network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

Been getting this message for months, both on android and PC, wifi and mobile data. Works intermittently, but no noticeable logic behind it.

Every time I try to connect my account on the Android app, on my cell phone or tablet, it shows this connection errors.
It is worth mentioning that I am connected to the internet, I have tried restarting the application several times and I have already tried reinstalling the app, but the error persists.
Through Steam, on the notebook, the game works perfectly. -

I can't find a fix for this after a few days. I'm having the same issue on my phone, steam and on the arena launcher outside of steam. I'm inside the US unlike a lot of the other people who seem to have this issue so I don't understand what is happening. Other games will load and connect to their servers just fine so it must be on the Arena end.

Same problem.
Tried everything, nothing helped. The only way to make it work is to use a VPN, but that isn't really a solution. -

I am still having this issue (in Europe) after a reinstall of the native client, and downloading the Steam version to a different hard drive. This is unacceptable.

I keep getting this after a sever error. When I try to reconnect it spins and spins and then reports unable to get collection. I've restarted my computer, cleared 100's of MB's worth of disk space and have a stable 5G wifi service! In past it will work again after a short wait... but this time it's still an issue after 2 hours. Help!

I have run into this issue 3 times.
The first was while attempting to reconnect to a draft. This one worked properly after the draft ended.
The second was after Alt+F4ing a finished game. This one did not resolve quickly, and only managed to log in again after an overnight. The third was during matchmaking. It is currently facing the same issue as the second event.
My guess is that something in the networking really hates dealing with accounts locked out of the main menu/is in an active role in an ongoing event. It also seems like games take a long time to time out on the server.

This issue is back again for me as well. I have not had this since early October. It seems to be an issue related to your ISP and happens in specific parts in Europe during specific times of the day.
The solutions that I have figured out are:
1) try to see if you can connect to the server with another ISP/connection (e.g. use a hotspot from your mobile phone connection).
2) Use one of the many free VPN services available to connect to another country.
I have used #2 successfully every time I have had this issue, and it fixes it every time.
I do not have a paid VPN subscription so my internet speed suffers from it, which makes it not ideal.I hope there will eventually be a solution to this, since as far as I can see here, there are many people that face it as well.

The same trouble for at least last month. I use Ethernet connection to ISP and mobile internet. Sometimes MTGA works via mobile (when doesn't via cable), sometimes it doesn't work via both. Usually it works from morning until afternoon (about 02:00-11:00 UTC) and it doesn't work at evening.
I'm using PC version
