How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Deck Image Will Not Change

    On MTG Arena, I am currently unable to change the deck image for any of my decks. When I navigate to a deck, and select edit, I can normally click and drag one of the cards to update the deck box image for my deck. This functionality is not working, and the current image is stuck there.

  2. All foundations packs I open give gems in the rare AND mythic slot.

    All foundations packs (I have not tried others) I open give gems in the rare AND mythic slot, I am nowhere near full collection, at least 20 times straight this has occurred. This does not even come close to the value we are spending, hopefully when you fix this very obvious bug you will compensate everyone. NO WAY this is normal.

  3. New Foundation decks not playable due to missing cards

    After new decks being collected from the Foundations release, a few of them appear to be missing cards from them. These decks are not playable until the cards are added to them.

    Deck and missing cards:
    "White and blue" deck: Temple of Enlightenment
    "White and red" deck: Temple of Triumph
    Cat Attack: Felidar Retreat
    Learn from the Land: Temple of Mystery
    Morbid Machinations: Temple of Malady, Midnight Reaper
    Undead Resurgence: Death Baron

    The "white and blue" and "white and red" decks did not have a name, but those were the colors associated with it.

  4. Jeganta ban doesn't give the correct number of wildcards

    After the Jegantha ban in explorer I didn't get the correct number of widcards, i have 2 copies of it (one from IKO and one from MUL) but only got 1 rare wildcard
    other players are reporting the same issue here:

    Hoy dia 01/04/2025 toda mi colección de cartas me ha aparecido con un efecto desgastado en todas las cartas en vez de su versión base. Me gustaría quitar este efecto pero no se como.

  9. Suggest adding Foundations Jumpstart cards to expansions in deckbuilder and collection viewer

    I appreciate the quick action to alleviate user issues on the launch day of Foundations Jumpstart.
    When I use the collection view to see my new cards from Foundations Jumpstart, I am unable to select an expansion view that shows these cards. The powerful filter does not have Foundations Jumpstart in the expansion list. Also, while I know I have some Foundations Jumpstart cards that are appearing as new cards, for now, in my collection view, none of the other expansions that are similar lead to filtered results that show these cards.   12. Deck limit expansion system

    With Multiple Set releases and frequency, 100 deck limits is not doing it anymore. Devs sent out new decks which count against limit sizes --even though they say it does not-- multiple posts have been about this, as a player of over 5 years, we should have a way to expand the Max number or the categories...or each category should each have their own limit#.... I have Decks for Historic from 2019...and to constantly have to delete or save text files in 2025 is not ideal, Please give us a larger limit given the amount of sets, and adding more…

  13. FIX YOUR MOFUGGIN SHUFFLE ALGORITHM

    Really? Been building decks for almost 30 years and there's no WAY I get this f**ed with physical decks. 3 cards/5Mana and I draw two, 8 outta ten times first draw on average? And 14/15 times I get at least both of them by 3rd draw. Consistently. I'm sorry the new generation has no idea how to build a real deck, but how DARE you enable the weak instead of keep it real.   14. Decks with Cards Banned in Historic Artisan do not contribute to "Admirably Artisan" Achievement Progress

    The following deck was used in Historic Ranked. After any wins the progress on the "Admirably Artisan" would not move up. I believe the issue is that the achievement is checking whether the deck is legal in Historic Artisan or not. Zenith Flare is currently not legal in that format, thus it is not contributing to any progress. Since the achievement requires winning in the regular Historic Ranked queue and not a Historic Artisan event, decks that feature cards on the Historic Artisan banned list should be allowed for the achievement progress.

  15. I didn't get my level 36 mastery pass reward

    I didn't receive the rewards for my level 36 mastery pass reward (the orb and card style). Note that I previously missed out on two other mastery pass rewards, levels 34 and 35.

  17. 配布デッキのカードに欠けがあります。

    ファウンデーション実装時に配布されたデッキにカードが欠けているものがあります。
    他の方も報告されていたので、対応を待っていたのですが霊気走破が実装されても対応がないため、新たに報告します。
    以下不足しているカード名のリストです。
    ・欺瞞の神殿
    ・豊潤の神殿
    ・フェリダーの撤退
    ・ファイシクレアの闘技場
    ・忘却の虚僧
    ・結ばれたもの、ハラナとアレイナ
    以上6枚です。

  18. User Interface Bug in Completing Collection

    Apparently, I need only one rare to have all rares from Bloomborrow. But when I try to craft those, I have to craft more than stated.

  19. Problems closing out deck edit page

    This started today. I had a download this morning and when I edited a deck, I don't have the option of leaving the page. The 'Done' button doesn't work and when I try to open another page, i.e. 'Home, Profile, Store, Decks, Packs, Mastery, Achievements', they don't work. I have to close out the MTGA and restart the game. I can play a game, but I can't edit a deck without getting stuck. I am on a PC. I have tried to 'repair game files' and have restarted my computer. My wife also plays MTGA and doesn't have this problem.…

  20. Sideboard still bugged in BO3

    BO3 sideboarding still bugged.
    How to reproduce:

    During a BO3 match, quit the game or encounter "waiting for server", which forces you to close the game. Reopen the game, during sideboarding you cannot put sideboard cards in your deck. Happens on both PC and iPad.
    Has been an issue since release of BLB.
