Each weekend i collect 10000 gold to do a premier draft or something like it. Almost always i get more lands to play then spells. Which results in a terrible gaming experience and 3 losses in a row. Two weekends after eachother with sometimes playing 75% land en 25% spells is a testimony of a broken shuffler. On FNM my results are most of the time top 3. Arena does not even remotely resambles the fun honoust experience of real life. Refund of gold or crystals requested.

I am tired of it. I am tire of the cheaters. I am tired of having a 40 percent chance to draw cards and always ending up with two lands on turn 6. I am tired of the fact that you never personally contact me and only send bots. I am tired of the algo that I can predict with 100 certainty who is going to win the game by turn 3. What a waste. The story of Prometheus is a great allegory for this game and its developers.

it's not a bad algorithm, it's just rigged. File a complaint after 30 games of going second against the most broken, unfair, unlikely, impossible draws and hands your opponents have and win with in less than 3 turns, a bot will instantly reply with NO IT'S NOT RIGGED, WORKING AS INTENDED as the dev's slurp hasbro **** and gulp down *** by the bucket. No management of the game, no balancing, no addressing the endless amount of very vocal complaining from the majorities, nothing. Useless, *******. No one is doing their job. No one.

This mana flooding is ridiculous. It’s been posted here for months now and never gets addressed. Here’s an example and I’ll be posting EVERY SINGLE INSTANCE OF THIS UNTIL IT IS FIXED.

I noticed I was rarely ever on the play in the vast majority of ranked historic best of one games I played. One day I played 10 games in a row and was on the draw every single time. How is this possible if it’s supposed to be a 50/50 chance to be on the play or on the draw? I’m starting to think people are hacking the game to give themselves an advantage with the algorithm. Has anybody else experienced something similar?

I am at Bronze, have lost many game sin a row (Quick Draft) and they are matching me up against nothing but Gold/Platinum nd Mythic. GARBAGE!

Your shuffle system stinks, mana screwed or mana flooded....
1 game I drew 7 lands in a row, costing me the game....
last game I only drew black mana, 8th land draw was green, costing me the game.
It's either the shuffle is bugged or your system hinders game play...
I wonder if you will be honest and say which is true!

Shuffler is worst than ever and this game is quickly beckoming idiotic. It really feels like wizards wants to force a new meta by making it impossible to use older strategies even when they would be completely balanced. Every single feedback I give has been negative. Never happened before.

I saw a similar complaint mentioning specifically mono red match making only against other red decks. I built a mono blue delver deck and get paired against mono blue decks for days. The same is true of mono red, mono green, mono black. I just built a mono white control list 3 days ago and I have only been matched against one deck that wasn't mono white and it was a white deck with one off color land on turn 7. Match making should be random, NOT an attempted mirror match every time. It's not enjoyable at all. Fix your product. You saw record profits for years because of Arena.

Is MTGA's shuffle, first/second strike probability, and opponent decisions fair? If you ask customer support, all you can say is that the algorithm has been well tested and is working as intended. This way of writing would not maintain fairness. When I ask customer support if they are fair, the answer is the same every time: "The algorithm is well tested and works as intended."
