How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Kicked out of arena event

I joined an Explorer event yesterday before i knew about the que issue and when i logged in today im no longer in the event and my money has been taken. I did not retire from the event and would like the gold back for the event

premier Draft Pick bug
プレミアドラフトで画面のどこをクリックしても反応がなくなり、カードをピックできませんでした。

Did not switch to my turn in premier draft
On Android in premier draft. Client showed it was opponents turn. Timer went down and it didn't switch to my turn. I logged out and logged in and it recorded it as a loss. Please refund my gems

draft rápido
Antes de começar a edição "Ruas de Nova Capena" eu havia começado um draft rápido. Hoje após o lançamento da atual edição fui continuar o mesmo draft, porém ocorreu um erro de rede. Acredito que seja pela atualização do sistema. Gostaria de voltar a jogar, ou que me devolvessem as gemas gastas para entrar no evento. Desde já agradeço.

can't join draft event
I completed drafting portion of quick draft with no error. After editing my deck, I click Play and get a network error. Can I get at least a partial gem refund or something?

Wrong Event Reward
I was playing in the Midweek Magic: Historic Brawl event after I had earned all 3 rewards. I was 825 point of progress leaving me 175 mastery points away from reaching the next level with 14 wins for the week and 4 wins for the day. After winning the match, I only received 25 mastery points (Daily Prize). Both the daily and weekly counter increased by 1 but the game did not reward the weekly prize. I know this is how the points were distributed because I was grinding the last wins needed to obtain the final Neon Dynasty orb…

The game chrashed when I was on a Premium Draft match. I lost the match because I needed to exit the game.

Disconnected during draft for update
Hey, I was disconnected from a draft and couldn't log back in. Didn't realize this was due to an update occurring, wasn't given any heads up while I was playing that this would be occurring else I would have waited til after to start the draft. Hoping to get a refund as I only got halfway through the second pack and couldn't make a coherent deck. Thanks!

Player Cheat
Improper resolution - Magic Missile can't be countered - Divide by Zero used by 10thBrutus to return magic missile to my hand and countered three damage - CHEAT- magic missile instant speed had priority cannot be countered

no mastery track rewards for daily wins
received 25 gold no mastery exp. points for daily wins in standard ranked and alchemy ranked events. Please fix

Durante o desafio das cores no ultimo estagio de todas as cores, esse erro aparece não permitindo finalizar o evento e impedindo o avanço da game play.

Game crashes over and over during drafts/sealed matches but not anywhere else. Frustrating. Almost leads me to believe it is the game itself
Game crashes over and over during limited matches (sealed/draft) it's almost as if the game doesn't allow you to win if paired against favored players.....overly frustrating. Happens only in limited. Period. I've got tons of videos of this happening. Happens most frequently when the game is in the opponents favor and I make a comeback. The most frustrating part is when the game crashes you have to reload in that's great if the game wouldn't act like any lands you have in play or cards you were touching as it crashed didn't exist.....for example the last time this happened I…

game win counted as win and loss after cancelling matchmaking

Steps:
- queued up for a game in Ikoria Quick Draft
- state changed from waiting to "entering match..."
- waited at this state for two minutes (see screenshot)
- pressed cancel
- observed stated of Ikoria Draft Event screen and saw my record was 2-1
- queued up again for Ikoria Quick Draft
- played and won against opponent
- was taken back to home screen for Ikoria Draft EventExpected Result

I did not get the gems from a Kamigawa quick draft
I did not get the 200 gems I was supposed to get from Kamigawa Quick Draft, I would like those gems please.

Lost when casting opt in Decathlon
I had 4 wins on the dechathlon finals when I lost a game due to a bug. I was going to win on the turn. I just lost, no reason why. I had over 8min on my clock and 26 of life, opponent had nothing on the battlefield except lands, only one of which was untapped.
There was a trigger from my liliana on the stack due to an opt I had just cast (drain 2), nothing else.
