How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

first card caverns of ixilan is broken
first card labels for the caverns of ixilan is not working. Everything is marked as first which makes opening packs less fun, so I'm less interested in cracking packs, so I'm less incentivised to spend money on the game getting gems and such. Fix this for the sake of your profits!

Jokulhaups
Jokulhaups.... Red is all fire and destruction, yet no board wipe? White has how many board creature kills... kind of one sided and unfair. Side note... Land Walk was and or can be very dangerous... for "balancing" the game with creatures. "fine tuning the numbers". Will Green get "Rampage" back? Great ability for hoards... thins the numbers.

Deck Validation Failed
When I try to build my deck for a Throne of Eldraine premiere draft, Arena throws an error.

Wildcard Purchase Hangs Forever
When I try to purchase rare wildcards I get a spinning wheel with the message "Waiting for the Server..." which continues forever and I have to restart the program. After restarting the program, the issue persists.

Thran Spider unavailable
My collection includes 4 copies of Thran Spider, indicated when I search in my collection.
My standard brawl deck indicates the card in red.
I have tried removing it and readding, but the card addition interface shows I own no copies. I am prompted to spend a rare wildcard when I attempt to save the deck.1 vote -
STILL can’t select proper card style art
You actually got my hopes up with the most recent patch notes(2024.36.10)!!!! But no, still not fixed. Any cards with multiple versions of the card - Duress, Thalia, Lightning Strike, etc etc etc (I have this problem with like 50 different cards because it’s just not coded correctly)
I can’t set the default style to the one in the top right corner of the attached picture. As soon as I do, it defaults to the stupid Multiverse Legends version. Duress for example, I try and use the Parallax M19 version, but it will usually change to Phyrexia All Will be…

Product Suggestion
I like everybody that play Arena want a way to trade cards.
I think trading with other players migth be bad since new players might get scamed.I think you should trade with Arena. One way is using card value but that might be hard Unless some AI do it.
Or you could use nummers of cards. Like 3 common for 1, 5 uncommon for 1 and 10-15 rare for 1.
I also want ppl that write here to get some offical feedback. Would take 1 person 20 mins a day to just replay with "we will not do that,…

The app won't let me add a additional card, even I got wildcards enough to craft it (Also it show like I already have 4 copies of the card)

Not gaining mastery pass
I haven't gotten the last 2 mastery pass rewards from the non-free section, the free section gave me a pack like it should but havent gotten 1 mythic card or 3 uncommon cards on lvl 9 and 10 in the outlaws of thunder junction mastery pass.

Wylie Duke Cosmetic Issue
I received a cosmetic for Wylie Duke, Atiin Hero. But, whenever I go to put on the cosmetic it does not appear and shows only its base version. I've seen other posts with this problem but I figured the more that post it hopefully the quicker it will be resolved. Wizard of the Coast, it's on you..

Greyed-Out Breaking News cards
Cards in the Breaking News frame, as seen in the OTP bonus sheet for Outlaws of Thunder Junction, are 'greyed out' in the deckbuilder if stacked atop another unowned card, regardless of whether or not the card itself is owned.

Game softlocks when using my deck.
OK, You have Mondrak, Vesuvan Duplimacy, and Nurturing Presence. If you copy Mondrak once, you get 8 spirit tokens from the two new Mondraks. If you copy a Mondrak again with Nurturing Presence, the game can't handle the fact we're making tokens, so it soft locks, so I have to restart the game, but when I do that the match ends with a draw which, lets be real here, is a loss at the end of the day.
Please fix this token bug.

Don't get wildcards
Dear Magic, since the last update on MTGA, I haven't been receiving any wild cards. The rare wild card I received was from one pack, and my wheel was full. I believe there might be an error here. Best regards, Sam
