with jaspera sentil this lead to losing a turn in some circumstance, like turn 1 jaspera and turn two magda to cast kinnan, i can't tap magda to create the treasure, the game skip the initial phase and go straight to the attack phase

MTGA Crashes with AMD Radeon in High Performance Mode
I have intel integrated graphics (HD Graphics 3000) as well as an AMD Radeon 6600M and 6700M Series dedicated graphics card. Using AMD Catalyst Control Center on Windows 10 Pro, I can force MTGA.exe to power saving (use the intel) or high performance (use the AMD).
When in power savings, everything is fine. When I use the AMD card MTGA crashes, creating a crash log stating:
"Read from location 0000000000000008 caused an access violation."I suspect there is an issue with my AMD card, but raising here in case there are any know issues.

Game doesn't remember audio settings
Everytime arena gets an update it does not save my audio settings and I have to go back in to mute the game again. Please look into making it so that the client remembers my audio preference

Firja's Retribution did still apply after Banishing Light
After playing out Firja's Restribution the opponent Banishing Lighted it on their turn. After passing the turn to me I played a Starnheim Unleashed for 3 Angels. Next turn opponent - then my turn again. I attack with all my Angels and they deal damage as if Lore Counter III would be activated with double strike - the saga still remaining exiled with Banishing Light by the opponent.

Player Block System
It would be nice to be able to block certain players from your queue when finding games.
I find that I am up against the same players over and over again. Some they autoquit when they see my name. Some I do the same to them knowing that they are going to play a deck that I'm not fond of playing against (i.e. mill or mono red)
Mainly though to get rid of the players that don't do anything. I find most of the games I play are against those. They time out at mulligan and time out one first…12 votes -
monthly fee for mtga
ask for a monthly fee for playing mtga. that should be the reasonable thing to do. Or offer limited phantom for a monthly fee. i would pay for this and the level of frustration would be lower, because actually, playing mtga limited is extremely expensive and frustrating. So much i want to stop it all, for good!

why not make quick draft of new series available from start of release and available longer?
or why mtga doesnt ask for a monthly fee instead of making us pay 15$ a game you can loose in less than 10 minutes because of stupid shuffling algorithm?

you should be ashamed that you're using loyal costumers like milking cows!!! No discisions are made in regards of the users, just money money money... business is business, regardless how people feel and regardless if you'se using kids…

Recommendation for Purchasing packs with gold
The current method of purchasing packs using gold is cumbersome. For each pack purchased you must click the "purchase using gold" option, then click cancel or 1,000 coins then click again on claim. This means if I want to purchase 10 packs i have to click 30 times.
I would suggest a drop down menu that allows you to select the number of packs you wish to purchase, then click on the amount as before only it would be for the total (i.e. 10 packs , 10,000 gold) then click on clam. I would also suggest eliminating the "claim" radial…4 votes -
Smartphone goes to standby
The screen keeps getting dark and then the smartphone goes into standby. In most apps you can see that it is possible to prevent the standby mode. Magic Arena App should basically do that. This also happens, for example, when I'm in a loading screen or when the app is looking for an opponent for me. A game on the smartphone should always ensure that the display remains switched on.

wrong end of Season rewards
Received 7 Zendikar packs rather than the correct Kaldheim packs as end of season rewards. Suggestion for fix would be to replace the wrong 7 with the right 7.

mouse highlight
Opponent mouse highlighting too frantic
Right now, I'm finding that opponents are using mouse highlighting to tilt their opponents. They're whipping their mouse around to make highlighting on my screen distracting. I don't know if there's much you can do about it, but it's really distracting from my enjoyment of the game!

Zoom on CardView
When I play there are two features that I miss:
1 - Horizontal view on sealed deck building to help with mana curve smoothing
2 - Zoom on text when on cardview. Some cards have a lot of text so the letters are very small. An adicional zoom feature on the card should be available with two fingers touch

Ban Esika, God of the Tree in Brawl
Esika makes an enchantment your commander (basically impossible to deal with for red / black, limited counterplay in other colors except for counterspell tribal) that easily drops turn 4 and proceeds to then guarantee free bombs every turn after. And you can still cast any bombs you draw each turn as well. Sprinkle in some mana rocks and removal with your bombs and it's usually a guaranteed win. You can try placing it as a "Tier 1" commander but I think it's bad enough that a ban will be the only practical solution.

Mobile arena client severely needs optimization
I downloaded the beta mobile arena client and played my first game this morning. I played a bot match to try out the UI and see how it played. However the animation was extremely jerky and the game paused constantly, with wait times just for my turn to end in the 5 to 10 second range. I am using a Samsung galaxy S9+, not some cheap phone, so the experience in a live client when launch arrives would be patently unacceptable.

I "In Search of Greatness"-ed a elspeth conquers death onto the battlefield and no lore counters were put on the saga.

Make MTGA Mobile cross platform.
Cross platform play for Magic the Gathering Arena, so you can use one account for both PC and Mobile. When I login on mobile, it wants to restart the entire tutorial. That's a hard no. I picked up MTGA last week to get a head start for mobile. Please make it cross platform.

Pack purchases with gold
A slow, two click transaction to purchase a pack with gold IS absurd. If you want to do this, fine, but at least give us an option to purchase multiple packs at once. I get that you don't make money off of the gold, but this is utter poppycock. Why punish gold users?
