5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Connection and server instability - Lost a lot of coins and diamonds and didn't refunded
I've created a lot of tickets reporting bugs during events and just received has solved but nothing was refunded. See the attached image about the tickets!
My id piro#68252. And i see others bugs that are like or have some similarity with bugs i'd reported on tickets. I wanna all my 20000 coins and 2000 gems expended on that!1 vote -
Snakeskin Veil not working during Quick Draft Outlaws
FIVE TIMES I had the mana and one or two Snakeskin Veils available during battle. All five times, that instant was not an option either before selecting blockers or after selecting blockers. I could have taken out several of his creatures if that had been working, but because they did not work, I lost the game. When I practiced with a similar deck against the bot Sparky, that instant worked fine, but not in the event game. I will upload two screenshots and have many more if you want them. I also upload the log file.

The number of missions to complete the "Jump In!" event 3 times has been reset.
The number of missions to complete the "Jump In!" event 3 times has been reset.
The number of missions to jump in once and complete the "Jump In!" event three times was displayed as 1/3, but when I restarted MTGA, the number was reset to 0/3. It was.
The same thing happened to me before, but at the time I thought it was just my imagination.

Opponent timed out and wasn't disqualified - I was given match loss?
At the start of a Quick draft match, my opponent timed out during mulligans, but was not disqualified. I was disconnected after a few minutes of waiting with a "Waiting for Server" message, then given a match loss after reconnecting. PC. No loss of internet on my end. This was the third loss after a 4-2 record. Seems like this should have caused a draw, at the worst. Not cool.

Midweek Magic Set Constructed and a dedicated Set Constructed event
The Midweek Magic set contructed event currently happens about one week after release of the set on Arena. That is way too soon to accumulate an extensive enough amount of cards to contruct a deck with. Right now it feels like little more than Sealed plus, since many players lack the cards to truly engage with the new set yet.
This event should be held a week later, when the set is still fresh, but the collections are a bit more fleshed out. Simply swap its spot with the "On the Edge" MWM event, that currently is held one week…

Multiple claimable Arena Anniversary rewards
I received multiples of the same daily Arena Anniversary mail, the rewards could therefor be claimed multiple times. These came spread out over the day.
I'm on Windows PC / Steam
I noticed I received the same mail 2-3 times including draft tokens and mastery experience. I may also have received 2 of the M20 packs but uncertain. To my knowledge, any other anniversary mail has only been received/claimed once.

Did not receive mythic card rewards from event pass mastery after reaching those milestones
The first time it happened i thought maybe i had less mythic wildcards than i was expecting before reaching the mastery milestone that grants one, but this time i was paying attention and i had 2 mythic wildcards before the milestone reward and still only 2 and after reaching it. I also did not see any animation that shows that i got a new mastery reward after finishing the game that gave me enough XP to get it, it showed only the daily win reward. Logging out and back in did not solve my issue.

Arena Direct all weekend
The new Arena Direct ending early Sunday morning (in North America) restricts access for many people, in particular observant Jews who cannot play for the first 3/4 of the event. The event should last 12 hours longer so that people can play on Sunday.

Given game loss in Arena direct??? Only played one game????
I was given a game loss for no reason for this arena direct?? I only played one game in this I don't know why I now had to drop from the even for no reason???????

Additional loss after 2nd game in Premier Draft
In my most recent MKM-Alchemy Premier Draft, I won the first game and lost the second game. While the first win was registered correctly, I suddenly had two instead of one loss after the second game. Effectively this caused me to collect 3 losses early.
I suspect that there was something wrong going on when I was matched for the second game. While the search for an opponent had already been finished after about 3 seconds (thats when the "Cancel" button dissapeared) it took an unusual extra 10 seconds until I entered the game. I experienced no internet connection issues…

premier draft clicking bug
After finishing my last draft i clicked the space on the draft screen and the game started a new draft using my draft token and this click wasn't even close to the buttons. I don't want to play this draft and I want my token back please.

I paid 10000 coins yesterday for a premier draft e diconnect during it. after I can draft with diamonds but i lose 10000 coins!

Black page during sideboard
During the Timeless Challenge event during the sideboard I can't see the state of the game. It appears as a black page and affect during the sideboarding since I have to take notes from the cards and boardstate. Since this is a paying event is really annoying.

internal server error while drafting
i got logged out in the middle of a draft and got this message that it was an internal server error first and then i got error code -1, so i cant log in and my draft is probably ******, could i please get my gems back

loss in premium draft
I had a phantom loss in this premium draft on 1/3/2024. I just won a game and returned to the results screen with a 3rd loss and the highlighted claim button.

Kami of jealous thirst not triggering on multiple copies
3 Kami’s on board, draw 3 cards.. can only trigger one Kami resulting in loss of draft

I didn't received the full amount of gold shown after completing an event. I was suppose to receive 2000, I got less than that (I think 1250 or something like that). This is the second time it happens to me. I am a new to the Arena so I thought that there was something I missed the first time.
