How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Ranking system is messed up
In premiere draft why am I ( A low silver player) getting paired up against Platinum , Diamond and Mythic opponents ?

draft loss
My Dominaria Draft united was ended unexpectedly because of bug. I had drafted the cards and was about to play the game but then it gifted me 1 pack and 50 gems. I had used a token.

Quick Draft not recognizing win
Played first game of quick draft. Won it. Quick draft page says 0 wins 0 losses. Did not see a screen indicating XP/gold earned for a game won. 99% sure that my limited rank did not change. Please see log attached (the last game I played in this log was the game in question. Played it just after 2 pm EST today). Thank you.

Opponent is stalling in draft and the timeout counter won't start.
Opponent is stalling and the timeout counter won't start so I'm basically stuck in the game until either I concede or leave. Considering I paid good money for this draft, it's not fair that I get punished because of bad code.

Premier Draft: "network issue... cannot select," and dumped
Was in BRO Premier Draft, about half way through pack 2 the interface flashed something like "network issue... cannot select". It dropped me to the Premier Draft signup screen. I quit Arena twice and rejoined the same draft, autoselected cards had been selected by the rope. Each time, the same issue recurred.
Please refund.

I signed up for the explorer meta game but it disappeared before I could finish it.

I am at 19 life, and beating down, opponent has a single voldaren Epicure on the battlefield and three lands. On turn 4 he plays Ninja's Kunai, equips the volderan, taps to deal me damage to the face and I blow up! what is going on here?

premier and traditional draft are gone
after maintenance the premier and traditional draft options are gone and i recieved 50 gems as though the events had ended but i didnt get to play them at all. please fix thank you for your time

Moonlight hunt allowing caster to use non-wolf non-werewolf creatures to deal damage. cost me a Shadows draft

couldnt cast urborg repocession because there were no creatures in my gy, i watnedd to kick it for the life and the permament effect. wouldnt let me.

Crash to desktop on load of Historic Metagame Challenge
Paid to play the Historic Metagame Challenge. First Match on load crash to desktop... try logging back in crash to desktop 6 times in a row on load/ready screen.
Would have expect to get ot play the matches instead of loss granted by crash bug. thumbs up
have been playing standard ladder all morning no issues. On PC.
Waste of gold thanks guys.

Game screen bug while playing draft
Drafting in the All will be one... putting some serious hurt on my opponent... then screen stopped displaying the battlefield, my cards, opponents cards... all I could do was click NEXT and END TURN.... opponent won this one since I couldn't do anything... even had to let the timer run down as I couldn't select a card to discard. Lost out on my 5,000 coins... you really don't want to play MTG Arena after this. I was playing on my Android phone.

ETB trigger bug
I lost a modern metagame challenge because sky sovereigns etb trigger doesnt trigger feldons ability to cards from the top of your library. My opponent was at 4 hp with a lightning strike in my hand and I needed the second burn spell to win.

wrong deck loaded for historic metagame challenge
I paid to play the historic metagame challenge and chose an appropriate historic deck but it loaded a deck I don't even own. Is it possible to have the event refunded or a free entry?

ファイレクシア完全なる統一のドラフトにおいて、ファーストパックのレアで黙示録、シェオルドレッドが出現しました。
デッキ構築画面でも間違いなくシェオルドレッドのようですが、これを使用してチート扱いにならないでしょうか。1 vote -
Alchemy Metagame Challenge Rewards
Hi, at aprox 9 pm, I finished a run in the alchemy meta challenge. My score was 4-1, so I clicked in claim prize and I received 5 kamigawa neo dinasty packs instead of the kamigawa alchemy packs I as supposed to receive. In the image of the event you can clearly see that the prizes are alchemy packs and not standard ones.

デカスロン第9種目全知ドラフトで7勝したが、メイン画面にて記録が確認できない。ゴールドによる補償では賄えない不具合なので勝利記録がつくように修正を希望する。

Decathlon 10: On the Edge
Im in the event and my opponents are playing cards from Kamigawa Neon Dinasty (Fable of the mirror breaker, Jukai naturalist). I dont think is fair cause my deck is weaker by following the rules. Please fix the format or be clear about what is and it is not legal.

Durante l'evento decathlon 8: Explorer tradizionale non ho avuto la possibilità di distruggere "rifugio di lupusalix" tramite l'effetto di "comando di germoglioscuro" dato che il "rifugio di lupusalix" rimaneva nascosto e non selezionabile sotto la "foresta", vedi screenshot.
Questo mi è costato la partita e la possibilità di vincere i premi dell'evento.
Non è divertente giocare contro dei bug, vorrei ricevere la possibilità di guadagnare comunque il gettone.2 votes
