my game crashes a lot when, for example, I have to exile cards to escape Uro. The last timeit crashed when casting priest. This only started happening about 2 weeks ago but it's getting quite common and it's getting annoying.

I have the final three Mastery orbs to apply before Ikoria Mastery expires in 16 days. The game crashes EVERYTIME I try to access Mastery Tree. If this bug isn't fixed by the end of this Mastery event, will you apply unspent Mastery orbs automatically?

Same issue here. Unity Player DLL crash about once a game. Clicking on "Mastery" usually crashes the program. If I do see the Mastery Tree, trying to redeem orbs will crash it.

I also have had the client completely crash and close on my in the middle of a match.

It's been crashing way more often for me in the past few weeks than it ever has. I have to restart my computer before doing a draft and matches. Wizards, please do something to fix this. I didn't put $100 into gems for drafting just to have to lose my first pick in a draft due to the game crashing as soon as the draft fired, or to be stuck keeping a terrible hand because it crashed right as the match started.

Every set release it is the same problems over and over again, seriously what is going on.

I can't even open the game... it crashes while it's loading every single time. It was borderline unplayable before from all the in game crashes, but I play for free so I didn't really care too much. Now I can't even do that much.

Hm I NEVER had a crash since I play. Must be like over 100 hours now.
All issues i have are disconnects and broken shuffler.

9900KS@5.3ghz, 32GB RAM and GTX1080Ti, WIN10.
Are you still using Win7 ? Don't it's out of date and not supported anymore.

Basically, I just can't play Arena. Dropped 10k on a draft, lost the first game before I had a chance to play. A few updates ago it got better for a while, but now it's worse than ever. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail.

Recently I was going in to purchase the new Historic Anthology III. However, the game had a rather sizable update (the most recent one, this is 5/28/2020). After the update finished, the game crashed. Being really excited to get the new Anthology, I went ahead and tried again. It crashed before I was able to click on the purchase! I've been so frustrated I decided to not play again. However, I knew I had one game left in my ill-fated Ikoria draft mentioned above. I played my game and was able to actually record the crash. I can tell when it's about to crash because sometimes there is a black haze over some of the cards and the screen will flicker in the background if I choose, say a mutate card or card with a choice to be made. Please see the attached video, hopefully it will help. I'm really getting sick of this.

Has anyone fixed this? It's just started happening to me. I can't access anything except the main home screen. Can't play. Can't build decks. It all just goes to a black screen. Was really looking forward to the tournament tomorrow.

Since last week the game is crashing on launch and what I've got from their support was "...we don't have any known solutions to the problem you're experiencing and are unable to advise you further..."

The game crashed as I opened a pack and I didn't get the cards from the pack.

Admittedly a 'free' player but I can't play, all I get are crashes. Frustrating because I was using this time to determine if I was going to invest.

I am sick of restarting this game each time I play to just got to the point of choosing to Mulligan or Not.... last 3 games I wasn't even able to reach this point leading to a Defeat straight away when game resumes....Lost the Historic Event without playing a single game... Fix this asap please !!
