How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Zommed double face card image are a bit out of the screen when opening a pack
When I open a rare double face card in a pack and go mouse over, it zoom, but actually, the zoomed image is a bit out of the screen on the left.
See image below.I'm using windows pc in 4k definition.

image of 70th reward of BRO mastery, Gix Yawgmoth's Praetor sleeve, is flashing in mastery section when i go over it with my mouse.
when i put my mouse icon over the image of Gix Yawgmoth's Praetor card sleeve at page 7/8 of Bothers' war mastery section, is flashing indefinitely until i move out of the image.
my monitor and game definition are 4k on a windows PC.

The link from the application to Latest Decklists is incorrect
The Arena Home screen has a prominent banner that cycles through article links. One of them is to "Latest Decklists". However, when you click that you end up on a web page where the newest decks were uploaded on November 21st. Please link to "Latest" decks instead.

Game doesn't launch
Game doesn't launch on Android 12 after update.
According to support the only fix is to uninstall and reinstall. 3gb of data and 4 hours later it works.

Pack bug
Pack opening bug: pack art changes to different set- the. Many of the cards are errors (error cards not in inventory after opening). I have a video of the packs changing their art if it would be helpful. Happened six times in a row.

Здравствуйте! После сегодняшнего обновления я не могу зайти в игру, пишет "Для осуществления этого действия у вас неподходящая роль. доступ запрещён - у вас нет разрешения на подключение".
Скриншот прилагаю.
Как будто меня забанили, но непонятно за что. Письма на почту не приходило. Помогите пожалуйста восстановить доступ.

My screen for deck building and sidebaording randomly loses all colors for cards, and only shows text or nothing at all in the right panel where I the sideboard and deck description are. Makes it very challenging to sideboard during best of three matches or build or change a new deck.
Exiting the game, and restarting it seems to fix it. Is very disruptive during best of three though. I can't read some of the cards in the deck, and that makes sideboarding very challenging

Signed out on phone
Please fix the app signing me out on mobile on every update. I use a long complicated password and only play occasionally mobile, and every single time I boot it up to play I have to type that password in.

Arena frequently crashes.
* PC system - Exceeds requirements
*Have uninstalled, removed all files with Revo and reinstalled
*On program restart - Avatar changes
* Application is more unstable since the last release.
* Game play is interrupted and requires system restart.
* Game play after match is complete frequently results in a black screen for the Arena. - running in windowed mode. (not full screen)

Audio still a huge problem
How has it been this long and you still haven't fixed your horrible audio problems on an app? Clash of Clans has better audio options than you. I will spell it out for you one more time:
1 Let me play audio from another source while still being able to hear game audio
2 Let me play the audio from my phone or iPad, to smart speakers.It isn't brain surgery. I have no earthly idea why you have restricted these features from your app in the first place, I can only imagine what kinda dumb old man at your…

Remove creatures switching positions on declaring blocks, causes issues with combat tricks
On a few occasions I have accidently targeted the wrong creature with a combat trick because they have moved positions on the board. I understand that this can be helpful on large boards with a lot of creatures, but it should not happen when there are only one or two creatures on the board, as it leads to frequent mis-clicks.

Show playset set completion at all times on the profile, not just after achieving singleton set completion
Currently, if you want to see your overall set completion before you've finished collecting a single copy of every card in a set, you need to use 3rd party deck tracking apps. This information could be easily shown on the profile as the gold progress bar overlaid on top of the blue one. They would not obstruct one another.

Product Suggestion
Very simple suggestion. People pay and play a lot to get new sleeves, but actually when you´re in game one can barely see the other players sleeve. I would enjoy having larger deck pile and hand art as to really show off my sleeve to the opponent.

Sleeve missing, other old problems.
hi, as per the file, the bro sleeve, purchased with the mastery, is missing: as a network system administrator, I think the pointer to the file in the database is missing.
Also, almost every time you open a booster pack, you don't see cards below 4 in your summary, so you don't know when you have a boost in your collection.

Music still pausing after 2023.23.00
In the patch notes it claims it solved the auto pause bug with background music apps and such but it still just auto pauses my music apps. This really suck tbh. My only work around is it won’t pause Picture in Picture streaming apps such as Hulu Netflix etc but I want my music back when I’m playing 🙃

Ork Secret Lair Sleeve "Aggrevated Assault" only showing black, no picture
I purchased the Warrhammer 40k Ork Secret Lair and received a digital code for MTGA for 4 sleeves based on the Secret Lair Art. Each sleeve is visible EXCEPT for the Aggrevated Assault art, which displays a solid black sleeve. I submitted this soon after the Secret Lair displayed the code and was told to wait "post update" -- two updates and a set release later and it is STILL solid black.
