How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Update not working on IOS

App only works on mobile data
Followed all the suggested fixes, but no change. I'm not burning data just to complete the asset download; please fix this so it'll run via wifi as well.

Low iq customer service
The guy who has the ID Anja on the customer service page is the single most low iq person that could ever work in such a service. Not only does he post stock responses without so much as a single human interaction between user-employee but he marks every other requests as solved by default. Literally low iq material and i have to ask are cubicle people tested for their skills or at least education in the matter or are they just hired on the premise that anyone goes?

Bug on iphone
Game is very jittery after new update, not loading, then when trying to enter match, it freezes on the screen with your avatar and opponents avatar. Have issues with menu items not being able to click on in from the home page. Its basically bricked the game. On Iphone 15

Color Masteries Achievements No Longer Being Awarded
I don’t know why achievements in the color masteries are not being awarded anymore. I had just gotten another one some days back, but either later that day, or the very next day (I can’t remember), I decided I wanted to try and get the last one I needed to complete the one for Green. I worked towards that until I succeeded, at which point it was not awarded.
I originally thought even though it had previously come up right when I’ve successfully accomplished it, that maybe I now needed to wait for the match to fully end. However once…

Strixhaven Card Backs and Owlin Mascot Missing Skins

As the carousel on the landing page of the game wheels, the Strixhaven card backs as well as the Owlin mascot are missing skins.

Client freezes for a bit when applying certain filters in deckbuilding
Found this little bug while in the deckbuilding portion of a draft. If you first press the button to only show lands and then press the "show deck in full screen" button (upwards pointing triangle) the client freezes for a solid 10 seconds. I reckon it has to do with it trying to apply the lands filter and failing or something like that. Interestingly, this only happens in the deckbuilding part immediately after drafting. After I saved the deck once, it doesn't occur anymore.

Slow client
All animations in client are extremely slow and my game keeps freezing besides the store, even the booster opening animation could not finish, I also could not pick any card in a draft I am on Windows

Pick Two-Draft Game Board Glitch
Recently - during a Pick-Two Draft event - my first match started after deck building and all the cards and companions were crowded to the middle like of the gameboard.
My lands and the opponents lands were pushed up, as well, but on the wrong side of the board as seen in the screenshot.
Restarting the game mode match did not fix the issue, and it was only after 2 forced losses did repairing the game files rectify it.

Small visual bug on lathiel the Bounteous Dawn
This is a very minor bug but something that I've noticed since just before Secrets of Strixhaven released, it's a very minor visual bug but Lathiel, The Bounteous Dawn has the Witherbloom Infuse Icon on the card when you hover over it, at least it does when the card is in the command zone.
My guess is because her ability and infuse have the same triggers/causes so the card has been linked the ability on accident.Again not a major issue just a visual bug that I spied, hope this helps.

Option to start the game on the Find a match section
It would be great to have an option so we land on the "Find a match" section instead of "Events"

display dimensions and resolution
Why does the video options not have support for 3440 x 1440 resolution? Seems like a lot of people have monitors this size. Clicking "Full Screen" only works until you change to a different mode, such as Decks > Packs takes the game out of full screen and resets the resolution.

THE SHUFFLER IS RIGGED AGAINST YOU
THE SHUFFLER IS BROKEN AND NO ONE CARES IN THE LEAST I CAN SEE ONE OR 2 BAD HANDS BUT 7 HOURS OF CONSTANT CHANGING DECKS TRYING TO GET THAT ONE AND I MEAN ONE GOOD HAND IS NOT JUST A CONSIDENCE. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT THE DEV TEAM ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE PLAYERS. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND ON THIS RIGGED CARD GAME. Bug report: Thought Partition displaying inaccurate opponent hand information
- Steps to reproduce.
Cast the card Thought Partition, targeting your opponent.
Choose any card in their hand that they have a single copy of. (At least, those are the circumstances under which I encountered the issue). The card's cost is correctly changed to {5} and the color is correctly changed to white. At this stage, the displayed information about the opponent's hand is as expected.
Wait for them to draw a SECOND COPY of the chosen card. (At least, that's how I encountered the issue).
The opponent casts the second copy of the chosen card, paying its unmodified cost.

Update Problems
Twice now I've been force to update the game, only for the game to become unplayable. I updated my game yesterday, and it was the first time I could play the game in weeks. I just now tried to play (literally less than 24 hours later), and had to update again. And now I'm getting the previous problem that stopped me from playing the game before. Whenever I click play, I get an error "can't update data".

Asset error detected
App gets stuck in a loop trying to log in. Gives me an "asset error detected" message asking me to restart the launch. Using a samsung galaxy s21 5g. All software upto date. Tried reinstallation several times.
