How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

No gem reward for marvel acheivement after wildcard redemption
On mobile ios, wanted to receive duplicate gem reward from mythic reward of Spiderman, web spinner so used 4 mythic wildcards. Web Spinner achievement was favorited and I never got the triggered screen to claim reward, it automatically updated to complete, no gems awarded.
In case it was a error dealing with wildcard redemption I tested it again by redeeming a singular rare wildcard on wondrous revival for Earths Mightiest Heroes III and when I completed the achievement I was able to claim the 4x Wondrous Revival and received 20 gems

Cards not working
Codex verifoirous or whatever when used would not allow to use blue mana from the ability or even when I used actual blue mana from lands on textbook tabulator specifically. Didn't take a screenshot. Will attempt next game if it happens again.

Spark told me I completed all the Color Challenges when I logged in but I've only completed Green
When I logged in this evening, the first thing Spark said to me was praise for completing all the color challenges but I had only completed the Green one.
Repro steps:
1. Create a new account
2. Complete the initial tutorial
3. Once color challenges are unlocked, fully complete the Green color challenge
4. Exit the game
5. Return the next dayExpected results:
Spark encourages you to complete another color challenge (or doesn't mention them at all.)Actual Results:

Pc -1 error
I can't log in. It just says error code -1. Uninstalled numerous times. Restarted pc. Unplugged router for 10 minutes. Nothing works

Qualidade do jogo
Devemos conversar sobre a qualidade do jogo. O que está acontecendo? Login de 5 minutos de espera. App fechando espontaneamente. Atualizações gigantescas (para um jogo que nem tem tanta coisa assim). Abro o jogo com a intenção de me divertir. Mas já começo a me irritar tendo que esperar vários minutos para o jogo abrir e conectar ao servidor. E depois, no meio das partidas, o jogo simplesmente FECHA. Meu aparelho é um Android, com 12gb de RAM. Mas há 2 anos atrás eu usava um aparelho com apenas 4gb e o jogo rodava muito bem! E quando isso vai…

Missing bonus packs
I had an animation pop up when logging in today to receive 3 SOS packs but they didn't show up. Then I went to the Messages section to see a new message where it said I could claim something, and it loaded another 3 packs and basic lands, but those didn't show up either.
I have 6 packs from the IRL prerelease bonus, but not the other 3+3 packs from the above.
(I don't know which category this most fits, chose UI.)
EDIT: Closed Arena and opened again, and there are 9 packs total now, vs 6 or 12. Idk…

Wrong permanent displayed on board after playing cloak and dagger
In a recent draft game, I played a cloak and dagger on an empty board, revealing my opponents hand, but not taking anything before they played dark deed. The next turn my opponent played a stolen stark tech onto the board, after which I played a creature. The next turn my opponent passed and I attacked, at which point they played another stolen stark tech and their equipment on the board turned into a creature (baron strucker, HYDRA overlord). I was playing on iOS version 2026.60.10.4808.1289428.

[[Wolverine, Best There Is]] always requires manual trample damage assignment instead of auto-assigning like other creatures.
Steps to Reproduce:
Attack with [[Wolverine, Best There Is]] while it has trample.
Have it blocked by a 1/1 creature.
Arena prompts you to manually assign combat damage between the blocker and the defending player.Platform:
PC
Expected Result:
Arena should automatically assign lethal damage to the blocker and the remaining damage to the defending player, as it does with other creatures in the same scenario. Requiring manual assignment every combat with Wolverine appears to be inconsistent behavior.

Card won't work on Mobile
While on MTG Arena through mobile the card Consumed by Greed won't work. Everytime I attempt to cast it I get the option to gift a card or not, but once the selection is made it returns to my hand as if I hadn't tried casting the card at all.

error updating data, please check your connection and try again
While waiting to log in, I end up with this message "error updating data, please check your connection and try again" after "retrieving asset manifest".
Nothing has changed (from PC or ISP) from the day before (4/18) as this began yesterday (4/19).
Apparently this has been an known issue for some time.

Erro ao atualizar dados
Não consigo acessar ao Magic, depois da atualização da Marvel o jogo não sai mais dessa tela. Minha internet está normal.
Já alterei o nome do meu PC e não funcionou.
Já desinstalei e instalei o jogo inúmeras vezes e não consigo baixar a atualização do jogo.1 vote -
Select All
A suggestion is to add a way to select all.
I play World Tree a lot. It gives me to option to select which gods. But every time I have to select each god one at a time. . It would be nice if it defaulted to all. This would speed up game play.Thanks

Ok it's been like 3 years for that "screen goes to white" bug on best-of-three matches. It's SO annoying. I get that resources are limited, I get that bugs take time to fix, but it's been YEARS.

Impending shows incorrect cost while in hand
Cards with Impending show that they have a "reduced" mana cost while in hand, showing their Impending cost instead of their mana cost.

I had a Vivi I could activate and the game auto-passed me through my turn
I had an active Vivi with a few counters and the ability to cast multiple spells in my hand. I tapped out of my land mana to cast a mana rock and then the game auto passed my turn to my opponent despite me still have plays to make. My chances of winning the game were slim but they went to none when I lost that.

Sparks stuck on screen
after visiting the "Codex of the Multiverse", Sparks gets stuck on the screen even after visiting different game tabs. have to restart client to resolve. On steam on macOS

Dragging from sideboard causes visual glitches
Dragging and dropping a card from the sideboard into your deck during a draft results in graphical glitches. Make sure your deck is presented in horizontal view. Notice there are divider bars which have Z position above the dragged item.
Tested on Windows 11.
