How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Client desync bug
Platform: macOSBug: Client-server desync prevents casting Ajani, Caller of the Pride ({1}{W}{W}).Situation: I controlled three visually untapped Plains during Main 1. No opposing effects restricted my spells. Three {W} mana should fully cover the cost {1}{W}{W}.The planeswalker remained grey and uncastable. This matches a recurring sync bug where lands look untapped, but the server marks one land as tapped internally. Opponent’s Hydro-Man (turned land) is irrelevant to my mana resources.

Unable to add/remove the fourth card in a playset
During editing I was making some changes to a deck and wanted to bring a card up from 3 > 4. When I tried to do that, the interface would not let me do so. When I looked up the card itself, I had the full playset and so I removed them from my deck list and despite having none in my deck, according to my collection I had 1 in the deck still.
I tried repairing the files, restarting the client, but was unable to fix the issue.

Expect the card text to say "create a token that's a copy of Dreamtail Heron."

Reality Fracture Pack Openings
I received reality fracture packs from my inbox but cannot open them. There's a lock icon over them and it says Available on September 29, 2026. But its already past that?

duskmourn map
Please allow us to turn off specific maps in the arena. The framerate on my Mac always plummets and becomes comepletely unplayable on the Duskmourn: House of Horrors map, so badly that I miss turns and need to concede. Even playing a land takes a timeout.
I'm on an older Macbook but it's above stated system requirements and the graphics settings are turned all the way down. It's only the Duskmourn: House of Horrors map that causes this issue. The problem ends when I go back to the main screen.

Unable to login, stuck in account update loop
For several days I've been unable to login to MTG Arena with my WotC account. This is what happens...
- Open game
- Presented with login screen
- Enter username and password
- Am prompted to “update my account”, presented screen to enter birthday and country
- I enter my birthday and country
- Get the message “Update unsuccessful. Proceed to myaccounts.wizards.com to complete account updates.”
- Click “yes”, get directed to an account page that allows for editing my email address, full name, and display name.
I have reset my password several times. I'm able to login to the WotC website, but the same credentials never…

make the popup that appear to remind of a ward cost display what is the ward cost
when i target a creature with ward with a spell i get a confirmation popup reminding me it has ward, that popup should included what is the total ward cost because it would be a good place for a reminder (and would avoid instances of missing one instance of it when the creature has more than instance of ward)

Lost of my account
I relaunched the game after the maintenance on October 7, 2026, and found myself back on the login screen. I entered my login details and password, only to find myself at level 1 with my Mastery Pass reset and all my cards gone. I’ve been playing on this account for several months and have purchased numerous Mastery Passes; now, I no longer have any of the rewards I earned, and it looks like I have to start over with a new account.

Suggestion: Good Game emote opens concede prompt
It would be neat if using "good game" emote first in a game would open the concede prompt automatically.

Bonus Sheet and First tags mistakenly inverted when opening packs
After a Sealed event I opened my three packs but as seen on the attached screenshot the Bonus Sheet card I got was tagged First and almost all my First were tagged Bonus Sheet instead.

Can't play Arena on Android
After the 7/10 maintenance, I am unable to play Mtga on Android. I already tried tò empty the cache, logout, uninstall the app and install it again. Nothing works.

Still can't get the f****** app to work it just sits there with a circle waiting for server
I don't know what you guys did on the last update. The game does not work. I don't know. Your website doesn't reflect the fact that you can't log into the f****** game. It just sits there waiting for the server with a f****** circle of death. This is like the 10th f****** time. This has happened in a week so I don't know what the f*** you guys are doing but you f***** your game. I'd like to play the game that I paid my real f****** money for thanks.

Your sign out button won't let me sign back in manually it auto connects me back into the same account why do you not allow me to connect wi
The problem is this page that I'm on reporting a problem. I don't want to sign in under this specific account. I want to sign in under a different account and you guys won't let me do that. When I sign out it boots me out of everything and when I go back and try to sign in it auto signs me back in as the under the email that I don't want to use. I want to use a different email. How the f*** do I sign out to manually sign back in with a different email? You f*****…

iPadOS Experience is B.R.O.K.E.N
The iPad experience has had so many issues for months, I have reported it several times but nothing is getting fixed. You can’t search for cards, the search box is unresponsive. You can’t rename your decks , totally unresponsive. Now with the latest season rollout it won’t even prompt me to download the update, just perma-spins without any prompt or feedback, so now I can’t play on iPad at all. FIX YOUR PRODUCT PLEASE AND DO BETTER QA… so frustrating…

Daily's not updating after following tasks
My dailies are not updating as I am completing the daily. I have 3 that require me to play white cards. Specifically, 20 white or red spells, 20 white or green spells, and 30 green or white spells. I logged off and restarted the game, and this did nothing to correct the issue. After 2 games with a jeskai deck in pioneer, no update was done to the dailies, despite playing multiple white spells. So no I am locked into dailies and have no way to complete them or earn coins to play in drafts. Please resolve this issue so…

Error Code -1 after update
After today's update (10/6/26), Arena won't connect me with the server. I've tried restarting my PC, and my router. It either says "Connection Lost", or brings me to the login page, but then kicks me out again after inputting my info. Current status on the MTG website says everything should be operational. Any help or advice is appreciated!
