How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Elvish Mariners disappeared from collection
Elvish Mariners appeared in collection after Master level 35 with Mastery Pass. Now they no longer appear in collection after level 36.

Wastes Can't be used in Brawl
I purchased the full art wastes and then found that wastes don't work on Historic Brawl. If it is a known issue then sale of the art should not be available until the problem is fixed.
I would ideally like a refund on the art and I may buy it again once the problem is fixed.

未所持のカードを一枚ずつワイルドカードで作成するため未所持でフィルタリングしていたが、そこで作成したカードが表示から消えず、気付かずそのカードを追加作成してしまった。無駄に消費したワイルドカードの補償を求める。

Card in collection but unable to be added in decks
I recently got a Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider, from a quick draft and was very excited to use it in my deck however when I tried to search for it or look through all my cards I can't find it (when editing a deck or making a new one). When I go to my profile, and then collection and search the card is there no doubts but I'm unable to see it when I am in my deck editing/building. I use both PC and IOS. No workarounds sadly.

Deck has white background in editor/sideboarder
See, the card-name-background is white, which is okayish but not when the card name is also white due to styles. Desktop client.

Phyrexian Fleshgorger.
Opponent was able to play x3 Phyrexian Fleshgorger.
Thought you cannot do this without a card stipulating unlimited legendary cards can be played.

vault rewards not progressing
My vault is now 200% but my rewards are stuck at 100%.
There should now be 2myth, 4rare, 6 UC but it shows 1,2,3.3 votes -
3 of my starter decks aren't showing after the update. Wizards, can you please fix this?
After the last update, 3 of my starter decks, werewolf, black/white, and red/black aren't showing to me, Wizards, can you please fix this?

Harmful Bug Report!
While building a Commander deck in Historic Brawl, the screen bugged out after crafting a mythic card with view of making it a commander (in my case Saruman of Many Colors). The game played the 'crafted' animation and a mythic wildcard got taken out of my account. Yet, the card wasnt created. There was no option of making it a commander. After being forced to craft it again, only then was the option available. With view of my crfating the card for the purposes of being my "Commander" (that is, a singleton card) it's apparent that there is zero reason…

I can't change pets in a deck
I'm playing on Android, whenever I change the pet in an existing deck, the list of pets appears empty. The same goes for changing avatars.

Purchased/ crafted cards not in library
I “crafted” several cards with coins and they are showing as not collected in my library. On IOS, this has happened a handful of times at this point, both with buying coins and using wildcards. Can list the cards if necessary but just seems to be a bug with the store.

Hola, he comprado en la tienda el estilo de carta de Polizona Sospechosa y el de la Intrusa del Cementerio, pero sólo me aparece en mi colección el de la Intrusa. El otro no me ha aparecido y en la tienda me figura que lo tengo comprado.

Bonjour, J'ai dépenser 10,000 golds pour acheter des packs MOM Aftermath et n'ai pas reçu mon Golden Pack en retour. J'étais au stade 3 sur *** en Golden. J'aimerais, étant un consommateur assidu de MTG Arena, que ce Golden Pack me sois rendu et la mise a niveau au stade 3 des golden packs réajustés. Merci.

Fast opening packs does not seem to build collection of commons/uncommons
Had 396/404 common cards for Phyrexia All will be one. Fast opened 2 packs. Got the rares, then checked my progress. Still had 396/404. The same happened for uncommons.
Why is the fast open not granting these cards?

Build/Add Cards to a Deck
Unable to add new cards to an existing deck or build a new deck. Can add additional copies to an existing deck.

BUG: Standard starter decks do not show when filtered by "Standard"
- Click the "Decks" tab
- Filter is set to "All Decks" / "Last Modified"
- Collapse the "My Decks" list
- Open the "Starter Decks" list
- the 5 mono-colored Alchemy decks, and the 10 dual-colored Standard starter decks are shown
- Change the format filter to "Alchemy"
- all the decks are still visible
- Change the format filter to "Standard"
- all the decks disappear. in fact, the entire "Starter Decks" sections disappears. the dual-colored standard decks SHOULD still be visible.

Loan deck to friends
A lot of newer players treat their wildcards as a premium. It is hard to know which cards to use them on when look at top meta decks. It would be nice to be able to loan a deck to a friend for a certain amount of time. During that time the original user wouldn't be able to use it. And the receiver of the deck wouldn't be able to edit or use the cards in other decks. I think the receiver should be able to use standard or ranked play, but trying out in the standard play is good…
