How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Not able to edit deck and sideboard UI unresponsive in Bo3 matches
I am unable to edit my decks on desktop (windows). I get a persistent "waiting for server" that never resolves. I verified and do have functionality on mobile devices. I have tried with multiple decks, force restarted the application(to include steam), restarted the PC and still have the same issue. I am only able to functionally edit decks on mobile.
In addition to this I am unable to functionally interact with the sideboard functionality in the best of 3 standard. It will eventually timeout and allow for the next game/match but no button clicks or settings have been able to…

Tutorial Faerie never stops talking
I did all the tutorials a couple of years ago, completing anything the Faerie needs to talk to me about. I've since reinstalled on another device. Ever since, every single time I am on the main page, it goes through a tutorial animation.
“What an adventure! You're well on your way to becoming a great planeswalker.” Etc etc up to the point where it's telling me what daily quests are. It tells me to go “here” to play my next match, but it's hovering over buttons that are not there anymore.

Sparky fix
Problem: Sparky which is intended as a feature for new players shows up if it is accidently triggered in the codex. This is not intended design and a lot of players are complaining here in the feedback forums and on the Steam forums and probably everywhere else too. It is, an issue.
Fix:
-Take 30 to 60 minutes for reading the "Loading initial scene".
-Identify the "Sparky call function".
-Open "notepad.exe".
-Add "BREAK" to Sparky's function.

Customer service support is a joke
Every time that I have gotten a hold of customer service for wizards of the coast it has been days of waiting for replies... They need to have an instant chat they make so much money they can afford it!

Game Crashes Across Multiple Formats
I've had half a dozen games freeze & crash on me mid-match today, 2/24/2026 on my Android phone. I've played in Brawl, Standard, the Phantom Draft Mid-Week event & a Standard Event, & the same issue occurred.
I would make a decision on blocking an opponents creature, letting a spell resolve, et cetera, the game would get stuck in whatever turn step or part of the stacks resolution it was on, my timer would turn on even if I didn't have priority, & the game would freeze.
Even conceding the game doesn't work, as I can't leave the game. I…

I cant login, it appears the following message and it seems to be loading but it doesn't happens anything. Same with Android or PC.

UNADRESSED RACISM AND HATE ON THIS WEBSITE
I've had enough. Wizards has to act. Racism by the user Spaderman#48650 must not be tolerated. This must not be a place where it is acceptable to repeatedly call people "worthless slanted-eyed chinks".

Spell Snare
It seems like after the last patch Spell Snare stopped working. Multiple times a 1or2 mana spell was cast and Spell Snare was not given the option to counter.

missões diárias
não aparecem as missões diária de 500 de ouro para mim e eu não estou recebendo o ouro, quando abro a interface as missões estão ocultas e depois de jogar uma partida aparece que a missão está carregando x horas para aparecer no próximo dia. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente mais de uma vez, tenho todos os tutoriais cumpridos e isto está prejudicando minha conta. só consigo pegar os ouros das vitórias diárias

O jogo fica me informando que estou desatualizado, porém na App Store não tem nenhuma atualização, me impedindo de abrir o jogo, eu clico para verificar a situação do jogo, ele informa que está tudo certo, não sei o que fazer, dois dias já nesta situação.

thank you emote
Please allow Thank you as an emote to always be there as an option. It's not even possible and yet you have all these other emotes available. It tries to contextually swap out with nice, but it reverts too quickly. Let users swap out another emote for "Thank you" if they so wish.
You don't even have to remove the Nice/Thank you. Just add a custom emote option that will always be available as "Thank you"

Reboot glitch after TMNT update for android tablet
TMNT startup image and loading initial screen words appear, but before the game launches, it simply closes. I haven't played for 6 days now, unable to load up at all. No images, nothing to show...

There is a "Conexion to the server problem" that keep happening. Stops games and doesn't let me continue until I close it and re open just to happen again. I already reinstalled the game and "repare" th files. Don'r know what's going on
