How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Shigeki green druid has cost me 2 games, it does not function properly. Also now constantly making me lose every match I play.

  2. ERROR, Cuentas, falso multiplataforma… mismo e mail cuentas distintas en cel y pc

    Hola, mi error es el siguiente, no puedo ingresar a mi cuenta de Magic que hice en PC en mi celular, dado que el juego es multiplataforma no debería existir este problema… en un principio instale el juego primero en mi celular, cree una cuenta y quise empezar a jugar, luego lo instale en la pc, quise ingresar a la cuenta creada desde el celular y no me lo permitio entonces crei que no era multiplataforma, asi que cree una nueva en pc con el mismo e-mail que cree la de celular, ambas tienen mismo email pero distinta contraseña, funcionan…

  3. Incorrect release date for Brother's War

    Why is the Brother's War showing a release date of Sept 15, 2022 even though it was added to MTG Arena on Nov 15, 2022 ?

    Shouldn't the release date match the paper release date or at least the date it was added to arena?

  4. 2022年11月17日 デッキ内のカードリストが白い。 The deck construction screen turns white.

     兄弟戦争のアップデートのあと、デッキ編集画面やサイドボーディング中にカード名と枚数が白く表示されてて、すごく見づらい。

     アップデート直後だから不具合は仕方ないけど、ほかにも兄弟戦争以前からの不具合もあるし、なるべく早く対処してくれると嬉しい。

    After the Brothers War update, the card names and numbers are displayed in white on the deck editing screen and sideboarding, and it's really hard to see.

    "Since it's just after the update, it can't be helped, but there are other problems that have existed since before the Brotherhood War, so I'd appreciate it if you could fix them as soon as possible."

  7. Didn't get rewards for DMU

    After Update to Brothers War I didn't receive Gold and packs for the DMU season. Also the limited rank has dropped, the constructed rank hasn't.

  8. Emotes are still borked

    Arena is a poorly made platform that crashes constantly, and every time it does, all our dumb emotes we wasted precious gacha currency on unequip. I was so shocked to see someone use an emote on me today because I almost never see them. NOBODY uses emotes because why go through the hassle of re-selecting them every hour? You put these things up on the store and hope people will buy them.

  12. Suggestion: Make it more clear what is blocked!

    I just lost a match because it was very unclear which creatures I was actually blocking. On cluttered board states it becomes very visually confusing how Arena represents this. The lines used to indicate this tend to overlap, and like creatures such as tokens are clustered together in ways that make it visually unclear if they are actually blocked even after attempting multiple times to block them.

    I would suggest that blocking creatures should be moved around so that they're placed in front of what they are blocking as directly as possible, as players would do in paper Magic, so…

  16. Kicker selection UI is not intuitive

    The selection UI for cards with multiple kicker costs is not intuitive, especially if you click on the kicker cost you cannot/don't want to pay and want to re-select.
    Why can't it be done similar to Deafening Clarion where you just click to select all modes you want and then confirm?

  17. Direct match put me in ranked queue

    What happened:
    I had been playing Historic ranked for a bit when one of my friends came online and asked if we could play a few games. After a few rounds with 60 card decks he asked if we could play Brawl so I sent him a challenge. I had to select a deck in order to send the challenge since the deck I had used in our previous game was not a brawl deck. After he accepted the challenge, I clicked the "Play" button since I had already selected the deck I wanted to use. Apparently, this also added…

    Every time I try to log on and play the game it says I lost connection to the game server and I even logged out and changed my password to log back in and I got the same result

  20. Season rankings not changing

    Hello,
    I uninstalled and reinstalled Arena to debug. Didn't work
    My season rankings are not changing with wins or losses. Also, I’ve never been able to complete the last chellenge on each intro deck color challenge. It says network error on the last challenge of each color.
