How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Bug - Thalia not triggering additional mana

    I had Thalia out, requiring non-creature spells to cost 1 more colorless mana, but my opponent cast Collected Company for 4 mana (no change to mana cost) causing me to lose the game

  2. Scute Swarm triggers skipped my turn on mobile

    On mobile so no screenshots but opponent played scute swarm and managed to get 250 tokens out plus ~200 more triggers. Game lagged some while tokens were being generated and the remaining triggers resolved. By the time all triggers were resolved it was my turn and then immediately when to opponent’s turn and attack phase. Never showed a rope for me or my opponent. Game should not penalize me for my opponent creating so many tokens. If the token limit is 250 in game then why do any token-creating triggers need to resolve after the 250 is met? Honestly Scute…

  3. cannot cast pact of negation for 0 mana or respond to trigger on my upkeep

    multiple times ive lost games because i was unable to cast pact of negation for either 0 mana when i should have been able to or i was unable to respond to the upkeep trigger and kill my opponent before it resolves like i should have been able to

  4. Companion disappeared during 3rd match

    in my most recent match, I played a 60 card Yorion deck, and i realized halfway through that my Yorion wasnt in the companion zone. I had made no changes to the deck, save for having cast a Oracle Of The Alpha during the game, but I don't think that should matter?

  6. Ilharg, the Raze Boar + Drakuseth, Maw of Flames

    When Drakuseth, Maw of Flames is put into the battlefield attacking with Ilharg, the Raze Boar, Drakuseth's "whenever attacks" ability does not trigger.

  7. Mysterious Limousine + Farewell resolution bug

    My opponent plays Mysterious Limousine, targeting my Sheoldred. I cast Farewell, choosing all modes (which includes exiling creatures and artifacts). By the way the stack resolves in paper Magic, Farewell only sees the board state at the time of resolution, and all modes resolve simultaneously. No matter when Sheoldred would return to the board, Limousine must not be on the board for her to return. As Arena resolved it, Sheoldred returned to the board before Farewell fully resolved, and was consequently exiled.

  8. Kumano faces kakkazan bugs

    Several issues with that card (and probably similar bugs with other cards of the same type = saga that transform into creature creature).

    1: once they transform they don’t count as devotion. This means their CMC cost become 0.
    This leads to have them targetable by cards like “March of the otherworldly light” as if they cost 0 (so for x=0).

    However, here comes the second bug/interaction which is paradoxal.
    2. Bomb ratchet still destroy them as if they have a mana cost of 1 (sac bomb ratchet with one counter). Meaning depending the interaction they are considered to have…

    Hello, at the latest draft I did use WWGGGG to cast for Clay Champion, but it didn't give those +1/+1 counters to other 2 creatures. Lost a match due to the bug.

    Dark salvation does have problems counting the number of zombie on the field for the -1/-1 part it understands only the zombies it’s created

  14. Game ends without a win with high number of storm on the stack.

    Three times over the past days whenever there is a high amount of storm triggers on the stack, a message of Waiting Server appears and the games just ends, without informing whether it was a win or not (said triggers where lethal amounts of Tendrils of Agony).

  15. floating card

    i went to play my leech gauntlet and it stayed in the casting area did not resolve and did not go to any other zone and passed turn. this happened after i spent 2 ropes on trying to find the shrine creature type on secluded courtyard and it wasnt there

  16. 守護者の盾、ヴァルクミラ

    相手の戦場に「守護者の盾、ヴァルクミラ」が場に出ている状況で自分の場に「りょう乱の、ドミヌス」「乱動する渦」「焦熱の解放」が出ている状態で「りょうらんの、ドミヌス」の効果で「乱動する渦」の1点ダメージは代わりに2倍のダメージを与え「焦熱の解放」でさらに3倍のダメージを与えるはずなのに「守護者の盾、ヴァルクミラ」で完全にダメージを無効化されました

  17. insane gfx/ui bug

    Every time a 1/1 counter was made, the counter icon on the creature made copies of itself that ran down the screen, presumably to infinity since my frames started tanking. Then everything that went on the stack stayed on the stack, including resolved creatures. The entire screen was an unplayable mess and costed me a ranked match.

    It seemed to have started when I put a 1/1 counter on Mutavault with Luminarch Aspirtant if that matters.

  18. Acererak loop, can't leave match after opponent conceded

    Playing historic brawl, started casting Acererak over and over using relic of legends and cost reducers for unlimited castings, put on full control to facilitate the combo.

    Opponent conceded the game, clicked on view battlefield on victory screen and now there is no leave game button in the upper right. See attached screenshot.

  19. Incorrect rules interactions: "Eruth, Tormented Prophet" & "Transplant Theorist"

    Transplant Theorist says: "...you may draw a card, IF YOU DO, discard a card."
    Eruth says: "If you WOULD draw a card, exile the top two card of your library INSTEAD"
    So, since you don't actually draw a card, you shouldn't discard. The system instead makes you discard a card.

  20. Some triggers makes the game crash (PC)

    On some triggers (so far), like the Raffine Informant's connive trigger, or Gala Greeters' Alliance triggers, my game crashes every time those effects resolves, making it stressful to play the game, or even lose it. I've tried some decks to test it with my friends, and it effects everything. So far only these two effects affects my game, but I can't say it's only these two. Also I play on a quite massive PC, so I don't think it's my machine.
