How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

While drafting, for a reason that I am unsure about, cards appeared scrambled or were invisible when a pack was passed to me. I was unable to make an informed choice because of this bug and would appreciate a refund for the draft. Picture attached.

Game frozen and i get loss on this macth

Premier draft bloomburrow
While drafting i am not able to See the sideboard or send something directly to sideboard. Neither Weile drafting the card nor when it is drafted or by clicking on it when it is in my collection on the right side. Suggest lands is not working either

Unable to add crystal grotto to the draft deck
In the recent quick draft for Dominaria United it doesn’t allow me to add the crystal grotto card to the deck, but shows the extended card version

MTGA BUG REPORT - Quick Draft March Of The Machines - full card text not displaying
Steps to reproduce:
1: Click 'Quick Draft March Of The Machines
2: Enter event using gold currencyBug details:
Some/all cards not displaying full card text, both before selection and after selection when displayed in 'Deck'. See screenshot attached.
Have exited draft for now as not confident I can build a good deck without knowing what the cards do! Can you update me soonest please on estimated fix time/date, or refund my entry fee.

No access to events (Standard; limited; sealed ...)
No possibility access to events, I can play only Standard ranked or standard play...)

Draft Picks Not Appearing
Several of my picks in the OTJ draft were not added to my draft pool. They were both Freestrider Commanders after I had already drafted one.

latest starter deck event on 4/18 with the new decks does not provide deck to my decks after winning

Graphics driver crash
Halfway through 2nd pack of draft (right after the BB downtime) the graphics driver randomly failed (never happened before) and then I had to restart client losing about 4 picks and then had about 0.5fps for the rest of the draft making it impossible to read the cards in the 3rd pack. Please refund this draft token. I can submit logs and my hardware if requested. Thank you

Entrei para jogar o primer draft gastei 10000 de ouro para jogar aí de repente o jogo saiu sozinho tento entrar e da aviso de timout, só quero saber como vou recuperar o ouro perdido ou se ao entrar eu consigo jogar o primer draft e escolher as cartas dos drafts pois sai antes que pudesse escolher.

Could not finish quick draft event due to not being able to get connected to the server
Since 9 am mt I've been trying to connect to server even after update. Once I was able to connect I was also in process of playing quick draft events. Played a few games then had error connecting again. Now I was able to finish it before the time was up for otj. That 750 gems wasted

30th Anniversary of Elder Dragons
I was wondering if in this event the prizes they gave were common because I got several common prizes despite being a paid event with Gold or gems,

Subtlety bug on arena cube match
I was playing the arena cube draft event and lost two matches because Subtlety didn’t trigger its ability. I assume it was a bug in MTG arena iOS.
