How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Mastery Pass XP has stalled at 975/1000, despite earning at least 500 xp since noticing that it isn't changing.
Give me a refund for my Mastery Pass, or, fix your system.

Starter deck duel doesn't allow me to use my starter deck
I bought a couple starter decks and can play sparky with them, but for some reason I can't use them in the starter deck duel and I rather like one of the ones I have.

update in background
Frequently when I start the game up, it will start a huge update download. This causes me to go find something else to do rather than wait for the thing to download. It should be doing the download in background and update when I am done

tips flash by too quickly
When I start a game (OSX 10.15.4), it flashes up a tip of some sort, but it's only there for about a half second so there's no way to read it.

Feedback Forum Link Rot
Some posts on this forum, such as https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/940206-mtg-arena-archive/suggestions/45486247-intra-illegal-cast-card-draw-with-replacement-effe , have just decided to stop working. They're marked as "needing to sign in", even when signed it. The post still shows up on the creators profile, but can't be viewed. What gives?

Not seeing what cards I get from mastery
I don't know if I am actually getting anything or not, but if I am, the animation is not popping up to show me what they are. This has been happening off & on for weeks. The current date is 6/10/23.

la actualizacion no se puede completar mientras magic arena se esta ejecutando
Cuando inicio el juego quiere actualizarse pero me sale ese mensaje, me dice que lo reporte si persiste. Con lo cual no se inicia el juego

The Enigma Jewel bug on mobile
This occurred on iOS platform on an iPhone. I crafted Locus of Enlightenment with 10 planeswalkers. I had 6 powerstones on the battlefield. When trying to activate the Locus on my turn, tapping it would expand to show all of the planeswalkers, and the Locus itself would disappear off the right side of the screen. I was unable to actually activate the locus. It would just keep expanding to show the planeswalkers every time I tapped it, and then it would be offscreen and I'd have to tap the exiled planeswalkers to collapse it again. My timer ended up running…

Sandstorm background after 2024-01-25 update
Graphical issues after update. Graphics set to Ultra quality, but other settings have the same issue. The background effect is so intense that it hides cards (more on the upper right).

Today, some graphics are missing on the saga cards and the labels of the user interface are missing too.

repeated deck names lock
When you name a deck with a name you already used, the warning is looping and doesn't let you take another action on the game. When you click "OK" on the "deck name already in use" screen, the warning just pops back on the screen. This goes over the escape menu as well, forcing you to alt+f4 and reopen the game

Graphical glitches android pixel 6
Grapical bugs on top banner and when in side board you can't look back at play area just shows as black.

Arena stuck on black screen after login
I logged into arena on android and the spinner started and then it froze. I waited and the screen went black and hasn't changed. I've closed and reopened the app which led to the screen starting and then staying black. I've Uninstaller, reinstalled, cleared cache, force stopped, nothing has worked.

Aoji Maiko Swamp Lands Bug
In game the Aoji Maiko Swamplands do not show their mana symbols on the card art in game. They show them in the deck builder screen. I reinstalled and also tried on a different PC and they still were not showing so its definitely a bug. Attached is a screenshot. Thanks.

Commune with Nature
It happened when I played Eldraine Forest, Premier Draft 1, Harmony with Nature.
The text says to look at the top five cards of the deck, choose one creature card, and put the rest on the bottom of the library in any order.
However, when playing in Arena, when placing the remaining items at the bottom of the library, you cannot place them in the order you want, and they are returned randomly. This made it difficult to play properly.
Please refund the participation fee.

Missing Retro Artifacts Alt arts and Issues with Parallax art selection
On top of several Retro Artifacts retro alt arts seemingly missing as I bought no bundle and played the events, there are issues with some cards' parallax arts not being able to be selected until you add a card and then click apply styles button. (This later bug seems mostly frequent on cards that have too many versions such as Healer's Hawk, Fanatical Firebrand.)
