I sent a request the 31 of october and they replied "We do not currently have an ETA for when this issue will be completely resolved." so I guess it won't be soon if it ever is solved.

Same issue. I am a new player so I actually didn’t know this was a bug until a friend of mine was telling me about the new decks that they always receive. I have been spending all my gold on building new decks only to find out some of the cards that I have played so hard to craft have been given to everyone else. I hope they fix this issue soon. And it would be great if you gave the people experiencing this issue all of those card and decks and wildcards if they already crafted them like I know I have.

They have no shame about this, but if enough people saw it, they would be forced to feel the shame they should. Only way they will ever give a ****. They haven't had this missing deck problem for months, they have had it for YEARS. They have already decided a long time ago the number of people effected does not warrant anything, no matter how much money you have spent on an account, they look at you like you are worth $0 after this bug, and they are fine with it.

Absolutely pathetic support from WoTC on this issue. I haven't spent a single dime on this game since I started having this problem and I won't until it's fixed. The longer this goes on, the more likely I am to NEVER spend any money on this game, even if it does get fixed.

I love playing Magic but without a doubt Wizards has THE WORST customer service of any game company out there. It’s always been their strategy to completely ignore their customers with no updates until they finally get around to addressing giant issues. It’s like they get off on creating hostile relationships with their consumers. They did this with Duels of the Planeswalkers as well. Took everyone’s cash and when the game became unplayable for many months, didn’t address the issue. I remember posting negative comments on Facebook because I had invested a good deal of money in the game and was unable to play it, and Wizards just blocked me from posting instead of apologizing and rectifying the issue. They also refused to give me any sort of refund. Luckily Apple sided with me on my complaint and reimbursed me because Wizards was continuing to take cash for an app that didn’t work.
