How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Stability has got worse since I last played
The game has always been bad at reconnecting, but recently it has got much worse. Now, if I swap apps for more than just a moment (5s is too long), I drop the connection and need to restart the app (it will not succeed otherwise) which of course takes ages.
I used to be able to multitask without dropping my connection - my only worry was exceeding my phone's ram, having the phone kill the app while backgrounded and having to wait out the long initial load (including the unnecessary reconnection animation while I hear my rope burning away…

error retriving asset manifest
im suck in a loop where the game has an error updating data when the launcher is retrieving the asset manifest. its telling me to check my connection but its fine. uninstalling hasn't helped

Severe lag in shop and mid week event bug
When tapping on the store icon on an android device, the lag is so severe to open the shop, the game freezes, same with opening packs and the this current mid week magic event for 2/18/2026. I have not found a work around yet, this happened after the pre order tmnt update.

Lag on Android phone - 18 Feb version

Arena has been running fine on my phone for a few years now.
With the latest patch I'm getting awful lag, to the point where I can't start a matchWondering if anyone else on mobile is experiencing the same

Ambient Audio
In some games, ambient audio is not attached to ambient slider, but SFX slider. In order to hear card effects and normal interface sounds, the ambient sound is deafeningly loud.

Please fix the audio bug with Rooms
Please fix the audio bug when a Room is on the battlefield
How to reproduce the bug :
- Play against someone with a Room on the battlefield
- The Room makes a loud sound whenever you do anything, even if the Room is not under your control
- It is the sound that the Room normally does when it enters. Instead, it does this sound every time you try to do anything, for example casting spells

Visual Bug Toxic Deluge
Visual bug where my opponent used Toxic Deluge and a creature was left on the battlefield with -x/-x. Seems to be visual only as I could not interact with the creature. Happened twice in one game while on an Android os.

Arena kicked me out of the game and then wouldn't let me perform actions.
Arena kicked me out of the game. When I exited the game and reconnected, I was unable to click anything on the battlefield. I would like to be refunded for this draft.

I am receiving constant congratulations for reaching Spark or having a quest every time i return to the home page for Arena.
Every time I return to the Arena homepage as long as I've played one match that day, I get greeted by the spark again. spark tells me either that i have a quest or congratulations for reaching Spark rank again, despite being months since I hit Spark and progressed to actual ranked play. This happens on the Android app and on Windows. It would be lovely to have a toggle in the menu to turn off tutorial support just so we could turn this off since it seems to be a perennial issue for the service.

Cards placed in incorrect locstions for draft, and lands placing in play area, blocking cards that have been played
I registered and started to play a pick two draft. Part way through the draft all of the cards to draft from were no longer displayed where I could interact with and see them. I could see the edge of the left-most cards on the right edge of the draft area, but I coiod not interact with them or slide them over to view the rest. I closed and reopened the game and it thankfully got me back into the draft, though some cards were auto-picked for me that did not fit the deck.

Card Sleeves Do Not Apply
Hello! I have Adorable Kitten card sleeves set as default but for some reason they do not apply to any of my decks anymore and the default card back is displayed instead. I've tried to reset Adorable Kitten sleeves as default and to apply them directly to several of my decks but it didn't help. I'll be so glad to see the kitten back :)

Unable to connect to server 2026-03-28 02:50 AM
I started a Premier Draft event at approximately 2:45 AM on 2026-03-28. After confirming my Pack 1 Pick 1 selection, the pack icon next to my player name didn't disappear. I waited 30 seconds or so before exiting the draft screen to try entering again, to confirm whether it was just a visual error or a network issue. I reopened the Premier Draft event page and was presented with the Play Blade option to begin a new draft, which prompted me to exit and restart the client. Now I am unable to connect to a server since the initial restart…

Alernate styles not showing correctly
There's a bug with alternate styles not showing correctly when in token form.
Overlord of the Mistmoors doesn't show alternate artwork in token form.
Dollmakers Shop doesn't show alternate artwork on the stack when casting.
Donatello, Gadget Master doesn't show alternate artwork in token form.I'm on mac and iPhone.
Expected results are for the alternate artwork to always be present during gameplay when selected in the deck.

Why can’t I use a mythic wild card to make the Korn Planeswalker? It shows up under the mythic rare category but it’s asking for a rare wild
Please just make it so that only mythic VERSIONS of cards show up not just cards that have mythic versions because it’s not cool being unable to exchange wildcards for cards that should be obtainable

Fix tooltip UI for stolen (Goatnapped) earthbent creatures so it doesnt incorrectly identify which player gain control of creature if dies
Goatnap + earthbending interaction has incorrect UI tooltip that falsely claims you can gain permanent control of the land if it dies. (the UI will say, "When this creature dies, it will return the battlefield under your_username's control" despite you not controlling the earthbending trigger and therefore you will not get control of it when it dies, it will return to opponent.
I am suggesting you fix the UI so it correctly specifies who will control the stolen earthbent creature after it dies. The incorrect UI led me to make an incorrect play assuming I would take the land, but…

I cannot log in to MTGA customer support site.
I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
Steps taken & results
- I recently changed email address of my account via customer support.
- Since then I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
- The agent said that I should post this issue here.
- When I try to log in to the site, it redirects me to "https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account?kind=error&message=User%2520is%2520invalid%253A%2520Email%253A%2520%2520isam.fableswalker%2540gmail.com%2520has%2520already%2520been%2520taken".
- I guess MTGA customer support site produces an error that says "User is invalid: Email: <MY OLDER EMAIL ADDRESS> has already been taken".

App only works on mobile data
Followed all the suggested fixes, but no change. I'm not burning data just to complete the asset download; please fix this so it'll run via wifi as well.

Bug on iphone
Game is very jittery after new update, not loading, then when trying to enter match, it freezes on the screen with your avatar and opponents avatar. Have issues with menu items not being able to click on in from the home page. Its basically bricked the game. On Iphone 15

Game crashed, game won't let me in coz it keeps going into the game that crashed when it searches for active matches
The game crashed while playing a friend, after restarting the game several times it's no longer letting me back into the game as it's checking for active matches, then putting me in the game that glitched & locking me in the waiting screeen. I literally can't play the game anymore.
