How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Anything ever done?

    A question to any who see this. Has any bug report, suggestion, reported exploit EVER been fixed? I'm on month three of constantly reporting the same issues over and over again and I don't even get a cursory copy paste reply anymore. Arena support seems to be ran on bots at this point as there is never any human interaction or any results to speak for them.

  4. skip tutorial

    Sparky came back this patch for some reason, can't get it to go away. Tried redoing the tutorial, can't skip it. stuck in tutorial mode.

  5. Cannot log in, December 5th 2023

    I can't log into the game since yesterday. When I was playing a Quick draft match, the performances of the game really slew down, and then when the match ended, I couldn't get to the main menu. I tried to leave the game and restart it, but after having a message "waiting for the server", I have an error message telling "Error Updating DAte: Please check your connection and try again." and clicking Retry gives me the same message. I still get the same message whenever I try to log in.

  7. Server issue

    Pb to start the game on the 3rd and the 4th of December.
    Not a wiifi or private network issue as i can go on the net and post this report.

  9. AI doesn't take disguise costs into account.

    When a creature is disguised, and it requires certain mana, and even if you have zero cards in hand, it doesn't take required costs of disguise into account. So say you need two white mana, and you have 3 black and 2 white mana, it will usually use 2 black and one white, so you can't use disguise. This has lost me several matches and should be treated as a changed cost, where you usually decide on the mana afterwards.

      Survey page loads and says survey was already completed when it wasn't.

  12. OPTION Menu Bug #3

      Play a game.

      Option/Settings Menu does not show text on the options.

    4.   Enter the expected results of the feature
      

      Text is completely visible to the user/player, and is White.

    5.   Add any relevant screenshots/videos
      

      (See attached) only screenshot does not include Settings menus.

    6.   If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
      

      Not my job to find a workaround. Please prevent cheating and hacking. It ruins gameplay for players entirely, and players shouldn't suffer…

  15. Laelia Exploit

    No idea, but Laelia is 105/105 on turn 6 and there's nowhere near enough cards in exile or GY to make it make sense.

  16. Daily Win Rewards

    Since the last update, whenever I am supposed to get a card in the Daily Win Rewards I just get the Vault progress and no card is shown. There are many standar uncommun cards that I do not own 4 copies of yet.
    Not sure if it is a new feature or a bug.

  17. Black screen on PC, iPhone and iPad

    I can't play on any of my devices. Not on PC neither on iPhone or iPad. The hardware is by far sufficient (relatively strong PC, iPhone 13, brand new iPad with M2).

    The behaviour is the same on all of the devices: After "Waiting for Server" for a couple of seconds, the screen turns completely black. Audio remains, it's the loading-screen ambience.

    Since it's on all devices and there don't seem to be many reports on this so far, the problem may be related to my account. Could you please take a look at it?
