How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Fix tooltip UI for stolen (Goatnapped) earthbent creatures so it doesnt incorrectly identify which player gain control of creature if dies
Goatnap + earthbending interaction has incorrect UI tooltip that falsely claims you can gain permanent control of the land if it dies. (the UI will say, "When this creature dies, it will return the battlefield under your_username's control" despite you not controlling the earthbending trigger and therefore you will not get control of it when it dies, it will return to opponent.
I am suggesting you fix the UI so it correctly specifies who will control the stolen earthbent creature after it dies. The incorrect UI led me to make an incorrect play assuming I would take the land, but…

I cannot log in to MTGA customer support site.
I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
Steps taken & results
- I recently changed email address of my account via customer support.
- Since then I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
- The agent said that I should post this issue here.
- When I try to log in to the site, it redirects me to "https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account?kind=error&message=User%2520is%2520invalid%253A%2520Email%253A%2520%2520isam.fableswalker%2540gmail.com%2520has%2520already%2520been%2520taken".
- I guess MTGA customer support site produces an error that says "User is invalid: Email: <MY OLDER EMAIL ADDRESS> has already been taken".

- I'm using Google Chrome to access the site.

During Best of 3 (BO3) sideboarding sometimes top UI menu crashes to white
When sideboarding in BO3 sometimes UI will "crash to white". The top bar becoming nigh-unreadable.
The effect will remain until the next restart of the game.

Game crashed, game won't let me in coz it keeps going into the game that crashed when it searches for active matches
The game crashed while playing a friend, after restarting the game several times it's no longer letting me back into the game as it's checking for active matches, then putting me in the game that glitched & locking me in the waiting screeen. I literally can't play the game anymore.

Improve the game for Foldable Phones
Please fix the game for foldable phones with square-ish aspect ratios... since this is made for mobile phones, it doesnt detect that foldable phones have a bigger screen with a different aspect ratio... so what happens is that the buttons are way overblown, you cant even tap the buttons because it's being blocked by the Stack on the right side.... etc. Deck building is also so bad. Please fix this.

Title: Deck Format Dropdown Is Obscured / Unclickable in Deck Details (Alchemy)
When viewing Deck Details, the dropdown used to change the deck format (e.g. Alchemy, Standard, Explorer) is partially or fully hidden behind the UI panel below it, making it impossible to select a different format.
In the screenshot attached, the dropdown is visually present but overlaps with the deck statistics panel, blocking interaction. This forces players to recreate the deck in another format instead of switching formats as intended.

Quest gold not recieved
I just completed two 750 gold quests at the same time but instead of 1450 gold (50 extra from the daily) I only was given 800 gold. The other quest showed up greyed out as 30/30. I thought it might be a visual bug, so I relogged but I even when I opened the game again I still was missing the extra 750 gold.
I did check the total number of gold I had before completing the quests and after and only recieved 800 not 1450 gold.

Game not starting
Since the last update, I just can't start the game anymore. It gets stuck at the retreiving manifest step, telling me there was an error updating data. Even tried reinstalling.

Achievements should be retroactive
Just came back after a 1yr break. Before that break I played religiously non-stop since the app was released.
wahoo... achievements for all my hard work & dedication to the craft... yay... 🙄 except that its not retroactive. This feels like more of a slap to the face than a reward for loyalty & effort.

Fairy
Every time I come back to the menu from a match or just opening the app, the tutorial fairy will do the “What an adventure! You’re on your way to becoming a great plainswalker. You’ve got a quest. If you complete it, you’ll get a reward. Go here when you’re ready to play again”. It’s been like 3 months of this and I keep hoping to see it patched with every passing update. I am on mobile iOS

New with LE wallpaper lag
With the release of Lorwyn there is a new wallpaper that is causing tremendous latency issues. The wallpaper looks like a horizontal stone path through the middle. The right side is blue and green. The left side is orange and green. The side shading moves with changes to life totals. It's causing so much lag that it is nearly unplayable. This wallpaper shows up mostly during LE limited events. I don't have any lag issues with any of the other random wallpapers, nor have I ever experienced ANY kind of lag in the past on Arena. Until this is fixed…

cannot cast null elemental blast
Cannot play null elemental blast despite having no-color mana available and causing me to lose my match and be kicked out of the Historic Metagame Challenge - losing the participation fee too.

Client freezes for a bit when applying certain filters in deckbuilding
Found this little bug while in the deckbuilding portion of a draft. If you first press the button to only show lands and then press the "show deck in full screen" button (upwards pointing triangle) the client freezes for a solid 10 seconds. I reckon it has to do with it trying to apply the lands filter and failing or something like that. Interestingly, this only happens in the deckbuilding part immediately after drafting. After I saved the deck once, it doesn't occur anymore.
Game version is 2026.57.10.11536.1245036 if that's relevant :)2 votes -
Unable to select blockers when rejoining match after connection loss
Experienced momentary network loss during opponent's attack phase. Game client would not reconnect despite network connection being reestablished. Exited game client and restarted. Game client returned to active match, but I was unable to declare any of my creatures as blockers. Clicking on them during 'declare blockers' phase had no effect. Only available action was to pass without blockers.

NIAHO, HI... Je souhaite déclarer la perte de mes creatures surtout dragon apparemment lors de cette partie récente soit à peine 15 mn où je joue l'aventure et ensuite ma carte dispaît et ne m'est plus permise d'être jouer.
