How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Season Rank after Ranked Standard
After a game of BO1 standard rank, I receive the ranked levels, but don't see the UI element to show the change. It does update in profile view from the main menu after.

Unable to login. Authentication failed: timeout
I am unable to login to or access my mtg arena app.
Unfortunately I have not had access to the app on my iPhone since more than a week now since the last update for strixhaven.
I have tried to:
reconnect directly on the app, login again, delete the apps cache, delete and re-download the app, login into the app on a different device, changing my account password (successfully).
But so far none of the things I tried worked. Perhaps someone else has had the same issue?
